This
comment
is
not
regarding
the
$150
as
I
realized
Friday
I
was
not
going
to
get
my
credit
from
the
way
you
responded
to
my
email
in
rude
manner!
A
proper
follow
up
from
you
by
phone
or
email
would
have
been
nice.
The
issue
with
you
is
you
do
not
respect
your
customers.
Often
it
is
as
if
we
are
bothering
you
to
book
a
vacation.
I
know
others
in
my
group
of
travel
back
in
February
have
the
same
customer
experience.
I
put
blame
on
you
and
not
your
agents
as
you
have
been
in
business
for
35
years
and
should
know
better!
We
are
in
2022,
service
matters
especially
in
the
age
of
the
internet
when
there
are
options
at
a
click
of
a
button!
