Really midern city to live in. There are some points that made me give 4 starts instead of 5 and they are, distance from city center and the cost of the apartments. Otherwise they do really offer good service. There are 11 buildings. Each building has 19 flats. Each of them has 5 apartments. There are 3 different sized apartments. Small Medium And large. There is a really nice view of sulaymaniyah from the apartments since the city is on mountain of goizha. There is bus service from and to center of bazar and the bus stop is infront of goizha city. You can travel only for 500IQD.

The security in Goizha City is not good. Good place but I do not recommend for foreigners to hire a place to live in.

Good place for resting. You can buy and rent house from this city. previously prices were expensive but now normal. You can rent 3 room and 1 saloon flat between 400-450 usd. Service is 60.000 ID. There is market, play ground, cafee, green places for sitting and resting. Back side of the city small forest. You can walking in that forest. Nice place for living.

Foreigners mostly live here, it has good green space, pavilions for sitting, children's play area, coffee shop, supermarket, permanent electricity, gas and water, soccer field, also has a good view of the city. cooler than other parts of the city, taxis are always available.
