My first visit to Dr. Agarwals Eye Hospital. I went there as I could barely see through my right eye. Reaching there I was greeted with a smile. The staff was very helpful, kind and caring. After preliminary test I was referred to Dr. Deepti Thacoor who informed me that I was suffering from retinal detachment and I had already lost 70% of my vision in the right eye. My case was pretty much urgent for which I had to undergo a surgery the sooner the possible. For the surgery I was referred to Dr. Hussain Rameez. He did not lack behind in the procedures. He was my surgeon and he guaranteed me that I will gain my vision. His words gave me hope. Dr. Rameez always answers all my long list of questions. He gave me all the details before the surgery. The surgery went successfully. I followed all the instructions and took my medecins on time as scheduled by them. Now I have recovered 90% of my vision in short time lapse and now I am able to live my life back to normal. All thanks to these wonderful doctors and admirable staff for their time and patience. Special thanks to Dr. Rameez. He is very professional with his work.

This is one of the fanciest eye hospitals I have seen. It's really clean and spacious. Staff are friendly and helpful, especially for first-time visitors. The doctors are well equipped and tolerant enough to explain what the issue is to you. I would definitely recommend it, if you need to carry out eye tests and consultation.

This hospital strives to give the best service and has achieved this to my experience. I was welcomed, saw a doctor even without an apointment. Was given the same diagnose as the moka eye hospital but treatment was very fast and efficient. Got my intervention 4 days after and post operation review the next day. All the staff are attentive to your need. Recommend this eye hospital and intend going there again. They also have an emergency service. Quite awesome

Very bad experience .Asked to see an ophtalmologist instead was directed into the Managing directors office who is absolutely unsympathetic as his photo suggests. His first words were COZE qui OU ena pou COZE.I immediately decided to get out of that clinic. very very bad

This hospital has the best eye doctor

I went to the hospital as something got stuck in my eyes. The doctor couldn't understand English. And I couldn't speak creole as she's from India or something. Terrible service. I left even if I was in pain.

I am still waiting for my glasses which should have been received 4 weeks ago already. Very disappointed especially by the apologies they gave me regarding the delay in customs, while my packages,only ordered one week back is already here.

Clean and well organized private eye hospital. The staff are professional and helpful. There is no need for paper files to roam around like in public hospitals. Everything is done online through the use of computers. Waiting time is quite low.

Made people blind , poor treatment, rip off people money

Dr Rameez Hussain has done an incredible job. I had a black spot in my eye which occurred without any incident. He took his time and did all necessary tests and explained to me in details what happened. I followed treatment at Moka hospital for nearly 2 weeks without any result and end up with a false diagnosis. Dr Rameez helped improved my view in just one week. I would have lost my view without his help and his team.
