Haley went out of the way to help me find what I was looking for. She was sweet and helped make me feel welcome during my visit.

It's probably due to low staff, but it's odd not having the perfume/makeup people front and center to offer assistance. Made the place feel dead. The "new" toys r us is upstairs, which feels like a forgotten corner of the store, but there was a good selection of toys.

Black friday having our list in hand. 4 vendors & all the other employees hanging out not helping anyone else was rude. Leaving 1 cashier doing everything. Though we chose just to leave. Madelynn by the escalator was extremely helpful. 5 stars to her.

I love Macy's. They have great prices and wonderful products. The staff is very nice. It's always a good experience going in there. Everyone should try it

I had ordered 2 backpack style bags online but didn't like either. Since I was in the area I returned those. And on a display I just happened to walk by I saw a different one. After pulling all the paper stuffing out and getting a good look at the inside I decided right then that was my new purse! It was pricey but on sale and because I rarely buy new bags I decided it (I) was worth it! Can't wait to use it!

I went to get cologne for my son and myself. Macy's has a great fragrance selection.

Beautiful, clean store as always. Lots is sale items, good time to shop!

Not the Macy's I've always loved. Since the pandemic the store just isn't the same. Not much in stock and not much help
