Sadly, this is a hotel in decline. No refrigerator, no ice, no maid service, no fresh towels. It was like living in a ghost town. Our room was not touched, beds were not made, trash was not removed. The rooms are huge and the architecture is very attractive, but needs to be painted badly. Signs of deferred maintenance everywhere. Landscape is overgrown and golf course is poorly maintained. The pool was in great shape and the highlight of the property or this would have been a 1 star review. Great water pressure in the shower too! Finding this place in the dark is nearly impossible, no lit signs and no lighting in vast parking lot a considerable distance from reception area. We had high hopes for this place and were badly disappointed. I hope they can recover from their mismanagement tailspin.

The smell was unbearable. Opened the window to find hundreds of dead flies stuck to the screen. The shower was broken. The tv was just fuzzy picture. The pool was green and slimy. There is no restaurant as was advertised. The is not even a cup of coffee or bottle of water offered. No place in walking distance. The grounds were badly overgrown and not maintained. Hard to communicate with owner who, sadly, we think may have parkinson's or a stroke. I highly suggest you avoid. I do not understand all the great reviews.

This place was sold was last year, it is not my company any longer.....the new owners were hands off, I am terribly sorry about your experience over the past year. The restaurant was in concession too, even before we let the sale go. Quality of service and course was always #1 to us.

I have played the golf course several times. The golf course is in relatively good condition at the moment, the greens, fairways, bunkers are in good shape. This golf course is for daily golfer, a difficult long course. The breakfast are incredible at the golf club.

Robert Stastny here. Indeed, Marian Stastny the founder had a tough time running the beautiful business he set up, and in April this year he (pushed and no longer well) finally let go and sold everything at a tenth of its value. JS (below) is Jana Stastny.

Smoke detector in room signalled three times between midnight and 0500h; no staff in hotel and no help line. I disconnected the smoke detector and left a note at the front desk with the detector upon departure. Requested contact from hotel but to date no contact from hotel management.

Very nice hotel, TV is too old and restaurant is not opened.

charged me more than i booked for through priceline. But then refunded me the overcharge by cash which was ok. Provide no breakfast.
