This hotel is very accessible location and environmental friendly landscape.It has big conference room banquet and mini meeting rooms are full facilities.It is a good hotel for long stay guests as price are quite reasonable and complementary breakfasts are good and delicious.Room service menu are many kinds of lists with cheaper rate.Bed is quite big with full AC for 24 hours electricity provided and full security systems.Near by has many governments office,shopping center and restaurants.

A good quality hotel with average services. Deluxe and above rooms will meet requirements of the guests who expect luxurious room decoration. Wide hotel campus with ordinary landscaping is remarkable. Swimming pool, a mini gym and limited spa service would be helpful for who had a whole day sitting in the stressful meetings. Buffet breakfast is provided but less number of items to choose and ordinary taste do not match the size and room rate charged. If you are looking for a mid range hotel on the main road and within walking distance to shopping malls, this one should be on your list.

The Hotel is a bit crowded with events cos it has two ballrooms. Superior room from the separate building are a bit low standard like motel cos the tower provided for the superior room are different from the deluxe room. The rooms at the main building is Great but the internet connection is a bit low there compare to superior rooms. Breakfast has so may options (but provide the same food everyday) to choose but taste are quite sour and not so good. There is a pool for Hotel Guests but no so clean enough. There also has a Spa and Family Karaoke with reasonable price.

Very big and luxurious hotel filled with friendly and efficient staffs. Parking is big and is accessible by disable people. The price is in upper mid range compared to Hotel around them. Breakfast is inclusive in the normal room rate.

Nice hotel for gathering. Staff are very friendly. Most importantly swimming pool is great and clean. Food is also very delicious and cheap. I don't have experience about rooms.

The staffs are really friendly and the service is nice. The price is appropriate because of swimming pool and bar's services. The most thing I wish to give five stars is food. My family had both lunch and dinner at hotel. Fried rice, fried squid with masala paste and prawn tempura are really delicious.

It's a local Burmese hotel and still relatively new so it's very nice. However don't look too hard at the detail - the shoddy workmanship at the hotel means that in a short amount of time the hotel won't look so great. My room already had some wallpaper peeling off the ceiling, the plastering in the bathrooms is very rough - with a tap coming out of a tile in the bath through an open hole in the tile rather than being sealed properly. The decor in the hotel is fine - but wish they'd spent a bit more money to hire an interior designer to blend the colours and materials in a way that works. The 4 stars are because overall, the hotel looks nice, with a great pool, nice staff and large rooms. Just don't expect 5 star (or even 4 star hotel) finishes - and don't look too hard at the details!

Vast property in hotel zone. Good size rooms; average breakfast. Gym and pool are good. Lot of events, so lobby is always crowded.
