The only good thing about this hostel is the price, and I wouldnā€™t say itā€™s worth it. I have had my fair share of hostels but never have I been mislead like I have here. Considering they advertise nothing but the capsule/pods on their site- you would think thatā€™s what you get. In reality, there are only a few of those rooms and youā€™re extremely lucky if you get one. The rest are wooden slab bunk beds with a thin mattress sitting on top, stuffed with 20 other people in one room with absolutely zero privacy. Lockers are so small you canā€™t even fit a backpack in it if you wanted to and myself, along with others didnā€™t bring a lock in the first place as we were under the impression we were staying in a locked pod. There isnā€™t a lock on the front door, nor any other door in any space leaving everything as a free for all. Whoever wants to come and go, they can. As a solo female traveler I did NOT feel comfortable sleeping here in the slightest and I was lucky enough to be able to find an alternative solution. I was able to walk past the front desk easily without question which only makes sense as they do not keep track of their guests. The space inside the hostel is so confusing and twisted, and thereā€™s just random rooms everywhere. I will 100% be reaching out, although I received no answer for my first two emails anyway. I do not recommend staying here in the slightest and based on all the good reviews- looking into their profiles, I believe are made up guests that are leaving fake reviews to draw customers into thinking this is a good deal.

Unfortunately, the photos and description on the booking page try to convince you that this is a better accommodation than it actually is. There are no capsules, which is what they advertise. In fact, you will sleep in a room with about 15-20 people, the beds cannot be isolated from the rest of the room by any curtain. The common areas don't look nearly as good. You get the feeling that everything is being skimped on here (including the staff who were also not the nicest) and it's not about the comfort of the guests, it's about making a lot of money with minimal costs. Also, don't expect anyone to respond to messages on Booking. They also donā€™t tell you you need your own lock to use the locker - I was thus forced to sleep in the bed with my bag. Unfortunately this was the worst hostel I have been to in a long time.

Proceed with Caution - NAP hostel Currently Closed Due to Legal Issues āš ļø IMPORTANT NOTICE: Please note that as of the time of writing this review, the hotel in question is closed by law due to legal issues. Exercise caution before making any reservations or visiting the premises. My friend and I recently planned a trip to Valencia, and after conducting thorough research on hotels in the area, we stumbled upon NAP hostel. Unfortunately, we were unaware of its current legal status, as it was not prominently mentioned on the hotel's website or any other booking platforms. We only discovered the hotel's closure after some concerned neighbors informed us about the ongoing legal troubles. While we cannot provide an in-depth review of our personal stay at the hotel, we feel it is crucial to warn potential guests about the situation. It is essential to be aware that the hotel's operations are currently suspended due to legal issues beyond their control. As a result, any reservations made during this period might not be honored, and guests could face significant inconvenience and disappointment. We strongly advise anyone planning to stay at NAP hostel to seek alternative accommodations until the legal matters are resolved and the hotel is permitted to reopen. It is always prudent to prioritize your safety, comfort, and overall experience when choosing accommodation for your travels. We hope this review serves as a helpful warning to future guests and prevents them from encountering unnecessary difficulties during their trip. We encourage the hotel management to promptly update their website and other online platforms with accurate information regarding their current status to avoid any misunderstandings. Please be cautious and considerate when making your travel plans and ensure that you verify the operational status of any hotel or establishment you intend to visit. Your safety and satisfaction should always be the utmost priority. Stay safe and have a pleasant trip!

Probably the worst hostel Iā€™ve been. We booked a private capsule, but instead we got completely open bed without any privacy and the worst was that there was no door and the light was on all night. Secondly the toilet is so far away from the room at a different floor you canā€™t easily go at night. All the rooms look like they are cooking meth there as a side project and the air inside the building is just the worst. Wouldnā€™t stay there one more night even if they paid me.

No one feels safe in this hostel. There has been accounts of homeless people sleeping over night due to the entrance door being unlocked 24h/7 and the receptionist not always being present at the reception desk. Clients constantly getting kicked out of their beds in the middle of the night (which wakes everyone else up) and/or their lockers being broken into (to confiscate misplaced items) because the receptionists can't be bothered to properly show the travelers their assigned locations around the hostel. The tap water is not safe to drink, sometimes there's no toilet paper at all, the showers are very uncomfortable to use (without any hangers), and the "kitchen" is basically just a public fridge with plastic plates and stickers glued to the walls in order to cover up holes. Dodgiest place I've ever been, I wouldn't be surprised if it's got a secret location for money laundering (there's a couple secret rooms). Horrible sanitary conditions, nothing works properly and furniture is basically non-existant.

The Hostel is clearly struggling, if indeed it was ever successful or was ever meant to be. After booking a bunk bed we were informed upon arrival that all that we had really payed for was a ā€œbunk bed for one personā€ perhaps they meant bunked bed. Though this was a simple mistake the.. ā€œreceptionistā€ felt that it was necessary to explain to us in detail how we were wrong. So the price was more than twice what was advertised and my travel partner and I were separated to different parts of the rather shabby facility. However I was not able to simply book a room I was stuck in a corner with a stack of laminated QR codes and told to book online, as the.. ā€œreceptionistā€ I suppose, scrolled on her phone mindlessly I did so and I was then told that I had to wait for yet another unpredictable automatic e-mail to be able to get the codes necessary to log in to an app that I had to download which would let me unlock the door. Then once I had downloaded the app those codes went through and identified where in the disorganized and unalphabetical facility my bed was I was annoyed to find that I neednā€™t have bothered with all that because my bead had no door anyways, despite several euros more than a bed with a locking door. I was promised earplugs, none were provided, fortunately Iā€™m an experienced traveler and I never go anywhere without them. The pillow was a tea bag filled with air and the bed had deep divots almost as far down as the bottom of the thin mattress. Normally this would not be an issue, Iā€™ve spent months sleeping on the floor and perhaps I would have preferred to do so again if not for the fact that the bed was open to a small hallway and the floor covered in sand, which rather negated the promised clean linens were also covered in dirt and the mattress was on the floor. And after all that trouble I returned late that night to find someone in my bed. Apparently the facility had decided to give my bed away while I was gone. They gave me a different bed in a different part of the facility after I asked what had happened. Though this bed also did not have a door.

Peor experiencia en un hostal de mi vida. Worst hostel experience of my life. There was no luggage storage, no toilet seats, no comforters, no lock on the front door and the floors and walls were unfinished. Would not recommend to anyone.

DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU APPRECIATE YOUR PHYSICAL INTEGRITY Specially if you're a woman (check the photo of their signs, it's all you need to know) We didn't even stay the night. After 5min we were out of there for good. There are no windows in the room or locks on the main door. This is literally a safety hazard. Despite the cheap price, it is not worth jeopardizing your safety.

This is a great hostel run by a friendly staff. It is very clean, convenient location, there is an excellent kitchen where you can heat food in the microwave, make tea and store food in the refrigerator. I highly recommend it and would love to come back here.

I stayed at the hostel because of my work. The care and attention was top notch. The staff are lovely people, they always made sure I felt comfortable. The bathrooms and beds were very comfortable and overall cleanliness was top notch. They also gave me recommendations on places to visit, restaurants and recreation areas. This hostel was created with a lot of love and passion.

This hostel had its pros and cons. Given its budget-friendly price of 16ā‚¬ (the cheapest option for the night I wanted to book), I understood there might be some trade-offs. The sleeping setup was not as pictured; it resembled open cubicles, and privacy was a challenge due to the absence of curtains. Unfortunately, the showers didn't consistently provide hot water, and the check-in process required downloading an app, which was a bit inconvenient. On the positive side, they had a "movie" room where they screened different films each night. Additionally, there were enough toilets and space to accommodate guests comfortably.

While traveling, I stayed at this hostel for a couple of days. I was pleasantly surprised, clean, comfortable, polite staff, interesting design, reasonable prices. The first time I took a capsule sleeping place, I liked it. I recommend.

The photos donā€™t match the place. Everything was dirty, included my linens that was provided and under my bed there was some underwear that someone probably forgot there but the staff never took. There is no security check, they didnā€™t check our reservation and you donā€™t receive anything that says youā€™re staying at the hostel, so anyone can freely walk in there. The doors to the rooms donā€™t lock, so theyā€™re always open with free access no anyone. The most weird thing, during the day and night the staff make

This hostel has a warm and friendly atmosphere. The staff is available 24 hours a day to resolve any issues. The facilities here are always clean and tidy. Dormitories are locked, so only tenants can get inside. There are also spacious lockers for valuables. Each bed has a light, socket and curtains. Other guests are sociable, talkative and come from all over Europe and beyond. Even though I was a solo traveler, it was like a vacation with a group of good friends.

Everything is well maintained, toilets and showers are excellent. The common room is a very pleasant place to sit, work or practice languages (the variety of nationalities that gather here makes this possible). The rooms are very comfortable and the attitude of the staff towards the guests is really wonderful. The people who work here are clearly attracted to what they do. The prices here are really affordable. I recommend this place.

I think it is one of the best hotels that I have visited so far, it is really beautiful, distinctive and quiet, its rooms and furniture are clean and even the bathroom is very clean and sterile, I liked the decoration and interior design in it and the service staff is excellent, it was a really wonderful experience

This is a new, modern and very welcoming hostel in a great location. From the moment I crossed the threshold, I was warmly welcomed and treated with care. The hostel is new, very clean, calm and made with love! And in terms of price / quality ratio, there is simply no equal. As I mentioned, the owners are adorable and I'm sure you won't need anything. The next time I visit the city, I will definitely come back here; highly recommend!

Pleasant people, good view from the window. Cozy atmosphere, everything is clean and tidy. From the photo itā€™s not entirely clear which room youā€™ll get. It was a little different, but overall this moment did not affect our stay in any way. The bed is comfortable, the place is cozy.

Great common areas you can spend time very conveniently and make new acquaintances. The hostel is clean. Good showers, also divided into men's and women's. There is also a kitchen where you can do the minimum necessary to be well fed and two large refrigerators to store food

The people here are just wonderful, including the hotel staff. This is a place where you can freely communicate with amazing people. The beds are like separate rooms, providing complete privacy, and the bathrooms are clean, spacious and comfortable. There are lockers for storing things, but many guests do not even use them due to the high level of security (people with bad intentions do not come here, on the contrary). This hostel is a unique experience and I really enjoyed being here.

Comfortable beds with storage space. I must mention the excellent work of the manager. It was my first time visiting a hostel. It felt like a mini-hotel, and I felt safe the entire time. This hostel has definitely set the bar high for me. The bed was perfect, it was comfortable.

This is truly a wonderful place to stay. This was my first time staying in a hostel and it's etched in my memory giving me confidence in other hostels. The service here is friendly and welcoming, and the beds are very comfortable. My girlfriend and I stayed here twice during our trip to Spain.

I stayed here for one night because there were no other options. I only regret not staying longer. The girl who attended to me was a true genius! She was very attentive and caring. The atmosphere here is very peaceful and pleasant, the rooms are spacious and well-organized. The rooms have air conditioning at a comfortable temperature and the bathrooms are clean and spacious. There are nice places to hang out here. There is a bar next to the hostel. I will definitely come back!
