Pretty disappointing. Drove there from Montreal based on online stock data. No one was able to help. They said it says in stick because they have one unit reserved which doesn't make sense. If it's reserved why is it in stock... I asked them to help me find an alternative product but no one knew their products well enough to recommend an alternative. The staff seemed to lack knowledge and not keen to help. They avoided my questions and kept me waiting for a long time without any help. I definitely do not recommend the Quebec City branch to anyone and if u see an item in stock online, it's pretty much useless data. I've been to sail brossard and laval and it's been a much better experience than dealing with this store. To add more to this, I was trying to call them for a while week before driving there. No one answers the phone. Not customer service, nor any other department. This is the worst experience I ever had with a retail store in my life.

Huge corporate entity, loaded with God knows more items that have absolutely nothing of interests. The items that were of interest, were very very pricy but not of the quality I prefer or looked for. Be aware that everything is not as good as the price tag might represent. Check it out on your mobile, you'll be informed then and prepare. Yet brand names were in its inventory, and huge displays of Bass Pro or Cabelas like offerings. Frankly, if Bass Pro were in Quebec City, for the atmosphere alone, I'd enjoy that experience way more than this BIG box store, but they're not. 'Latulippe' is a locals favorite and for good reasons. If they don't carry what it is that is needed, then a course is set to SAIL. FYI, I still bought enough stuff to have paid for a dinner for 4, but ironically nothing, not 1 item purchased was included in the store wide 20-40% Sale! Yet at Latulippe everything was at least 20% off, and way better informed staff making that experience *****, not ** at SAIL.

Lovely store with lots of equipment and decent prices. Huge parking lot. The only thing for me was the lack of fishing set, a particular one. The selection is very good though.

WARNING - AVOID THIS RETAILER. The Company is basically defunct and they've filed for bankruptcy protection and will not honour their return policy no longer have any customer service options/contact. Their customer service number is an automated message telling you to email them, and they don't respond to emails. Emailing them for weeks without any response other them an automated email response saying someone will respond to my enquiry, which never happens. Online purchases should also be avoided at all costs - they'll charge your card but won't ship the product or answer their phones, contact numbers, or email. After several weekatweeks without any response iI'm having to dispute the online purchase through my credit card company.

Whatever your hobby is, you will likely find AT LEAST one item that is useful for the outdoor goers. They also have a price and quality range for the amateurs and the professionals.

Good outdoor store and lots of options. They usually have pretty good sales and if you are looking to either begin being outdoorsy or want to upgrade your gear, this would be my first stop.

Good place to buy outdoor activities related items. Service is knowledgeable and friendly. Prices are sometimes on the high side, but promotions are frequent.

Great store if you’re looking for clothes. Lots of great deals on under armour, the north face, tentree, and similar brands. Friendly employees, coming back very soon!
