saw a doctor yesterday. he was unable to find the problem with my eye. I did say that I had an eyelash growing the wrong way had in the past. after a very quick look was unable to find anything. A script for something to put in the eye. I was unhappy so when off to Spec Savers and the guy found the eyelash and was fixed in a minute. It cost nothing to have it fixed. So I say thanks to Spec Savers. next time I will go straight to them.

Dr Sleiman is quite simply the best GP I have ever had in a long life. His knowledge and obvious concern for my health is comforting and impressive. The perfect GP in my experience..And the staff are lovely and very efficient.

I appreciated my visit and found all the staff extremely pleasant and most helpful, They couldn't have been better. The surgery is roomy and very attractive with plenty of room. However, the door into the surgery is very heavy and I'm sure many patients would find it extremely difficult to open, especially those using wheel chairs and walkers. Also, anyone with mobility problems could have difficulty moving from a car park or footpath into the surgery. There is only one very small wheel chair or walker access and that is at the very end of the building. I'm sure you've had many other people commenting and trust something will be done about these issues promptly.

Construction work is still going on so people walking through without masks, yet it's a requirement for attending. Waiting room was stressful with lots of people. My GP's room was smaller than the last one and they are the only reason I go here.

All very kind and lovely people. It was my first visit there as a new patient and very anxious about it due to past experiences at other doctors. Dr Cho and the receptionist were so great and made me feel super comfortable. So pleased to have found a supportive medical practice

Such a great place! Felt welcomed as soon as I walked through the doors. Dr Monique Hayes is brilliant! I felt like I was finally getting listened too and never felt judged by anything. Would recommend!!

Dr Cho made me feel comfortable and was very thorough, picking up things that had not been noticed by other Drs I have seen in last few years. Highly recommend!

The receptionists wer lovely as they wer genuinely trying to help, dr David Poland on the other hand was dismissive and rude from the moment I sat down for my workers compensation claim appointment i felt like he judged me from the moment he saw me he had no intention of helping me I’m in the process of lodging complaints with the Australian human rights commission, the NSW health care complaints commission and the medical board of Australia. Iv never been treated or been made to feel like a piece of dirt like that in my life his behaviour was disgusting and he should not be allowed to treat people this way, people like that should not be a community decision maker and he definitely shouldn’t have a medical license he is a disgusting human being.

The receptionist was exceptional. She was lovely and attentive. The dr however was quite abrupt and rude. His interaction with my special needs son was severally lacking even after I explained he was scared of people and social interactions

The practice & staff are great - good doctors. Seems they are using the HotDoc app which is convenient, however some confusion when appointment was cancelled - by the practice and then showed $95 charge when hadn’t spoken to a doctor at the time. Still trying to sort that out.

This is my first time to visit the place for my insurance application. Pathologist is the best and staffs are very friendly and helpful..i felt VIP. Process was very smooth. Only concern is the toilet for female patients, need to clean and not safe due to heaps of electric cables. Thats only my concern..overall I love the family practice location, rooms and customer service❤️

Dr Rebecca Uzell was lovely to speak with. I was referred to her from some family members and am very happy that I decided to go and see her. She addressed my personal concerns and explained medical terms in a way that I could understand. Reception staff were also lovely. I"ll definitely be back.

Dr Monique Hayes was exceptional during our first visit with our daughter. She took the time to get to know our daughter, was warm and friendly and explained things as they were happening. We are very happy. The reception staff at Brindabella Family Practice are very friendly and helpful. Thanks.

Polite staff and efficient practice. We finally found our family doctor here who genuinely cared and showed interest rather than being dismissive trying to push you out the door for the next appointment. Seems like their focus is on the patients and having friendly environment. Would recommend to anyone struggling to find appointments and doctors who listen.

The practice's new premises are very practical and friendly, as are all the staff. Great to see the expanded facilities that will cater to the large customer base even better than before. You never feel like a number at this practice.

it is a good practice, professional and staff very helpful, now lots of extra space in the new premises. However, i did not ring before I went, so had to wait extra long for the doctor. I had a quick need for prescription. Perhaps appointments could be categorised or prioritised? I needed a flu injection too, so at least it saved me going away and coming back again!

Amazing doctors and very caring and dedicated reception staff. Highly recommend Dr Lokiny. The new location looks great too!

Dr Soe is amazing p, that was the most thorough skin check I have ever had. She really builds confidence in her patients.

I talked to Dr Nguyet Phan today for one of my kids & I found her to be really personable. She ask lots of questions and I felt like she made a good treatment plan based on all the information she had. I will happily go back to see her again.

Saw Dr. Natalie Bradman for the first time ever today. She was so nice and wanted to investigate further with my medical problems that haven’t been treated with my previous doctor. Looking forward to future care with her!! Plus, the reception ladies were very helpful!!
