Very nice in terms service, rooms and location.you will also Mylapore restaurant inside palms hotel. Purely a veg restaurant. Also building contains ATM as well. It is in prime area and you will get all around the hotel itself. Market, banks, etc. The best hotel in Quatre Bornes area.

Overall the experience was good. The rooms are very clean and also comfortable. The staff are generally helpful and friendly. The view from the restaurant is awesome with great sunsets. The location due to it being on a main road is a little noisy at night. Overall the hotel is good value for money.

Air Conditioner in the Suit Rooms face on the opposite side of the bed and one small Air Conditioner for a big room. Table fan also useless. Please avoid staying in this hotel

It is really a conference hotel with basic amenities. Nothing fancy or posh here. If you're here to drop your stuffs and attend meetings and little conferences, it is fine. Conference room seats 50-60. Conference equipment adequate. Food is good for the hotel calibre. Parking mostly underground. Limited. A couple available in front of the hotel. Overall okay okay. Most waiters need further training.

I'm not sure why this hotel is getting such low reviews. For a 3 star hotel it delivers more than you expect. The rooms were big and the service very friendly, rooftop bar has nice views.

Location is good but furniture in rooms is very old... Don't keep too much expectations with the food

Very nice staff and clean place

Went there for a conference only. Nice and helpful staff. Food is good and the restaurant is on the 12th floor so the view is great. It offers an underground parking which is limited to a few cars. The parking entrance is right below the building and a bit narrow with a deep downward slope so coming out will be a bit tricky.

I attended a talk. The place was clean. The staff were welcoming.

I rented the location for a workshop. The service was great we had a coffee break and lunch break. The quality of the food was good for a good price. I only gave a 3 for location because the underground parking was horrible. I scraped the bottom of my car and it was very small. I would not advise to use their parking if you have a small car. It is practical that it's close to a metro line.

We were put up here by Air Mauritius when our flight was cancelled on 21st January. I have to say that after having an amazing 2 weeks on the island, this really finished the holiday on a sour note! The desk clerk was very friendly and helpful, as were all the restaurant staff, however, the food was awful. They kindly laid on a dinner for us and breakfast in take-away boxes as it was so early but was terrible quality and virtually no-one ate it. The showers were mouldy with tiles hanging down from the ceiling in the bathroom, the towels were small and like sandpaper and the fridge leaked water on the floor. The furnishings were grubby but at least our bedsheets were clean as some people found theirs were not! Overall a run-down town hotel

Centrally located with great panoramic views of the city

Not a good stay. Very poor staff attitude, refusing the most basic requests of toiletries and no fresh towels on hand. No housekeeping in the morning before 8.30 am. Wouldn't recommend

Nice business hotel, welcoming staff

been there for a book launch and was quite impressed for my first attendance in a hotel in town. very spacious and fully equipped. the only inconvenience is the parking and the now one lane road because of the trains that make the traffic slow

Built less than 5 years ago, you can't be blamed if you think 25 years ago. I think Covid-19 has taken huge toll on hospitality industry.

The internet service is the worst for a hotel which is situated in the middle of a city. My parents are in quarantine and I want to chat with them now and then to make sure they are OK. Very hard to connect with them. My parents complained about the bad internet service and the hotel management denied and said the internet is working perfectly.
