Usually
I
come
to
British
IDC
in
Al
Waab
to
visit
Dr
Anu
Rengit,
and
I’ve
already
previously
submitted
a
review
about
her
service
as
she
is
amazing.
This
time,
my
experience
was
completely
different.
I
had
a
terrible
toothache
under
my
ceramic
crown
and
for
two
days
my
work
schedule
wasn’t
matching
with
Dr
Anu,
so
yesterday
I
decided
to
book
appointment
with
whoever
was
available
in
the
morning.
Reception
informed
me
that
Dr
Shiby
Thomas
had
a
cancellation
for
12:45.
I’ve
checked
the
reviews
about
Dr
Shiby
and
they
were
all
saying
she
is
gentle
with
children
and
scared
adults.
I
was
none
of
the
categories,
but
I
was
desperate
as
my
tooth
was
throbbing
horribly
so
I
went.
I
came
at
12:40
and
waited
until
13:10
when
a
women
approached
me
and
asked
about
my
name
and
took
me
to
the
patient
room.
It
was
Dr
Shiby
who
never
introduced
herself,
so
I
didn’t
even
know
if
it’s
a
doctor
or
nurse.
She
never
apologized
as
well
for
me
waiting
for
25min,
and
when
I
sat
she
inquired
why
I’m
there.
When
I
sat
on
the
chair,
she
was
very
serious
and
unwelcoming,
very
robotic
even
strict
in
a
way.
I
ignored
and
didn’t
comment
as
I
was
in
pain.
I’ve
explained
her
that
I
have
filling
for
5
years,
nothing
is
visible
on
the
tooth
from
outside,
however
I
feel
pain
which
was
only
when
I
bite
and
now
is
constant
for
2
days
even
with
painkillers.
You
don’t
have
to
be
a
dentist
to
realize
that
it’s
most
probably
tooth
infection,
but
anyways.
She
did
some
knocking
on
my
teeth
to
confirm
which
tooth
is
infected
and
biting
the
cotton
again
to
confirm,
examined
surrounding
teeth
and
all
of
these
things
that
I
did
home
previously.
She
asked
if
it
hurts
when
I
drink
or
eat
hot/cold,
I
repeated
again
that
it
hurts
when
I
bite
and
that
I
am
certain
on
which
tooth
it
is.
She
took
a
radiograph
and
told
me
she
doesn’t
see
anything
and
that
it
could
be
that
I
bite
something
and
it’s
trauma,
which
I
told
her
it
is
not,
than
she
said
it
could
be
infection,
some
problem
from
past
filling.
Basically
everything
I
already
knew
myself.
So
she
confirmed
which
tooth
it
is,
and
that
probably
is
infected
under
filling
-
which
you
don’t
need
to
be
dentist
to
realize
and
than
that’s
where
she
said
she’ll
send
me
for
3D
scan
to
Dr
Mohammed.
She
said
she’ll
show
me
estimate
cost
and
I’ve
seen
at
the
screen

which
is
2646€.
She
added:
“Does
it
hurt
you,
do
you
want
anesthesia?”
even
I
told
her
I’m
in
pain
the
entire
time.
I’m
not
sure
that
she
was
listening.
She
stated
I’ll
schedule
you
with
Dr
Mohammed.
Dr
Shiby
handed
me
9895QR
estimate,
where
she
included
Core
and
Titanium
post
for
1200QR
and
Ceramic
Crown
4000QR,
without
even
offering
me
alternatives,
which
I’m
aware
of
and
without
discussing
my
insurance
plan
as
almost
10000QR
bill
is
not
naive,
or
for
Dr
Shiby
it
is!
:)
I
have
felt
like
a
proper
donkey
for
money
extracting,
I
don’t
even
know
how
to
describe
the
feeling...
First
of
all:
zero
professionalism
and
people
skills,
zero
empathy
and
ultimately
zero
business
awareness…
I
felt
she
was
there
to
take
money
from
me,
and
treated
me
literally
like
I’m
dumb
and
I’ve
never
went
to
a
dentist
let
alone
any
doctor
at
all.
I
just
left
the
place
and
didn’t
return
to
Dr
Mohamed,
which
Dr
Shiby
scheduled
for
me.
This
is
definitely
way
to
loose
patients.
Even
I
love
Dr
Anu,
this
experience
made
me
most
probably
not
come
back
here
again.
