This was a great stay just a stone’s throw from Kandy Lake. The house itself is striking and well decorated and the room was very comfortable. An amazing deal.

The space is good. The breakfast a disappointment, compared to many other places in Sri Lanka.

The villa is stunning, the rooms are beautiful, and it's kept wonderfully clean and organized. Highly highly recommended.

The hotel is in a beautiful house, and the main entrance and natural light are great. The rooms are also well equipped and comfortable. We had a great time sleeping there. The service is also super attentive. On the flip side, The hotel is close to the lake, but a bit far from all the main attractions. Because of the weather and the 20-minute walk, logistics weren't easy.

They helped us with a car and a driver, prepared breakfast every morning and were eager to help us as much as possible. The room was comfortable with a terrace. Everything is like you stay in a nice local home.

The Villa is beautiful, the hosts are super friendly, the rooms are clean and habe an AC. I would book it again! Only our water did not get hot.

Ok for one night. I had the small room outside the main villa. Probably the other rooms situated within the villa are better.

Beautiful villa nicely decorated and very close to kandy’s lake. Very well priced and super clean. Just be aware this is a bed and breakfast type of property and not a hotel, but I totally recommend that

Very nice and quiete house with 5 units only. The place was built as a tasteful family home and was now transformed into a superb micro boutique hotel. The public spaces are very spacious and of highest quality through special features like double height spaces and an indoor pond. The style is dominated by authentic traditional furniture pieces and traditional colour schemes. The bedroom is of equal quality, the bathroom is of good standard and kept clean. Service and breakfast are very good. The place is close to the city and within walking distance. Tuk tuk drivers are waiting just in front of the door step.

Amazing Kandy architecture and fittings in this house. Small problem that some aircon units weren’t working. Great location

Just wonderful. A perfect place to stay comfortably closer to the Kandy city area. Clean & comfortable rooms they have. Can order meals from the menu.
