From the moment I got in touch with the call center it was very smooth process for me. All were very helpful and attentive. I got all the information without having to struggle. I'm very thankful to the staff there.

I've visited this clinic since day one I felt like at home and released my anxiety because almost of the staff are my kabayans and they are so approachable and friendly like treated me as my family most especially the lady who is sitting in the reception in 3rd floor she's assisting me since from the beginning of my visited date.i feel so happy and comfortable she is so kind and sister on the x-ray technicians and reception guy and kabayan nurses also are well mannered.thanks a lot for doctor Abhishek and sister for making me feel good after the procedure.god blessed to All of you ,just continue for doing good things.

I consulted Rifzana doctor (internal medicine), she is really kind and has indepth knowledge, explains the problem really well and patiently to the patient's. Receptionist are friendly as well. This hospital has alot of dentists. This place is clean. Inhouse pharmacy is there. Lots of sanitizer machines are available. Had a good experience.

Lack of organization and professionalism: I came around 7:40 pm, took my token and was waiting for the doctor. Doctor came, another patient came inside before me ( his token was after me) i had to wait more… i made some analysis, waited for the results, i went back to doctor they told me he left as he finished his shift????? I had pain in my kidney and they asked me to come back tomorrow?? I had to fight to have a doctor check my report.. now it is 21:30 still waiting.. never again i come back here 😤😤

I am writing this note to appreciate the experience we had recently at the Wakra Branch of Nassem Medical Centre, for getting the RT PCR Test done for foreign travel for two of our guests. The whole process, from entry, reception, waiting, wheelchair facilitation, registration, payments, movement between rooms and floors in lifts, to the sample extraction at the collection room, was smooth and seamless. This centre is welcoming, spick and span, well-designed, and generously lit up and apt signage is located at all the right places to guide patients correctly. The whole process was very professionally taken care of by well-trained and courteous staff members. I would like to personally highlight the services of the Eye Specialist Dr. Vadakoot Jayagovindan Bimal whose expertise and patient care was distinguished. Together with him another gentleman Mr. Silson who helped us at the Main Reception needs a special mention for the admirable personalised care he takes with every customer. He personally monitored and ensured we got the PDF copy of the report by WhatsApp to start the online processing, long before we could physically collect the signed test report. Naseem Medical Centre Al Wakra is our family's preferred clinic in this neighbourhood. It is definitely a boon for the local residents to have such an efficient, proficient and well-administered clinic in our locality. Thank you NMC for your exceptional service. I just went for the Antigen test and I like the environment at wakra branch. The cleanliness was exemplary and the reception staff was very approachable. Didn't had a chance to see the doctors though however the nurse who took my sample was quite polite. Highly recommend this place.

Today I visited Naseem and had a nightmare with the check in desk guy who treated me inhumanly. First of all it was his mistake that he wanted to cover up this time by making the payment which was covered by my insurance company. His name his Shamneer an Indian malayali guy who denied me consultation with gynecologist and asked me to pay for it which is covered. I previously visited Naseem for my Maternity concerns and he kept insisting that I must pay for it because it is not covered. I am fully aware that maternity is not covered but I am not pregnant anymore I simply want a gynecologist checkup which he denied and which is covered by my insurance. He was so rude and kept speaking in his own language in front of us, giggling and humming songs while I spoke to him. Is this the way Naseem treats patients who come to get and feel better? I am so disappointed that I had to speak to the branch manger and do something about bad behavior and bad attitude. I will never ever again come back to this branch again. This treatment toward your patients needs urgent attention. Bad behavior and wrong attitude towards people is a disease which needs to be treated. He cannot be sitting on that chair making patients feel worse while they are already feeling low. Kindly review this complaint with the utmost attention so that no other person is treated this way again in such a reputed and recognized organization.

Service is better than good. Staff are active and caring. However, there is a little slack somewhere for the waiting system the service could have been better. However I will give 4.5/5 rating. Happy with the service. One more thing for the patience Medical insurance card is accepted here for both consulting doctor and buying medicine.
