I order from here on door dash all the time because they have the BEST prices for sushi in the area. Hands down. I finally went in with my hubby for lunch today and the inside is cozy, clean, and comfortable. The waitress with the tattoos was awesome and attentive, the sushi master was amazing at his job, the flaming salmon roll literally was on fire at our table lol Will definitely come back here again and again, the food tastes 10/10 and the staff are awesome!

This is one of the best sushi restaurants I have ever been to. In fact, it’s my new favorite! The staff was very friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable. We ordered the octopus, the salmon lovers with lemon, and the kiss me mucho sushi. Everything was fantastic!

Recently heard about Sushi Ari and I guess I've been missing out all this time, this place has some of the best sushi I've ever had in this area. Small little place, we loved the food. My new favorite spot for sure, we'll be back soon. If you're looking good good sushi, this is the place.

I cannot rave enough about Sushi Ari. My go-to place for sushi. Consistency is key. These folks nail it every time. Their ingredients are a always fresh. The staff is enjoyable. Keep up the great work!

Staff was super friendly and attentive. Food was good! It was only my second time eating sushi. I definitely tried some new things. I would recommend trying this restaurant out. The little salad they serve before was DELICIOUS

This is the best sushi restaurant I’ve been to! Took my daughter for her birthday tonight. It was the first time here for both of us. What a pleasant experience! From the greeting in the door, cleanliness, fast friendly service to the best of all, the beautiful presentation of the great tasting food (and soy sauce) all which will have us coming back soon! Love this sushi bar!!! I'm from Southern California and have been searching for good sushi here in Pierce County for 3 years. I'm so glad we stumbled across Ari!!

So far the best Sushi Japanese food we had in this area of Washington State We moved from the California Bay area and this place equally compares to those we often dined at down there.

Tried for first time when looking for a local sushi restaurant. Many options to choose from and lots for those non- sushi eaters as well!

Service so slow even just for water.. but the food was good… i reccomendedddd heaven tuna roll & salmon skin roll (if you like crispy salmon skin, cause i dont like not crispy one).. place not too big but cozy place for me.. #alwayssuccess

We were very impressed with the freshness of the fish here. We especially loved the blushing geisha roll.The service was also excellent! Codie made sure that our daughter had a happy birthday here.

When you're looking for a quick bit to eat and have a nice evening out this place isn't bad. It did leave me with wanting more. More in the sense of freshness and unique flavors. Over all the flavors are pretty good just a little bland. I do recommend the chicken appetizer that was really good. Service was super nice and friendly always making sure we're taken care of.

FANTASTIC!! Codie was our server she was attentive and made sure that we got our orders not only quickly but was attentive as our adult beverages ran low with not only a smile but a fun joke to keep the night lively. In addition the dishes that were served, were not only delicious, they have a fun spin on a lot of classic sushi dishes. Would recommend to everyone to try! ❤️

The four stars is no reflection of the restaurant. The best sushi in Puyallup best customer service. If you use a wheelchair the parking lot is pretty inaccessible. There is an incredibly steep hill leading to the door and only one accessible parking spot. However if you can make it up the hill. Its worth the effort then the exit is all downhill!! I will be back

Our first time dining in here and it did not disappoint. We may have beat the rush, but we were seated immediately. The inside was clean and had some lively music playing. The tables were full and the staff greeted us with a friendly welcome. The menu has a great assortment of sushi and entree options. The quality was excellently and the service was quick given how busy they seemed to be. The beef bulgogi was tasty and the chicken katsu was spot on! The sushi rolls were excellent. My son got the kids bento box which was priced right and perfectly satisfied him. We had the sexy edamame and epic jalapeño appetizers which were delicious. Great job Sushi Ari! Highly recommend!

The California rolls can be delicious?? Disappointed here lately...the avocado and cucumber are not fresh and I'm tired of eating rotten mushy avocado and cucumber that has no crunch to it. There's only been one time I got fresh veggies in my sushi rolls order and they were perfect and delicious. The staff are very friendly and give great service, unfortunately I will miss their smiling faces. Looks like I'm on the hunt for a better California roll once again.

***WARNING low bumper vehicles*** front parking spot(by entrance door) can damage your vehicles bumper. The sewer can lip sticks out about a half inch. Crunched my bumper on my brand new car trying to park in this spot. Food and service was great(I recommend the Mt. Fuji Roll)

Since the first time I came I could tell that the food felt fresh. I’ve been going to the wrong place before. Everyone is friendly even when it gets busy You might sometimes have to wait for a table but it’s worth it.

First sushi place we've tried since moving to the PNW in March. Good quality food, friendly service and standard prices. Ordered miso soup, seaweed salad, kids bento, beef bulgogi, Las Vegas Roll, Shrimp Crunch roll. Will definitely be back as I missed seeing the sign stating the special poke bowl! Took 1 star off because the Wasabi was very salty.
