We
rented
a
tuk
tuk
for
a
month
and
it
was
a
great
experience!
We
booked
the
tuk
tuk
via
email
and
further
communication
was
very
easy
and
fast
via
WhatsApp.
Our
expectations
were
far
exceeded
and
right
from
the
first
communication
til
the
drop-off
at
the
airport
the
service
was
superb!
All
services
we
booked
were
to
our
full
satisfaction.
The
prices
are
very
transparent
and
we
paid
exactly
the
amount
of
the
quotation.
The
tuk
tuk
was
in
great
shape
and
we
never
had
any
technical
issues
etc.
A
couple
of
days
before
arrival,
we
received
photos
of
our
driving
licences,
videos
to
prepare
us
for
driving
and
pdf
with
important
rules
etc.
At
the
day
of
our
arrival
we
were
picked
up
by
Fernando
on
time
and
went
to
the
office,
where
we
had
a
theoretical
and
practical
driving
lesson.
Of
course,
the
first
day
was
really
adventurous
to
drive,
but
after
2
days
it
was
really
fun!
As
many
others,
we
took
the
train
from
Kandy
to
Ella.
Everything
went
smooth
and
we
could
even
leave
our
big
backpacks
in
the
tuk
tuk
and
had
less
to
carry
with
us
on
the
train.
During
our
travel,
we
unfortunately
had
an
accident.
We
cannot
thank
Fernando
enough!
He
went
beyond
himself
to
help
us
in
this
difficult
situation.
He
came
all
the
way
from
Negombo
to
Sigiriya
to
clarify
everything
with
the
police,
he
gave
the
tuk
tuk
for
repair,
picked
us
up
from
the
hospital
(even
asked,
if
he
could
get
us
some
food
etc
etc)
and
drove
us
all
the
way
to
our
next
hotel.
Just
few
words
left
to
say:
Unbelievable
service
and
all
with
a
huge
smile
and
great
hospitability!
Driving
your
own
tuk
tuk
will
be
an
experience
for
a
lifetime,
if
you
rent
from
Fernando
you'll
be
in
best
hands!

and
