This doctor has always been particularly cold but to a parent of a child whi actually has a problem BEWARE of this doctor she is extremely insensitive and will try and put you down without even knowing your child. She spends 5 mins a year with him and she can tell you he will never be able to be in a idm class with normal kids. My son is autistic before we knew that at his 3 year old appt she was looking at him and at me like we were deformed and with a semi concerned look she said I should consider autistim evaluation because her words exactly "he isn't acting as a normal child his age should at a doctors office, he's running around my office like an animal" yes she referred to my special needs child as an animal. Straight forward you say? Realistic? Nah, if that's how you wanna talk to people then you should not be a pediatrician. I ended practice with her because she doesn't even see that she is wrong in how she talks to me, she thinks because I am a young mother it's accpeptavle. Also the secretary is a stuck up prude, I called to cancel and take a new appt a week prior to my spot and of course didn't get a call back, so i screen shot my call to prove I called and she argued with me that since my call is only 30 seconds long she doesn't believe I left a message. I had to argue with her and basically lose my cool (and then I'm the crazy one right!) had such a terrible experience there, the only good thing there was her student a very sweet girl and I feel bad she has to work along side a condescending woman like Dr Godbout . Terrible doctor especially if you are the parents of a special needs doctor. I've know already one other mother who took her child off her list because her attitude was terrible, the visits were UNPLEASENT. She attacks young parents and tries to tell them they are doing it all wrong. She doesn't know how to talk to her patients I guess she fell asleep in that part of her schooling (the social skills part) wow! I'm truly disgusted by this place from dr Godbout to her cold and rude secretary who thinks she can talk to you how ever she wants without a reaction. so glad I'm done with this doctor can't wait to open a new chapter to a doctor who will have a heart. The world doesn't need to be so cold. Reality is fine, but there is a way to address your opinion and reality and the way she does is not accpeptable. Once again special needs parents stay away from this cold and insensitive woman she will make you feel like you are to blame for your child's disability.

Dr. Godbout has been my physician for almost 20 years and I wouldn't go anywhere else. She now follows my kids and she's amazing with them. She's experienced, honest and has empathy. I always leave her office feeling reassured and with complete peace of mind.

Dr.Pratt has been both my children's pediatrician for 12 years. Very patient, good with kids and takes time to answer my questions.

Dr. Godbout saw me through my pregnancy and the birth of my daughter which had complications during labour but she knew exactly what to do - her no nonsense attitude and straightforward approach saved my daughter's and possibly my life. My kids have been going to her for more than 10 years now and sure, the wait times can be bad but I know emergencies happen - I've been one -and I just bring something to entertain us while we wait. She was able to help with the ADHD diagnosis for my son and has been great for every followup, well child visit, and emergency visit we've had. She speaks to the children and listens to them in a way my kids have always liked - she doesn't talk down to them or sweet talk parents. If you want a buddy go elsewhere. If you want a good doctor who is honest and cares for your kid, go here.

Dr Pratt is our 2 yo daughter’s doctor, we’ve been seeing him since she was 3 months old “or earlier”, and everything has been satisfying ever since. Why 2 stars? waiting times are ridiculous, Take an appointment and see the dr an hour later.

Excellent clinic. We've seen our main ped (Dr Pratt) plus 2 others for walk-ins, all three of them are kind & patient with my 2 little ones. Receptionist is wonderful & sweet, despite the incredible workload she has!! I've always been able to get a spot for same-day walk-in, so this is very reassuring. I highly recommend.

Excellent clinic, competent doctors! Dr. Godbout is fantastic with our daughters and followed me very well during my two pregnancies.

I have been going here for 10 yrs with 3 kids. Always satisfied. Fast visits, only raises alarm when there is a real need for it. Dr. Pratt does not overstress parents which I am grateful for.

Ok service. I didn't really have a choice leaving in CDN, it was the only clinic accepting new patients. My son's doctor is on maternity leave (second time!, my son is 5 y.o.), so I don't really have her as a doctor. When she is not on maternity leave she works there 1 day per week. So it is like a virtually our doctor, most of time I have to go to someone else. But now I leave on West Island and it is even less convenient, and I can't change clinic because "you already have a pediatrician". That's stupid, Quebec.

This doctor dr. Godbout told me a few years ago that my son who has ASD would most never be in a regular kindergarten class, and that I should start seeking OTHER options because that wouldn’t be an option. Well to everyone out there who only listens to what a doctor tells you, I’ll have you know my son is now 6 years old in a REGULAR kindgarten class! Yes he has a intégration aid, but he’s there and he’s striving. 😤 yes we did therapy and yes we work our butrs off as parents to help our child, but most of all we never let what a person with a degree says our son CANT do. Believe in your children, and find a doctor who is realistic yet who doesn’t discourage you!

You could sense her contempt, extremely condescending. And for a place called petit soins, she was rushed and extremely violent while flossing me. She also doesn't say anything, just turns around and walks away. Leaving the patient with a bloody mouth, feeling degraded. I'm disturbed that she is a dentist for children.
