Think America. Think Puyallup. Pioneer Park is as it should be: flowers and lawns, statues and history, generations and glory to celebrate freedom. I'm so impressed with the wholesomeness of this park I'm about drawn to tears. To watch seniors amble gingerly, barefoot across the lawns while watching grandkids shout with delight at the splashpark, to see accessible art in statues and words, to rest on a shaded bench next to fragrant roses while remembering those who fought for freedom, it is all here. American goodness and joy, American connection and celebration of life and of us. All of us. Notes: Parking available at the park or after 6 pm or so at the city employee lot next to the park. Plenty of paved walkways, a playground, many statues and plaques, gorgeous flowers in summer, and good people all around.

Great park in the middle of Puyallup, next to the library and local shops. The park has a nice playground and splash pad with the public restrooms.

I finally checked out the farmers market! It turned out to be a nice day too. I love seeing the different vendors and trying samples of food. We parked at Safeway for $5. Bought a bouquet of flowers $20, chocolate turnover $4 or $5, peach and habanero turn over - good, flavored butters, burgers from Stacks. Our burgers were called 3 little pigs, basically a bacon cheeseburger. Tried the maple bacon aioli-good, 1/2lb smoked brisket - not bad, bbq beans - good and Mac n cheese - not good. Dry and no taste. Got the most hugest oysters I've ever seen!! $3 each so I bought a couple. Lots of people with their dogs but it got annoying because the leashes that get in your way and just stopping because their dog sniffing another dog. Other than that it's nice to go and check out what's around and experience.

The park area has really turned into a vibrant family area for Puyallup. I went to see the group "Brickhouse". The park was packed and the people were friendly. I love going down there.

Is so beautiful outside, from a quick cool down if a cloud cover to a scorching sun spot in the sky.

What a beautiful day my family and I had. We went to the farmers market, spent to much money, got lots of fruits and veggies and a few tasty sweets. The best part was the friendly atmosphere and polite people. We ended the day with a great park for the kids and snowcones. Loved it here and will be returning time and time again.

The Puyallup Farmers Market at Pioneer Park is so much fun! A great time for the whole family with lots of food, music, coffee, fruits & veggies, and so much more! The park itself is also quite large and a great place to hang out and enjoy the lovely weather, with lots of great restaurants and shops within walking distance it's the perfect place to meet friends and family for a fun day out.

This is a beautiful park that has a walking path, a stage, a playground, a splash pad, and hosts fun events throughout the year. Most notable is the farmers market every Saturday between 10-2 from spring to fall. Most days, it's easy to find parking. The park is nicely kept and well-attended.

This is a great park with a awesome updated playground that has good structures for both younger and older kids. Plenty of benches and picnic tables. There is a stage for events and public restrooms. I can't wait for the splash pad/ spray park to open for the season.

There’s not much to do recreationally here. But there are plenty of cool sculptures to see and the park is located in a super cute small-town downtown area with lots of shops and places to grab coffee and enjoy sculptures. On a weekday I had no problem finding parking right across from the park.

Was visiting my sista, great little park with many different places to settle in and relax. Kids splash pad area. Beautiful walk around rose garden with benches to sit and reflect. Always had some activity going on.

All good except when the park is packed full. Then the Crowds of (LIKE) family reunions take over the park.

Lovely park with a fun playground. Centrally located with close proximity to the library, splash pad, coffee shops, groceries, and restaurants. Beautiful green spaces.

Second best park in the area. My kids always find other friendly kids to play with and the play equipment is nice and graffiti free. The portable restrooms suck but they're almost done with a new restroom so whatevs.

Love the farmers market with the wife. We're loyal customers of many of the vendors and love to buy small home base business's when we can Tie dye Mike has the most killer tiedye and I own 68 shirts from them if that says anything! Curbside coffee is wife's favorite and a staple of every trip as well as Dancing Bee bakery. Flowers from everywhere but Butchs Baskets is a definate highlight just for the beautiful upcycling and reuse of so many different items. A variety of different food fare and all sorts of craft and produce vendors. Prices are moderate to pricy for certain specialty and high demand items. Love to go rain or shine. And entertainment at various places throughout the event make it warm and friendly. Plan on walking a bit from the parking situation and allow yourself a decent chunk of time to really enjoy. 5 stars!!!

Decent park with nice art.... but I feel like it's haunted by the Puyallup police.... they're always lurking, trying to bust someone for something... lucky for me, I have a clean history and a roof over my head... because if they hate anyone more than you, it's people with past police encounters and homeless people. They hate the homeless with a passion.

Very popular place on a hot day now that the spray park is open. Add the Farmers market and holiday foot traffic and it's a recipe for limited parking- be ready to donate to a local church to use their parking lot if side streets are packed!

Awesome park! Can't wait for the renovations. I've also been attending workouts by the group F3 that are held every Tuesday at 5:30 a.m. They are just for men, but I highly recommend checking them out!

Loved it, great place to bring the kiddos in the summertime, especially if you catch a farmers market like we did today!
