This was my first time going here and I don’t know why it took me so long!! Everything from making my appointment online to checking in at the office was a breeze. The nurses were pleasant, the infusion chairs looked comfy and there were also rooms available and that’s what I opted to use. The rooms had reclining chairs and sectionals. I will definitely be going back 😃

I had such a pleasant visit today. The nurses working were welcoming, trustworthy and very professional. I was greeted at the door by Kaitlin who got my vitals while Amanda explained the different shots and helped me weigh my options. The injection Amanda gave me was painless and there was even no blood!!! Both Amanda and Kaitlin kept me very comfortable throughout the whole experience. Both are amazing nurses and would recommend this business to anyone in the area.

I can't say enough nice things about this business or the employees that work here! I reached out to PNW Hydration & Wellness at the last minute and experienced the BEST care and service! I was seen right away and I was so impressed with the accommodations. I had a private room to myself with a large, flat-screen TV and comfortable furniture. What an awesome experience. The staff here are so welcoming, knowledgable, kind and friendly. They make you feel so comfortable right from the moment you enter the reception area. The private rooms are beautiful, relaxing and provide all the amenities as your own home from a TV, stylish leather couch and Alexa to help you navigate with ease. They take their time to explain what they have to offer and answer any questions you may have. The IV infusion was very quick, painless and really helped jumpstart my immune system to conquer the cold I had brewing. I HIGHLY recommend PNW hydration and wellness. I have been here several times now, my services were pre paid so I come back weekly. Was able to get deals during the anniversary celebration. Everyone is very polite and professional, Michelle the medical assistant at front desk is awesome and very helpful, Stephanie and all the other nurses are rockstars. The online appointment process is very easy and convenient. I like how they do your vital signs. I have to be honest the teeth whitening, photos very misleading and also i referred a friend who had bad experience with communication on the teeth whitening. I actually enjoyed the process and the young lady who provided my services was great, I would gladly do it again. Overall I am happy with all services I’ve had so far and I will still recommend to anyone.

This place is awesome the staff is super friendly and helpful. They answered all my questions as a first timer and help me figure out what would be best for my needs. They make sure you’re comfortable and have everything you need before they leave you. This facility is very clean and peaceful, with private rooms and an open seating area where you can choose what suits you. I’ll definitely be going back!
