Beautiful mall! Especially during the holidays! I love the colorful decorations of the Christmas trees and how they tower to the ceilings. It really puts you in a festive mood. The food court is cozy but spacious to move around without feeling crowded. There are an abundance of stores to explore and shop for hours. Overall, this mall is great for walking around to take in the surrounding sites and enjoying a bite to eat or favorite drink.

Everything in this Mall looks clean & updated pretty good standard of cleanliness and quality also beautiful and good place to relax with the family! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻💯😁⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I love this Mall! Recently remodeled,I mean it does not look like a strip Mall. Feel safe here Mall walking!! Plus there is not human trafficking fliers everywhere like in the Sea-Tac Mall.😳🆒 Impossible sparkling clean. A perfect amount of people buzzing around.

Love this mall. It's not too large and not too small but just right. It's always kept very clean and I love the various stores located within it. The new arcade located where the old Sears department store used to be is really awesome. It offers a wide variety games and even has a bowling alley. The parking fills up quickly on the weekends on the North side of the mall near the Target so be prepared to spend a little time waiting for a parking space if you plan on parking in that area of the mall.

Came for the trunk or treat behind the mall, and it was definitely worth it. Huge turnout, friendly hosts, tons of candy for the kids, and even groceries to help out the community. Great outreach, and a good time for all!

Nice quite mall which was awesome cuz I didn't usually like being around alot of people and kids enjoyed the play area and seems like good stores as well we didn't walk around the whole mall cuz we were there for a certain store but we ended up having lunch and kids got too play as well will definitely go back and I recommend going too.

It's a nice mall. Not too big and not small. Easy to walk through and find what you are looking for. Good store selection. The restrooms were clean and nice. They have a water bottle filling station near the restrooms. Nice food court with lots of options. The mall was clean. Employees at the stores we went into were friendly and helpful. Parking can be difficult, but really no worse than any other mall.

Lots of places to visit and always busy. I wish they would stay open longer. Food Court food is a great variety. Burgers, pizza, Mexican, Teriyaki, Subway, Ice cream, Cinnabon, orange Julius, Pretzels and others right next to an arcade. Awesome family time!

Still love this mall. It is quiet and shopping was made easy! Really love the Foot Locker here, with AMAZING prices.

This place has a lot of great shops, an awesome food court, and always has people in it which is cool to see. Most of the malls I’ve visited are dead, but this one has a lively vibe. Lots of great places to look for anime merch.

Stay away from the Verizon store here. They sold me the wrong phone. I was sold an S20 when I wanted an S22 plus. The only way I found out I bought the wrong phone because the S20 wouldn't activate at home so I had to go back to the store and that's how I found out I bought the wrong phone, at retail price. Then he said the S22 plus would 50 or 60 dollars more. No, it was a lot more than that. Then I had to wait 10 minutes for the safe to open to get the phone I wanted then we could have activated it. Because of this I missed out on my reservation for our Air BNB cabin in Leavenworth. I had to be there at 430, when I first visited the store it was 115. When everything was finally finished it was 545 when I left the store for the second time. So I spent 1200 on a new phone, 800 on a cabin I didn't get to enjoy, a last minute canceled family vacation and an extra 10 for a better plan. So to whom this may concern, why should I or anyone else do business with Verizon? I understand people make mistakes but this is unacceptable and I asked for a discount for consideration. The manager said no we can't do that. That's it an apology and that's how things are and in no way did they try to right the situation. I wasn't yelling or being uncivilized. This was one of the worst experiences in retail I have ever had.

Just a great all around place for a plethora of items to be viewed, purchased, eat, sample, and etc. Also having comfortable recharging seating areas to access if and when your phone, tablet, earbuds, or whatever electronic that may or may not need to be charged if so desired, or just take several laps around the mall just for a leisure light exercising walk. All around great place to visit for many of personal needs and/or reasons. Highly recommended for anyone and everyone to visit such a great place like this!

Great place for shopping. Clothes prices are fair. Good place for family cruise and walk around. Good place to get along with friends and shop around different varieties of stores. Food court foods are always hot and delicious.

Love all of the small businesses here. Having a target with a starbucks is also awesome. The food court is very friendly and welcoming. The new pizza joint is awesome and has baklava!! They have multiple Crystal shops and soon will have multiple soap small businesses. -1 star for allowing the religious outburst of choir marching around disrupting businesses the other day though. It looked like security was letting them even though it was disruptive :( It made many of us leave the mall and businesses definately lost revenue

Pretty good mall, just wish they wouldn't put the Christmas decorations up days before Halloween! Lots of stores, food court, wide mall hallway. I wish they'd crack down on the people stopping you to sell things.

The south hill mall is older. It isn't the most updated or fancy. But I can tell the mall has really worked hard to keep business there and to keep the community alive. It's full of stores and there is a lot of active shoppers. It's a great place to eat, find entertainment and shop. I am glad to have this mall here in our community.

Overall this mall is simple. Clean. Never had any issues. EXCEPT my son and husband were followed by security the moment they walked into MACY'S. They were only there for cologne. We need to either be dressed to impress, or another shade of brown because by the name on the security personnel's badge, we probably have the similar last names. Thank you for making us feel safe when every time my husband looked up from shopping, security was right there, just in case they needed "protecting". Also, our seven year old daughter was with them. I wonder how it would have made her feel if security "pressed" them.

Really hardly go there anymore. And the store I did go in was empty of helpers. Took a while to find someone and then they went knowledgeable about the product. Manager didn't bother coming to help associate after being asked to come. Poor service.

Had a great time shoe shopping with my friends. Stores and grounds were clean and attractive. It wasn't too crowded. The staff members were all friendly and professional.

This Mall has a wonderful selection of stores, kiosks, eateries, and so much more. I would highly recommend visiting it. You won't be disappointed! Enjoy!

Mall itself is all right. Id say far way from the food court it's notorious for be awful but, other than that its a real nice place to go out for the day. It's also fairly cleanly and the bathrooms are also pretty well maintained.

South Hill Mall is conveniently located for a visit to Golden Corral. The mall is clean and offers ample parking. Golden Corral provides a diverse buffet with delicious food and friendly service. If you're looking to dine at Golden Corral, this mall is a convenient choice.

My son loves the Round one in the South Hill Mall and there are some cute little shops. It does close way too early and the security is kind of weird and will follow everyone even if you're not acting out. We won a lot of cute prizes at Round 1 (see attached photo)
