This
was
my
first
stop
upon
arriving
in
London
for
my
vacation
-
I
was
jet-lagged
and
starving,
and
Vantra
ended
up
being
an
amazing
first
meal!
And
then
I
came
back
a
few
days
later
and
had
another
amazing
dinner.
Everything
is
vegan
-
as
well
as
gluten-free,
paleo-friendly,
Halal-
and
Kosher-compliant,
sugar-free,
garlic-free,
oil-free,
peanut-free
and
cashew-free
(but
note
they
DO
use
almonds),
non-GMO,
and
no
fried
foods.
Everything
is
steamed
or
raw,
and
prepared
with
lots
of
herbs
and
spices
so
that
salt
is
not
really
used
in
cooking.
They
do
have
salt,
pepper,
oils,
and
various
other
condiments
for
those
who
wish
to
add
it
to
their
food.
But
really,
everything
is
so
carefully
seasoned
that
I
didn't
feel
a
need
to
add
any
additional
seasonings
to
the
food.
It's
served
buffet-style
and
you
pay
for
the
food
by
weight.
Both
times,
I
got
huge
plates
of
food
because
I
hadn't
had
much
food
since
lunch,
so
I
was
starving
-
and
my
huge
plates
didn't
come
out
to
be
terribly
expensive!
No
more
than
9-10
GBP!
Their
food
offerings
change,
so
you
can
pretty
much
get
different
meals
every
time
you
come
here.
Lots
of
beans
and
tofu
options,
many
different
veggies,
so
you
are
certain
to
feel
full
after
eating
here.
They
have
some
healthy
desserts,
too!
I
got
their
hot
adzuki
beans
in
what
I
think
was
almond
milk
(?),
which
reminded
me
of
a
red
bean
dessert
soup
I've
had
in
Chinese
restaurants.
Delicious!
Definitely
coming
back
next
time
I
am
in
London!
