My biggest issue was with service. Came in at 3:10 sat at the bar the bartender William didn't even knowledge me for good 5-7 minutes. Wasn't interested in any questions I had about the specials. Said couldn't remember how they worked. I order a burger off the menu. Burger served at 3:48 on the receipt he printed. Didn't even ask how the food was. I had an empty beer glass sitting there that anyone could see. At 4:22 he wanted to know if I would like another beer. Mind you there were only 2 other people at the bar besides me. Finally got the check at 4:42 and couldn't settle up for another 7-10 minutes. After all the disappointment I still left the young man a 22% tip. I was tempted to not tip at all and write a note on the check. Looking around the restaurant there were plenty of thing wrong when it came to service. This should not happen when the restaurant has 3 tables total of 7 people and 3 at the bar. The fault would go to the manager on duty. The staff needs some serious training on service. I have been to this establishment a few times afternoon and even dinner time. It has never been 'busy' not I understand why. For me to sit and write this lengthy review can you imagine my frustration.

Walked in on a Sunday Afternoon to relax with some wings and beer and watch NFL football. Was promptly told that there was not enough staff a we would have to wait indefinitely. mind you, the place was near empty!! I will not return, nor will I recommend BWW.

All in all anytime we are here it’s a fun time, but tonight half the wings were hot half cold on my plate & the burger didn’t come out until 5-6 minutes after everyone else’s which is not really that big of a deal but would’ve been nice for all at once. Food in general was good, fried pickles are always a favorite. Kayla our server was great!

Lana is EXCELLENT. Table of 8 handled with ease and with a great attitude. Management was very accommodating with the game we wanted and the peach 🍑 Lenenkugel was fantastic. The manager also went out of his way for our benefit.

I don't often write reviews, but the service today was absolutely terrible. I walked in and waited at the door to be greeted/seated and none of the employees acknowledged me, even after seeing me stand there. The atmosphere at this location is so unwelcoming and the employees look unhappy, which transfers o to the customer. Anyway, I was served by a guy named William. I let William know that I would be dining in, and he did not offer me a menu...after about a minute I requested a food menu. When the food FINALLY came out, the fries were cold and disgusting, but I did not to ask for another order because we all know why. I asked for ketchup and it felt like I was bothering him. There was only one other person at the bar! When I was ready to go, no one was available to take my money. Then I looked over and saw all of the employees congregating at a table. I've lived in Quakertown for seven years and have only been to this location 3 times. The reason why I don't frequent this location is because I never had a good experience here. The employees need to be trained on good customer service and I'm sure it's hurting the bottom line at this location.

Walked in wondering why no one comes here. All the employees were hanging out and eating drinking at a dirty table in the bar dining area. Had to ask five mins after standing there in the bar staring at the mgr and everyone talking if anyone was working. While waiting for our food the staff just ate and drank and hung out at this dirty table in plain site ignoring the guests for the most part. Been frequenting bars for 20 years and grew up in the restaurant industry and I've just never seen anything like this being done in plain site of guests on the floor....

The service was horrible! I ordered sautéed onions on my burger, as the menu states "at request", they weren't on my burger, so I asked for them, never imagining she would insist they come on it, I had to take the burger apart to prove they weren't there. I waited another 10 minutes for her to bring them. I asked for a refill of my soda, she never brought it. She literally walked around doing nothing while I had an empty cup on the side of the table. I never left a $0 tip, until today.

Don’t order burgers here. All grease. Even the water tastes chemical? The wings were average.

If I could give a negative star rating I would. We went for lunch, the place was not busy yet it took 20 minutes for waiter to come over, once he came over he never came back. He seemed to be quite occupied standing at the bar doing nothing. I had to get up and get my own napkins and silverware- food came out and it was terrible the chips had so much salt on it you couldn’t eat them, the wings weren’t cooked fully and parts if our order were missing and never came. After waiting 30 mins for someone to come back I finally got up and went to opposite side of restaurant to ask other waitress for a box- worst experience ever we will never go back

I don’t think they put enough sauce. Absolutely ridiculous 😂
