The first day of training in K1 and without knowing me, without knowing or asking about my state of motor health, or knowing my level in the matter, they put me in without any warm-up to sparring with people who were apparently competitors. They only do this unconsciously. The gym as an image, and the instructor because of the risk of injuries that this entails, and because of the absolute lack of seriousness and professionalism towards the "new" user who they are completely unaware of. Supposedly you come here to learn, not to see fighters how well they fight. That's what competitions are for, paying for a comfortable seat. Naturally I do not recommend it to anyone who wants to learn.
