Just came back from a great two nights three days visit at this resort and it was truly an amazing getaway. Noemi at the front desk made the checkin experience very comfortable and personal. Showed us places available to Park, the in-house restaurants, things to do at the hotel, and the amenities that were included. Overall the hotel, the location, the quietness, the lake all made our trip so special and memorable that we were already planning our next visit there. It's also a stone throw away from Quebec City so if you're looking for the crowd it's an easy trip to and back from the Resort within 10-12 minutes. Many great local restaurants and services are nearby as well which can be explored by your own vehicle or complimentary bicycles which can be reserved as well. Our room was a Penthouse corner suite, which was an amazing experience on its own with access to its own VIP lounge! Definitely recommend this Resort if you have never been here before. Come for their customer service and stay for relaxing time footsteps away from the Resort by the Lake! Thank you! Hope to be able to visit soon!

The resort in general is nice and has very nice view. But the service is not wow. We stayed for two nights, no one came to clean the room during our stay, we asked for coffee in the morning, waited for 30 minutes, then had to cancel it and go out to have coffee. Can't eat at the restaurant unless we make reservation, which make us obliged to go even if we did not feel like eating that specific time We couldn't sleep when we wanted to because some guests stayed late outside and were very loud, no one addressed the issue You can use the Kayak whenever you want, but there is no one there to monitor and ensure safety. We like to go again if the above concerns were taken care of because the place is very nice and the front desk staff are very kind and friendly

The resort is nice in general, great location on the lake! Downside is there's no room service, no coffee pods refills, no duvet cover (the duvet was in between 2 wrinkled bed sheets). The room was dusty and the air was dry, no air circulation. The gym, play room and the spa were nice. We had a good supper at the restaurant (Îlot) and the staff was great.

Great hotel in a picturesque setting. Check-in was easy, our room was spectacular and very clean. We traveled with our dogs, who were welcomed with doggy treat bags. All rooms have a balcony, we were lucky to be lake facing. Had morning coffee to an amazing view. The bed was one of the most comfortable I have experienced in a hotel. Rooms have a sink and refrigerator, with cutlery, which made it easy to store some snacks, and clean up. Hotel has a gym, outdoor pool and billards room. Visitors have access to a private beach onsite, and use of kayaks and paddle boards are included. The hotel offers moring yoga classes on the beach or paddle board yoga for the adventurous. This hotel really makes you feel comfortable and relaxed and is a great little getaway. The dining experience really showcases its location on the water, and the food was exceptional. Also noticed they had extra staff allocated to cleaning and sanitization of all public spaces. Highly recommend a visit. We will be back here for sure.

Not enough words to describe this place. We came here In summer and it was epic, now we’re here for New Year’s Eve and it’s been an absolute blast! Fireworks were great! Kids love all the extra activities and fun. Staff: overall you’re amazing especially in busy times. VALERIE (Supervisor/Manager) God bless your soul! You ran this ship like no other! You’ve managed to orchestrate one heck of an evening! Side note. No smoking on the balcony!! I got a slap on the wrist for that 😂

I had high expectations for this hotel. The hotel amenities are gorgeous, completely beautiful. The rooms are very comfortable and very modern. The only BUT to this hotel is the restaurant. It is so key to have a hotel restaurant to serve great food to the guests. I feel as if the restaurant tried to be very gourmet and just missed the mark extremely. Food was down right terrible. If the guests are meant to stay here for weekend getaways and even week getaways how are they meant to do that if there is no food...? I was extremely disappointed in the restaurant. The restaurant was beautifully decorated, but sadly the food was not. The restaurant is the only factor that makes me not want to come back to the hotel. Beside the restaurant the hotel is gorgeous and a very comfortable stay for any type of guest.

I thought I'd give the hotel a good rating, but alas. We spent three nights at the hotel and in three nights they never cleaned the room or made the bed. Plus, I found a cockroach in the bath... very unpleasant.

I would give full points to the property for location, amenities, the restaurant food and the restaurant staff. However it is a completely different story with the reception people and the overall staying experience. I had booked three nights and that is the minimum requirement for getting room housekeeping services. Not liking the mountain view room, I opted for a paid upgrade to the lake view room when the ordeal started. The staff stopped recognizing me as a guest staying for three nights and no house keeping was provided. I called in the only day I needed my room to be made and at first was denied. When I reminded them that I was indeed eligible, the front desk agreed and promised my room will be made while I was out. When we came back after a long day at the lake we were disappointed to see the room still not cleaned. The staff said they can't do anything about it and even went out to deny any promise made by the other staff on the morning shift. Really left a bad taste and made me feel cheated. I would have definitely have recommended this place but this experience would make me caution anyone considering this hotel. I was also overcharged about $140 at checkout which we had to explain and get rectified.

We had a wonderful, relaxing stay at the Hotel Entourage sur le Lac. It is a gorgeous hotel - new, modern, clean and beautifully appointed. The set up reminds me of a Caribbean vacation...beach, lounge chairs, warm water and lots of water activities! We also took advantage of the free bikes and toured around the lake and around the town. Don't forget to play pool on the main floor! What a fun trip! :)

Great Place to stay! We had 4 wonderful days during Christmas 2023. Everyone was extremely friendly and kind to us. The room was super nice with a great Lake view. Thanks for the wonderful time!

The resort is nice, with a lot of amenities and activities for the kids. I went there with 2 other couples and we share the same feeling: the clean-up is poor. We had to complain to the reception because they didn't vacuum our room, although they claim they did. So early pm, I complain and they said they would take care of it. Back to my room 4h later, still not done! Considering the price for 1 night in the "4 star" hotel, I think this is just unacceptable. Had to go back again and complain again, only then they sent someone.

awesome relaxing place. the view is awesome, the pedal board on the lake is perfect when it's calm. it gets a bit shaky when people are using their motor boats. staff is super friendly. yoga class is included. the dining experience for both breakfast buffet and dinner is also top notch. the bed is a bit too soft for our liking but everything else was perfect

Great stay, fantastic location! We stayed here in the past but the hotel has now matured. The restaurant menu is better and more accessible for the kids. They put bouncy castles in the conference rooms for the festive break which is great for the kids. The exterior spa is amazing and the play room and gym also top notch. Only two constructive comments: the pool table sticks are too short (and perhaps an extra table would be good as the one there is always in use), and the pinball machine in the playroom didn’t work which was a shame.

Came during March and everything about the resort was beautiful: the atmosphere, the amenities, restaurant and rooms. Personally, I could live without the heavy scents sprayed around the lobby but I suppose others enjoy it. Our room had a lake view and it was beautiful. Very clean and modern and a sliding door so you can see the lake while you shower. The gym is decked out like a full commercial gym and the game room was a great hangout for my kids. The restaurant is very nice and was buzzing with well dressed people for dinner.

Expensive, but you get what you pay for. Comfortable bed, large, fully equipped room with sink, microwave and pod coffee maker, free parking. Great location near Lac Beauport itself.

A beautiful and ethereal location, very clean hotel with plenty of amenities. But the service was little bit slow (they said 15min but no one came with bathrobes after 1h of waiting, so I just canceled)

Absolutely loved our stay. Excellent place for all of the included activities. It made it so easy to take out kayaks, paddle boards and canoes on the lake, which was wide open, calm, and gorgeous. We traveled with two young children and appreciated that the room was modern and luxe, while still being comfortable for the kids. The views from the room balcony were sensational. The outdoor pool did get crowded and the room did not have a freezer (only a refrigerator), but those are small things compared to the huge array of activities available. They even had a slip and slide in the lake!!

This resort is beautiful and amazing all in one sentence..the rooms are amazing and the views of the lake are breath taking..it was nice having a balcony to sit on ..the rooms are clean and inviting and the staff are very friendly..would definitely come back for a week next time..

Hotel didn't live up to our expectations. Overpriced and overrated "resort" with disappointing customer service. First of all, why do I even have to ask for a bathrobe and toiletries in 4star hotel/resort? Why are they not in the room during check-in? Restaurant service is very disappointing as well. We had to book a table for breakfast, even though it was included in our stay. Then you have to wait near the restaurant to be seated or that somebody at least pays attention to you. Staff seems inexperienced, waitress forgot to bring us tea. Nobody told us in advance that we have to sign some kind of receipt for breakfast, so we ate and left. When we were on the 1st floor, waitress yelled at us from the ground that we have to come back for a receipt. It was an awkward situation and made us seen like we just didn't pay. Not mentioning that going up and down the stairs is not an easy task, as I'm pregnant. In the evening we also had to wait for 30min just to order tea and desserts for take out. Nobody cares that we waited at the entrance and then at the bar. When we complained about our experience to the reception, we were told that it's all normal and they might be short staffed. Our stay isn't finished yet, but I'm already disappointed to the point I want to leave.

An amazing resort. Beautiful property, gorgeous views, the buffet breakfast was soo delicious. The only reason I won't give a 5 star is because the ac in our rooms weren't working as well and when I asked the staff for a fan they did not carry it and couldn't offer me another room either.

  • 3/5 Ludek P. 8 months ago on Google
My second stay there. The first time was quite amazing, but this time ( July) from confusion around our booking to confusion around our " breakfast " package to very poor room cleaning.....it was just not a great experience. The resort had offered a 10% discount, but didn't honour it and just said " next stay". The staff seems fairly inexperienced and not always customer oriented. We won't be coming back.

Great summer getaway. Comfortable and well equipped rooms, only 20 minutes away from Quebec City. Love the amenities and the lake. Might get a bit too noisy during summer with all the families and kids.

  • 2/5 Divya C. 8 months ago on Google
The room was advertised as Mountain View but overlooked a parking lot with a good amount of traffic. Unable to really use the balcony due to noise. Classes were canceled. Kids were given coupons for snack but were told that they only had one snack available that day. For a family resort the pool was deep and small so kids could not play or enjoy the pool. The kayak and paddle boarding was the highlight.

Great hotel, friendly staff and most importantly… lots to do! Canoeing, kayaking, pool, gym and hot tub all available for free. Lots of great hiking around through the mountains. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to be outdoors.

Great location at Lac Beauport with beach and lake access and many complimentary activities, like yoga and kayaking. The restaurant is excellent - however, we were missing some lunch options (small bites). Having said that, our room was not satisfactory. The lightbulbs of our bed reading lights were missing, the room and sofa smelled quite a bit. The sofa also had some stains. The floors were not very clean, and one night we returned to the room smelling badly of cigarette smoke. One morning we were woken up early by lawn mowers ... Also, note that the rooms with "mountain views" are also facing the hotel parking lot and the street. We appreciate that dogs are allowed and a dog bed is provided.

I really like this place. Perfectly set up overlooking the lake with big windows to watch the canoes and kayaks training on the lake. It’s also a short easy drive into Quebec City. Very pet friendly, my puppy loved the walking options around the property and the surrounding neighbourhood. Beds were really comfy and the washrooms were well appointed, although it takes awhile to figure out the shower control. Great to be able to go out in a canoe or kayak to explore the waterside view of the lake. Take me there anytime.

We were there for a couple getaway. Our stay was nearly perfect. There was probably two things that prevented it for being perfect for us. The Good: Service was great from pre arrival to checkout. Nothing to complain about there. Location is perfect. You get the best of both worlds if you're travelling to Quebec City. You can relax outside of the city and in nature while being 20+ minutes away from Montmorency Falls or Downtown Quebec City. You have a couple of restaurants near by plus grocery store, SAQ and pharmacy. Location is easily 10/10 for us. L'ilot restaurant was also great. However we only went there for breakfast. The room itself is gorgeous. We took a classic lake view room and although it was a corner view, the view of the lake was still great. Maybe some would think there is a lack of privacy if you're on the balcony or curtains are opened, but didnt bother us. Room was large, includes a sofa, microwave, mini fridge, bistro table, TV and LOTS of storage space (No seriously... ALOT of storage space) There is even some gym equipment. Bathroom was also large with a double sink and a rainfall shower. Do wish there was a bath in there though. The "Bad": I wouldnt necessarily say its bad because we knew we were there during a down season, but we wished there were more activities. Seemed like there were only two during our stay, Yoga and Gym. TV having no smart apps was a bit weird, but that didnt bother us as we didnt plan to watch TV during our stay, but keep in mind if you wanted to watch some netflix on TV during your stay. The "Ugly": Now heres the only thing we really didnt like, the bed and pillows Maybe it's because we are a bit spoiled with our bed at home but we felt the bed was really uncomfortable and that's with a mattress pad. The pillows were also pretty bad and we had to pile up pillows for it to be acceptable. I wont say it ruined our stay but it did prevent us from having a good nights sleep, which is part of the reason we wanted to get away. So all in all. Our stay was good and I dont have much to complain about other than the bed. But for us, the complaint about the bed is enough for us to not consider returning to this hotel. If they ever do upgrade the mattress and pillows, we would surely return.

January 2024. Nice family time. Rooms are perfects. The restaurent is a nice experience. Skating on the lake or playing hockey, walking in the mountains nearby, skiing on a small mountain in front of the hotel... I've been there in summer (it was amazing) and we were happily surprised by the winter activities.

It was a good experience overall. We stayed for a total of three nights. However, our room didn't have any iron. I've told the reception numerous times and the staff didn't take it seriously at all. The staff kept promising, we will bring you one very soon, but never brought one. Next time if you have wrinkled clothes bring your own iron.

We spent 4 nights at this beautiful hotel. We reserved the king room with lake view which was amazing and it has a balcony to sit at and enjoy nature. The staff was super friendly. It was a nice experience for a couple.

Amazing hotel & location for outdoor enthusiasts. The hotel provides everything you need (bikes, helmets, paddle boards, kayaks….) to explore the lakes, rivers, waterfalls, mountain bike trails, coffee shops and great restaurants . Everything in town is accessible by bike which we truly enjoyed! Definitely coming back.

Amazing location and overall good experience. Resort feels very cozy, staff was well trained and helpful. Restaurant certainly needs improvement. Client facing staff was great but kitchen and management need to do better job planning orders. Certainly best place around Quebec city if you're looking for an amazing winter experience surrounded by nature. Wish they would have skating lessons for adults.

I booked a king classic with the lake side view for my parents anniversary. In all my stays at various hotels I have never received such impeccable service as this one. A few days after I made my reservation the hotel manager, Jean reached out to me asking if he could provide me with additional services to make my parents over-night stay even better. The day they had arrived the room was prepared in advance, with a custom note from Jean himself wishing them a happy anniversary. My parents said their stay was "A1" top notch, the hotel grounds are beautiful, amenities and service was fast. I will for sure be booking future stays at Entourage sur le Lac, thank you!

This resort is fantastic. The front desk staff is awesome - thank you Noamie x 2, Valerie and Jean, just to name few. Location of this resort is perfect. Close to ski hills, tubing and Québec city. Rooms are spacious and modern. Will definitely return. Dont miss out on this gem in Lac Beauport, QC.

Beautiful hotel, great rooms, fantastic restaurant. We probably stayed on the most expensive weekend of the year. At the price point we paid, it was way overpriced. But at the normal rates during the week, definitely worth it! Friendly staff, great amenities, thoroughly enjoyed it.

  • 2/5 Vanessa W. 2 years ago on Google
Service is very mediocre and does not match price point. Room was dusty, towels were old and amenities bottles were not refilled when we checked in. I don’t understand how they can release a room for a new guest with a room like that. Maybe at motel 8 but after paying $200 I expect more. Also, not housekeeping service??? I dont find Covid-19 protocols to be an excuse not to provide a minimum service one as a guest expects when going to a hotel. If cleanliness and safety to guests is priority why were the rooms not properly cleaned when we checked in??? Beautiful property but terribly managed. I dont recommend this resort.

We had great experience in this luxury hotel. Modern and beautiful. Staff really kind and helpful. Lake & jacuzzi were amazing. Pool was closed though. Only 2 things they can improve: breakfast at the restaurant & the guys on the beach (they said there was no paddle boards, even though hotel has them and there was no one using one) I felt they just didn’t want to work. Other that that, it was wonderful. We will definitely book again!!

WOW! Such a nice place with plenty to do! It’s very clean and modern and the staff makes this place great! They are very welcoming and professional and polite. There is a heated pool, outdoor hot-tub, a game room and full of outdoor activities. I would go back anytime. The food at the restaurant was also very good.. one thing though, for the morning buffet, I would’ve liked to have more varieties; there was no veggies other than potatoes.

This is a beautiful hotel with beautiful surroundings. Our room had a breathtaking view. We’ve stayed in PH room which came with VIP lounge access. Unfortunately we could not enjoy the coffee in the lounge as either coffee cups or milk was missing every time we went there. We have stayed for 3 nights and expected our room to be cleaned. I don’t think COVID can be used as an excuse for not cleaning the rooms and replenishing the towels. I understand we can always ask for additional towels, however at the price point we’ve paid I would expect a better service.

Everything was outstanding. The view, the setting, the weather. Our waiter knew the wine list well. The food was outstanding. BUT halfway through the meal the band started...OMG the noise! Way too loud...and we were seated outside. And NO we are not old people :) we were a party of 5 and we all felt the same.. I feel sorry for people seated inside.

ALLERGY/DIETARY RESTRICTION - AVOID AT ALL COST I went there as part of an event where we paid 300$/person for one night, 4-course meal. We were 4 in one room so we paid 1200$/room + 4 meals. The only thing good was the lake view. The "mountain view" is more a parking lot view. --Room-- The room had one king bed and one pull-out sofa bed. The mattress was less than 2 inches thick and you could feel every single metal bars underneath. No pillows were provided so I had asked room service for some. The pillows were so big and hard, my gf and I both woke up with stiff necks. I haven't slept this bad in years. I'm dead serious when I say that I slept better on the ground in a camping tent. --Meal-- I have a severe deadly allergy which I made sure to mention when I signed up for the event and to our waitress. They confirmed that they noted it and that the chef was already aware. They even assigned a special waitress to me who was very nice. Even though they were clearly aware of my allergy, they served me the wrong main course which gave me an allergic reaction after the first bite. I was lucky to notice it and sent it back to the kitchen. Since I only took half a bite to try, I took my allergy medication in prevention and was able to return to my table. Unfortunately, here's the meal breakdown. I wish I was joking but I'm painfully not : -Appetizer/entrée : 2 boiled beet cut in quarter with a few pecan nuts and 2 leaf of rocket. -Soup : One salad with only lettuce and a tablespoon of olive oil topped with 4 sticks of radishes. - Main course : half aubergine with olive oil and a dash of salt. - Desert : Half-frozen brownie so dry it crumbled. The entire meal was incredibly dreadful and it was obvious that the chef just took choice from the menu and removed the sauce or cheese. I ended up going to A&W down the road just before they closed since I was obviously still hungry after that so called 4-course meal. Bottom line, AVOID IF YOU HAVE ANY DIETARY RESTRICTION and don't book the 4 person room with one bed.

Wow, terrific hotel with gorgeous lake views and all the amenities you’d ever want (pool, hot tub, beach area, adirondack chairs, kayaks, firepit, beach games, etc.). Very modern, clean and well maintained. Large rooms, great onsite restaurants, friendly hard-working staff.

Just came back from a wonderful three night stay here. Can't say enough good things about the resort. The service was great, people were friendly, the room was beautiful, as was the rest of the resort and surrounding area, and there were plenty of activities for both kids and adults. To top it off the resort is only 20 minutes from Quebec City, so we were able to visit and tour the old city a couple of times while staying at the resort.

We got to stay at this beautiful place as a gift for our wedding. We enjoyed it time there so much. The lake was so beautiful and I love how we have unlimited access to all the water activities that are included in your stay. The penthouse suite was divine, clean modern and cozy. We had brought our food and enjoyed the beautiful dining area in our suite. There was also a private VIP room for the suite area where we had unlimited nespresso coffee and drinks with snacks We had breakfast in the morning and decided to go with the buffet option. I felt the buffet and quality of the eggs could have been better. I should have just ordered off the menu we would have spent less and still eaten. otherwise. Everything else was amazing 👏

We had a wonderful time here. We are a family of 6 and there was so much to do on the property that was actually free. Lots of paddle boards, kayaks, cannons and so on. Property is well kept up, staff was friendly, and you are very close to old Quebec for dinner and walking around. Only suggestion would be, would love to see a breakfast option. This place is also having the same problem that most businesses are in the area, staff shortage. We will defiantly be back here again. Would love to stay here for some skiing.

Would have rated it a 5 star hadn’t our room had a slight sewage foul smell and we left the sliding door open during our stay Right blend of relaxation and modern living. Great Lake view , fun play room, good gym space, tasty restaurant , amazing amenity (kayak paddleboard)

Excellent hotel with a lot of room and things to do, even when very busy. Some areas of the hotel are beginning to show their age from wear and tear (pool table cues are broken, and a ball is missing). Reservations for the restaurant are also 2 hours so they can’t seat you without a reservation even though there are many empty seats. Great hotel though.

Location is beautiful, resort as a whole is beautiful. Front desk service is impeccable. The rooms are clean, but poorly lit. The side table lights are integrated in the bed, but don’t work. There’s also a really weird & creepy sliding door in the room that enables you to slide open and look at whoever is showering. REALLY WEIRD. The restaurant is WAY overpriced for what you get. $15 for a glass of very basic wine, $5.50 for a glass of soft drink.

great people but lacking the service of a resort at this price point. There are other resorts out there with far better service at a lower price. some of the topics, no shuttle into the city, no external delivery, restaurant service sucks and is expensive. Unfortunately just didnt live up to the promises on the website.

Info on website not accurate. There is no spa in hotel. Also only skates and snowshoes available on site. After we switch room from parking view to a lake view +80$. Room was smaller than original. So where is Spence in upgrade of the room? Also always trouble to get to restaurant for dinner. Also in kids club no option to drop ur kids. Nobody watching them. So ….
