Overall nice and tasty. Good vibe, filling portions, fast and smiling service. Been there many times and the ribs, chicken fingers and potatoe twisters are always a must… obviously pricier then your classic Greek meat place but you pay for the American style 🇺🇸 however avoid the Yucatan salad… not good and lastly and the reason for only 3 stars were the dirty men’s bathrooms with non working automatic paper dispensers…

Very Disapponted! I had a long time to visit Cosmos Fridays because of the pandemics. Jack Daniels' Black Angus was very good cooked but veggies were grated nearly a soup spoon in total, far away from the old days true veggies and in addition no salt or pepper came, not even in sachets, nor a butter piece (we asked for but when the butter arrived the Angus was half eaten and dropped off temperature, could not melt the butter) and there were not real cooked potatoes on the side, only bad fried stick potatoes that i side then in an other plate. Jack Daniels Chiken filet dish was also at the same condition and on the taste there was a confidence of stale. Chips dish was good enough but not rich as the old one. Mac n' cheese burger was ok. The beer was ok. The service was as expected. The price does not fit with Ebenezers' Skroutz behavior! A nearly Red Card for this shop and may for the total company in Greece!

Amazing service and fabulous tastes is what you are going to find in the TGI Fridays in Thessaloniki. The combination of great people working for your enjoyment with the flavors that are cooked every day, will give you a time that you will never forget. I have to say of course a great thank you to Elizabeth for her great service. Make sure to ask for her service when you will visit the restaurant. Also, congratulations to the director of the TGI in Pylea for the results of our beautiful day here and many thanks for the treats. They were delicious. I can easily recommend the chicken with Jack Daniel sauce and a cheese cake for dessert. It is heavenly delicious. Anyway, don't miss the opportunity to visit TGI Fridays in Pylea. It is a great experience.

The vegan borito and the Fridays burger was good (a bit dry for my taste) the glazing was a very nice addition. We all enjoyed it. If you have the time to wait, its a nice place to eat in.

there is no reason to go to USA to try TGI FRIDAYS food when ours is far better, you have to try Jack Daniels Chicken with a amazing sauce !!

Today's visit was just meh. The twisters were dry, not enough sour cream or cheese sauce. The chicken tacos didn't have guacamole. It wasn't even super busy yet. Food tasted good, but it wasn't complete. Our server wasn't around to see how everything is. By the time she came around, we were ready to go.

Yummiest burgers and ribs I have ever eaten, you get free refills. Whenever I visit Thessaloniki, I eat at this restaurant and it has the nicest vibe. Very children friendly as well, always remember the coloring books.

Nice place and nice environment inside the Mediterranean cosmos mall. I really have second thoughts about my rating. Last time everything was very good. Food, service etc. Time before that ate one of the worst cooked burgers. Seems the need to standardize their cooking procedures.

This is a nice place to eat if you are in the mood for a burger. A family friendly restaurand/fast food with quick service and friendly staff. Not greek traditional but good after a day in the mall. Also, interesting choices for burgers.

This is a must visit if you are up for burgers or Mexican inspired dishes. The quality of the service, tje food and the drinks are exceptional. Being a returning and returning customer I am amazed by the consistency in all aspects close to perfection. Make sure you don't miss the Creme Brulee Cheesecake, it is to die for.

Been going here every other week for the past two months. Obviously I love it. Better than the Glyfada, Athens branch (coz I’ve only been to these two branches) however, lately the veggie burrito has been coming crunchy and toasted. Burritos should not be crunchy at all, when I complain, it comes back with the ingredients inside are cold. In other times; the burritos come really good. Hot and the tortilla bread is not crunchy.

We had a great meal....Turkey for Thanksgiving with amazing pumpkin pie...4 stars for food and not 5 stars because the Turkey needed more gravy....but still delicious

It’s terribly noisy, children are screaming, people are shouting, you can't exchange two words with someone. The waiters broke a plate at our feet, they didn't even apologize. We ordered three portions of the famous ribs, with a side of mashed potatoes, which is unique. we had to repeat this request to three waiters, but unfortunately none of them understood us. They brought us a portion of terrible fries and separately in a small plate - two scoops of mashed potatoes. We thought this would be some kind of apology from the restaurant for the mistake, but no, we were charged for it. The ribs are also not what they used to be, they were our favorite to eat and whenever we pass through Thessaloniki we stop for these ribs. They are not the same anymore, this is our last time going there.

Great service and big choice. Safe place for Celiac and everyone that is on a gluten free diet or have some other allergy or sensitivity. In the moment when I told them that I need gf food the manager came, informed me what is safe for me to eat, the ingredients and how long should I wait for the food to be prepared. The meals came just on time and everything was super delicious. I was there twice in the last 2 weeks and will definitely come again. Tnx for the great experience 🥰

Great food. The service excellent. For the month of May 2023 all cocktails are down to 5 euro . Music can be a bit too loud sometimes. For a table a reservation is necessary otherwise there is a waiting period.

Great burgers, steaks and everything else. Do not miss when you go to Greece. Location is great in the Mediterranean Cosmos. American food with unforgettable experience. The TGI signature meals are extraordinary and highly recommended. The TGI signature sauce is excellent. All staff is great and speaking good english. Highly recommend!

Every TGI has different quality of food it seems. This TGI had some amazing flavours. Although the seasonal dessert was a complete failure. The truffle burger and the Texas was excellent. Would definitely recommend.

I had to visit this place in years! It remains unchanged! The flavours are typical American and the quality is standardised! The glazed t-bone was excellent and the potato twisters were as good as i remembered them. We took the Oreo dessert which was delicious!

It’s been a while since I’ve been in Fridays for lunch and it was not what I remembered. It took them 30 minutes to bring us a burger and fajitas and it was not so busy in the restaurant. I lost my appetite in the meantime. The food was not anything special for the menu prices, more of a disappointment.

Visited this restaurant twice with family. Both times, the service was excellent. The staff from the person who brought us to our table, to the server who took our order, were great. The food was very good and the restaurant was clean. Love the location too. Will definitely be back when visiting Thessaloniki. :)

The waitress Dora is great. Loved the experience and would definitely come again. The food was amazing, everyone was super friendly and super wonderful. Overall an amazing restaurant.

5 stars not so much about the food, which is what you expect from a TGIF, but for the service. Worth going just to be treated so kindly. I forgot my handbag and on top of an excellent service, our server run outside to find me and reunite me with my handbag. We had various dishes and they were nice. Far better than many US and UK outfits of tgif.

This was my favourite place to eat as a kid. This place has a unique character an aesthetic. The food is amazing and the prices a little high. The only downside is the few Vegan options that it offers.
