Elena is the BEST yoga teacher I have ever been to! Her energy is both uplifting and at the same time calming. Her positive energy is infectious. I always leave feeling so much better than before her class. Great class, great knowledge, amazing teacher, lovely person. :-)

I had a chance to practice yoga with Elena multiple times in Dubai and recently in Portugal where she moved. She is a great person with sparkling, positive, inspiring energy and amazing yoga teacher. Her yoga classes are fun, functional, it touches your heart and you are leaving with never ending smile...:-) She helped me a lot with my hips flexibility and that's what I like and I think it's crucial in any activity...You will see results with Elena!!! :-D Highly recommend!

We took 2 private yoga classes during our time in Portugal with Elena and they were fantastic. Elena assessed our ability and the class was tailored accordingly. We were challenged but not too out of our comfort zone. We would definitely recommend Elena if your looking for a private yoga class or attending one of the class sessions.

I was fortunate to have met Elena a couple of years ago in Dubai, and thanks to her, I have discovered and fallen in love with Yin yoga. Back then, I was having issues with meditating, so Yin yoga helped me with my meditation practice and relaxing my body and mind. Furthermore, this has lead to discovering a true passion and a beautiful journey of mindfulness. Elena is a wonderful, caring, beautiful inside-out teacher and friend - anyone finding themselves in her teaching space is lucky, and I couldn't recommend her enough!

Her full dedication to her career as a professional yoga & mobility coach and being always updated in this field is really appreciated. Elena has also great abilities to create a community between the yoga students and bring people together.

The Haven is such a welcoming community. My 6 year old really enjoys the kids yoga class with Nikki. Nikki uses storytelling and games to engage the kids, and she is so patient with them. My son leaves feeling good and always wants to come back the next week. I highly recommend her class!

Elena taught a private yoga class for my sisters hen weekend at our villa and it was so lovely. The class she created for us was perfect and she has such a positive and calming energy. We had a really mixed group with some complete beginners but everyone loved it. If you have the opportunity to practise with Elena you should definitely take it!! ✨

Elena is a wonderful yoga teacher, I absolutely loved having both 1:1 sessions and joining her classes when I visit Portugal. I'm fairly new to yoga and Elena pitched our sessions at just the right level, ensuring the sessions were challenging and enjoyable. Elena is warm, knowledgeable, and is very good at explaining poses and breathing techniques in a way I've not experienced with other yoga teachers before. I'm already looking forward to my next trip back to Portugal.
