Everything was fine from service and food, restroom was clean. A little bit expensive but happy to pay for what we got. Music a bit too loud.

Excellent ambiance, beer and bar tenders to help you select a beer you'll enjoy! The IPAs are all very distinct and you can get some cans to go from their shop. Great bike decor too!!

The name "Siboire" is a play on words for a swear word in French. One I almost used when I saw that our bill came to $70 dollars for two. In my mind, the food needed to be better than okay -- even if it's pub food. My friend's burger and fries were greasy and my croustade was stale. That's a lot of money for sub par. On the other hand, the craft beer was superb. I had a glass of "Discipline". A low alcohol (.5%) beverage (available canned for take home at the Siboire store). The staff was clean cut and friendly (do brush up on the official language though), but stressed on a early Saturday afternoon for reasons unknown. Parking was free, but the parking lot was graced with huge craters. The terrace is verdant, but the view of the concrete parking garage abysmal. If you have been paying attention to this review so far, you have detected a pattern. Siboire is okay...but...

Certainly the best fish and chips I’ve had.

They have good microbrewery beers. But the quality of food has been degrading since last year. Previously, l used to go there to have fish and chips but now it contains more oil and change the taste completely. You just touch and your hand will be full of oil. That's why they started serving it with wipes. Same for chicken wings or other fried foods. It is better to drink beer and eat nachos or fries. Even the salads are not well made.

I had a very good time here! I definitely would not go for the food because the focus is on the brewery. They have special beers on tap that change on a consistent basis and they great a have a kind staff ready to inform about everything on the menu. The ambiance was warm and lit with candles as the sun came down. I définir would recommend this place to any Sherbrooke visitor or native.

The staff were incredibly nice We tried the beer tasting flight , every flavour was decadent! We also had the trio platter of fish and ships: W-O-W 😯! The haddock, salmon and the other i forgot were breaded lightly with unique flavours. Fried were tasty as well along with the soup of the day Definitely loved the decor and the ambiance of the bar it was almost full on Monday night! I am glad we made reservations before I’d definitely go back

Nostalgia! Went to school there and since 2016, they changed so much. The interior decor is awesome, if you love the industrial design movement you'll live this space. The food has changed a bit but still really good. The beer selection has changed, but loved sampling the new ones and buy their brewed beer at their new STORE! So glad they kept their stout (it was always my favourite) and it brought back so many memories. The only reason I am withholding a star is that as much as they have changed and upgraded the decor, the food, the beer, the literal amount of space they have, their choice of toilet paper in the bathrooms is terrible. It really diminishes the overall experience when they cut cost on small but essential aspects of the customer experience. Please get better toilet paper!! People using the women's bathroom are drinking beer and they need better tissue support!

This bar is a must on the Québec beer scene. Whether in the onsite beergarden or the industrial atmosphere of this old train station, you’ll be swept away by the enchanting setting. They have a good location and very cozy atmosphere. The food was okay. we got two types of poutine ( regular and forest) and we got two types of wings ( maple, honey). We went before they close their kitchen, so I’ll give it a try in a different time. A bit pricy. The service was friendly and fast. Good beer and good value. Their kitchen and closing hours are not accurate, so call and check before going ;) I would recommend giving it a try between 7-9 pm

Lovely MicroBrewery! Menu is excellent and beers are great! Decor is fantastic and Cycling Friendly! Will definitely make this a stop on my next visit to the Eastern Townships.

The cerf burger was great so was the fish and chips. The biere blanc was great but the pourine was salty and pungent. My daughter said costco made a better pourine.service was good. Atmosphere was also giod. Overall pretty good little pricey but what isnt these days

Ok ok! Quite expensive, average service and food not well balance. Tried 3 different hoppy beer and the difference between each one was not much looks like same grain bill hops are too similar to make the gap. Ambiance is nice and good place for a business meeting.

Great atmosphere and the service matches. The fish and chips were phenomenal but I found the nachos had way too many olives. You must try the deep fried pickles in their beer is great. The service is phenomenal and the food comes out really fast. I would suggest expanding the menu a little bit to include some beef and some traditional sandwiches.

Great place, it's inside of the historical train station. The flavor of the beers are not 100% there. Service is nice.
