Yesterday, I made an emergency appointment at 10:00 am today for my daughter who is really sick, we went there and the receptionist told me" your appointment was cancelled. It is not the first time this issue happend for me and I am not the only person. It could be that they do not respect to the people and let some special people see the doctor. Bad service and weak organizational capabilities as if it is somewhere in a developing world. Had to leave this place after 50mins in waiting despite an appointment that was confirmed 3 months ago.

To book a next day visit you have to call from 8h, there's no call waiting and line is ALWAYS busy.

My doctor is a great lady. She's willing to listen and help, is kind and patient, and is professional. She's always given me the time I need when she has it, has never invalidated my symptoms and has always provided me with great care. Her nurse, however, isn't. She's been dismissive of the symptoms I've described to her multiple times, including migraines and heart palpitations. On top of it, it's impossible to get an appointment because they have ONE receptionist and the line is ALWAYS busy, and when you finally get them, most of the time the doctor isn't available for months and hasn't given availabilities for the next while. I know the health system in Quebec is broken, but this place is exceptionally bad. I've had to go outside of the clinic multiple times for emergencies, and last time I had an emergency, I had to call for two days straight to obtain a next day appointment. Thank goodness I wasn't dying. 🙄 It's gotten to the point where I immediately cry at the thought of having to call when I start exhibiting any symptoms of illness. I dont know how many times i was in critical condition trying to get a hold of anyone with no luck but on top and had to go to the ER instead for them to give me an appointment at a different clinic. No empathy or understanding, they’ll hang up in your face when youre POLITELY demanding to speak to a manager and when u try to call back guess what the line will be busy for HOURS! I cant even get a hold of them to transfer my file to a different clinic.. im so fed up with this clinic i havent seen my dr in over a year and i desperately need to speak with her idk what to do.. i do not recommend this clinic whatsoever. This is my far my worst experience and ive been there like 2-3 times and it is really the worst place you can go. you can never reach them by phone to make an appointment they have like 2 stories which is like a maze and its so small the customer service is garbage, the person doesn't even seem human ,looks like she hates her job its 0/10 by far
