Great place for a quick eat! I love getting their cobb salad with no corn and no tomatoes. The apple cider vinaigrette is extra tasty and goes well with the cobb salad. Jessica knows my order and she and the drive through staff are funny. I like that they get to know their customers, I've never had that at any other fast food restaurant before. I highly recommend Chick-fil-A, but especially this Chick-fil-A!

Tried the peach shake. It had little peach chunks but didn't taste as peachy as I thought it would. I love peaches! We got 2 Chick-fil-A deluxe, nuggets and the waffle fries. It's been awhile since I've had a sandwich and it was good. Drive thru workers were super nice, helpful and fast.

Good food, excellent service, nice and clean. I wish their portions are a little bit bigger though.

The drive thru flow is incredible, it routes around the outside of the parking area, very efficient. There were at least 20 cars ahead of me when I arrived and I was through in 10 minutes. Food was great too

I had a club sandwich meal. This was certainly not up to what I have come to expect from Chick-fil-A. The bun was very dry and crumbled as I ate the sandwich. I did as the manager if they changed bun suppliers, but she said no. I guess it was just a very stale bun. Waffle fries were hot and good as always. My wife had her favorite Market salad. Her comment seemed to be too much lettuce for all the goodies that go on the salad. Otherwise, it was very good.

The Puyallup Chick Fil A has by far the best service I have ever experienced at a Chic-Fil-A. The employees were attentive, our food came fast, and best of all, the location wasn’t too crowded when we visited around 10:00am. I will definitely return to this location.

The service really is as good as everyone says and the employees are friendly. I had a #1 with a lemonade. My husband had the chicken strips and Mac & cheese. The food was hot, delicious and there wasn’t much of a wait.

This location, even with long drive thru lines, tends to be very streamline and moves pretty quickly. I've had incorrect orders a couple of times even with correcting it with the second person recently however. They assure you it will be fixed at the window but neither time it was unfortunately. Hopefully just a fluke but otherwise no issues with orders, food or service.

There is no Chick-fil-A where I live so I visited when I was in the area. I wasn't able to dine in so I used the drive through. Service and wait times were great despite the high volume of cars in que. Food was great so I returned multiple times. Bought the sauce at the store to take home.

Great customer service always. Food is always fresh, a must foe waffle fries. Always congested, but with a lil patience you'll be in and out. To the young man who read back my full order. You rock! So eloquent... Great crew!

This place is THE best. Not only is the food delicious (we are partial to the grilled nuggets and the avocado lime ranch salad dressing, though there are plenty more good things on the menu.) but the staff is WONDERFUL. They act as if I am the owner, or at least a good friend. The orders are always perfect, no mistakes. And they remember me and what I like. Best food and best service anywhere. What more could you ask for?

Major decline with this one visit. Chicken was "rushed", maybe...but something definitely off. Loads of salt on my waffle fries... Just disappointing. Never before, but if a second visit like this rolls around soon, I may have to find a new favorite. The list is getting short because this new standard seems to be it with a lot of places. Given the high prices of fast food... I want a decent meal!

I'm not a fan of chick fil a, but this experience helps me see what all the fuss is about. My chicken Cobb salad was perfect! The service was fast. And the restrooms were not only clean, but did not require a special key or code, which is refreshing.

Food fresh & hot. Good, usually fast service even if there's a line. Employees friendly, helpful & courteous. Noticed prices have just been raised.

I have been coming here with my classmate recently. I live in the military base and usually go to Chick Fil A on the Bridgeport Avenue. I never really dine in or takeout, always curbside order or drive thru but today I decided to do dine in at this Chick Fil A location. I am amazed with the crew and the speedy service yet proper and outstanding. Elizabeth helped take care of my orders and she did amazing in terms of service, just a little quiet when she spoke. I was pissed because I couldn't use my phone app because apparently I need to update it and it kept crashing. I only had 30 minutes break and hadn't eaten anything at all since morning at work and afternoon at school. So I decided to just ignore my app and went ahead to pay but since I have almost entirely moved to Samsung pay, I always left my wallet in my car. But I was so pissed that the machine kept undetecting the android pay NFC signal despite of many attempts, even with different cards. I left to grab my wallet grumpily because I didnt have much time to spend for my late lunch (3 pm till 3.30 pm before my next class begins). Elizabeth patiently waited for me to come back and apologized for what happened, which I believed not her fault at all. I was mad at the machine, in which is a part of company's equipments. Please, as the manager, routinely check your equipment and make sure everything operates smoothly and properly. I felt bad that Elizabeth thought I was mad at her. Other than that, Chick Fil A's Cobb Salad is amazing! I have been trying to cut and eat healthier. Cobb salad is just perfect for me! I would come back again next time to try their two other salads! Keep it up, crews!!! Props to Elizabeth too for handling me calmly and composed!
