We were there for only 1 night but it was impeccably clean and well maintained - we loved it. The showers were amazing, clean, high quality and large. No noise at all and an excellent well stocked store on site. We stayed a weekday in September so very much not busy - our 3 service site would not have been so great in busy season as they are tight.

Excellent KOA and one we will be back to! Lots of room for larger rigs, including diesel pushers with larger towed vehicles. We are a 45 foot 5th wheel and we found navigating the grounds to be easy. Nice pool on site and new pickle ball courts just being completed. Big playground if you have children. Seasonal sites and all areas kept clean and tidy. Downtown Montreal is easily accessible from here and a short drive to Bromont as well. Great location near Candiac with a Costco and lots of shopping options. This campground is reasonably priced, has an excellent location and is very well managed!

Really nice campsite! Beautifully maintained and Great staff. Called the day of and got a site. Pool and playground and small dog area super clean. Only 30 minutes to downtown Montreal by car. Out in rural area so quite.

We stayed here one night last week- it was clean, well organized, friendly and quiet. Most sites have a tree on them for shade, and the pool area was lovely. We only had the one night as it was a stopover on our way through, but we will make a point of staying there again in the future, next time we are along that route.

Campground has excellent amenities for young families. The playground is exceptionally large, the mini golf is $2 per person and is a good time. The pool is lovely and clean. The entire campground is very well maintained. Accessibility is a problem. The gate to the pool was too heavy for me, and there were a number of problematic thresholds when I tried to go into the office with my walker. There is a ramp to the door on both sides, but they have placed a bench across the top of both ramps, making it very difficult to access in my walker, and impossible in my wheelchair.

We enjoyed our stay. The tent, no power/water, site we were in was way in the back. So it was a bit of a hike to the washrooms. It was also quite muddy as they had obviously had a lot of rain. That said, it was clean and quiet and we would stay again

Great KOA, but as a tent camper, I cannot recommend it. The area reserved for tents is next to a creek with loads of mosquitoes. Bathroom facilities are far away. The bugs made it hard to enjoy our stay except when we were relaxing up near the RVs in the swimming pool.

We rented a tent space with electricity and water supply. The area was ok, but the downside is that it is close to the road. We can hear all the vehicles passing by. There was also the sound of the train. I could not sleep well because of these noises. In addition there was a group of campers across us that were so noisy at night. The quiet hours and from 10pm-7am. There were still noisy until 1am that I had to shush them from my tent to keep quiet. They eventually got the message. No employee went to them to remind them of the quiet hours. The young receptionist when we arrived was friendlier than the older one I met the next day. It rained the day before we arrived to the ground is wet. There were spots where it is muddy obviously. I just hope they would maintain the pathways where water pools so we can pass by easily. I like their toilet and shower room. It’s clean and comfy. Pool is great, just really cold water. There is pool for kids too. There is no lifeguard though. There’s also a playground, so it’s really kid friendly.

    • My site was level, and long enough for my 26’ RV and toad. • Site had power (30 amp), water, sewer, fire pit and a picnic table. • Staff was good, it’s nice to be in a campground where they are always working to keep it looking great. • Did not try their WIFI, used my Rogers Hot Spot and it was great. • No cable TV but a few air channels and reception is good. • Showers have good pressure and hot water. • Very quiet and peaceful. • I have seen a few reviews that complain about a train, the train is more than 3km away, and you can not hear it.

This KOA may be fine for RV campers, but is not suitable for tent campers. Tent sites are located down a muddy hill, away from all amenities, next to a stagnant mosquito-filled creek. There are not lights, water, or bathroom facilities near the tent camping area. The bathrooms near the RV camp were clean. We arrived to an extremely muddy, not maintained site, that needed some gravel. There was garbage all over our campsite (not pictured- I cleaned up) and filling the fire ring at our site (pictured). I let the woman at the front desk know, and she assured it would be cleaned up. No one ever showed up to remove the garbage. Other campers showed up after 10p and created a lot of noise until about 1am. The playground is run down. I would not recommend for anyone looking to camp in a tent.

Excellent place to stay if you are going into Montreal. They provided great instructions to parking and taking the metro. They have clean bathrooms and the pool was immaculate even with all the children.

Amazing campsite with friendly, helpful staff and plenty of room for a big RV! The pool here is lovely, and the toilets and showers were kept very clean. In a very convenient location, we were able to park 20 mins down the road and catch the metro into downtown Montréal. Would thoroughly recommend!

Good location to visit Montreal with a large dog park. Our RV spot (row H) flooded 2-4”overnight bc it’s not level so that was… wet. Laundry room is old but nice. Bathrooms are clean.

The overall location is not bad but the campsites are really close to each other. Lot of mosquitos, the internet is really slow. We had the power/water campsite. Washroom was close but small. Only 3 shower spots in one. Only bad thing was that next to our campsite was a construction site and they started 7.30 in the morning (really loud drill noise) for all 3 days. Wish I knew that beforehand.

Easily accessible, clean facilities, simple online booking, friendly front staff, and great activities for families (mini golf, pétoncles, pool, playground, etc.). Our site had terrible drainage, though, and we were in a tent trailer. The site was already swampy from recent heavy rains, so the rain overnight left us in a few inches of mud and water. This was clearly not a new development; sites like this should not be assigned until they're filled/repaired (the park was not full).

Not for tent campers. The location is nice. The campground itself is lovely. Friendly staff. Bathrooms and showers clean. The Internet works well, although you do have to reconnect every 30 minutes, which seems unnecessary and is annoying. I understand we're camping but KOAs are more like glamping, and you pay for that. This campground should only be used by RVs etc. The spots for tents are on top of each other, right next to a busy and very noisy road. This makes it hard to sleep at night. Mosquito hell in the morning and at night. Other campers walk their dogs on the tent sites and there was also a lot of trash in our fire pit that was never cleaned up. We wanted to do laundry, but needed change for our bills. There is no machine to get dollar coins. We wanted to ask for change inside but they were already closed by the time we came back from sightseeing the city, and they don't open until 9 in the morning, which was after we had already left. We couldn't do our laundry. It's all the small things added up that made it not worth the price. For a little more we could've stayed at a hotel and not deal with all these issues.

Wonderful campground outside of Montreal. Many amenities and activities. Mini golf, pool, play area, dog park, chickens. Community gathering areas, large washrooms with private showers. A community room with kitchen and games room. Most RV sites are pull through and most offer full hook ups. Road ways and campsites are mainly level. The park was immaculately clean and well maintained. On site office / store was well stocked and contained a vartiey of souvenirs. Would definitely recommend this campground.

This was a stopover for a good night sleep on my way home from vacation. Travelling solo with my dog. Staff were welcoming & friendly. Sites were clean & well kept. Bathroom & shower facilities spick & span. It was quiet & location perfect for anywhere near Montreal. Easy to find and in a really nice quaint town. Highly recommended

Great place to stay over in when travelling. Lots of pull through sites. Very well kept. Lots of shade. Great staff. Nice restaursnts nearby. On the edge of the suburbs so a country campground. Definitely a go to place when we are traveling.

Just a fantastic campground. Washrooms could not be any better. The whole operation just outstanding. THANK YOU. I only have 2 x observations. Campsite benches are rather awkward to sit in and in need an update. Wifi is workable but the signal throughout the park is rather weak. Overall, one of the best KOA's we have visited. Congrats all round.

I cannot believe this place is a journey and not a holiday. Definitely enough amenities for a journey. Beautiful pool, really unique park. The chickens were a nice surprise. Sites clean and very level. We had a torrential storm and there was no flooding of the site. We used this park as a parking ground for our rv while we enjoyed city of montreal. We should have stayed longer to actually enjoy the park more...we thought with a journey there wouldn't be much...but we were wrong.

Just wanted to give a shout out and huge thank you to the staff at the Montreal South KOA. We were leaving this morning to travel home to Ontario but we had no lights to our 5th wheel. Bernard, Francois, and a lovely lady (didn’t get her name) spent 3 hours with us trying to solve the problem. It turned out to be something simple. Our ground pin wasn’t connecting. Anyway, they went way over and above to help us. They weren’t walking away until they figured it out and asked nothing in return for their work. The least we can do is make sure everyone knows what a fantastic place this is. Lovely office/store, level spots, lots of amenities, and unbelievable customer service. ❤️

This is an awesome campground. Very quiet and very easy access to Montreal (just about 25 to 30 minute drive). There is plenty of room to get in and out of the assigned spot as well as navigating around the park; we have a 34 foot motorhome and had no issues even getting in late at night. Which is another plus. Very organized and easy to find instructions to our spot. We got there at 2 AM. The icing on the cake was that when we were leaving one of our slides malfunctioned and the folks that work there helped us out and got us on the road on time. Awesome job and place all around and highly recommended.

Stayed here 2 nights over past weekend (once in tent site once in cabin) one of the cleanest facilities i have encountered. Bathrooms and showers were always spotless. All seemed either new or recently renovated. Water pressure was great, lots of hot water in the showers. The tent site was clean and quite private. The cabin was clean, there was a decent amount of privacy from the neighbouring cabins with pull through sites across the road being empty it was nice. There was a fire pit, porch swing and a nice (private)bbq to use as well. Everyone i dealt with was friendly and spoke english. I even found a mint under my pillow at the tent site! Ok. So maybe it was one of my junior mints that got away….it was still a great spot to stay at. I didn’t use the amenities but saw families enjoying the pool and playground as well. Both looked new and well maintained.

Nice for a KOA, yet the customer service is that of a 2 Star;( I've reached out to the management four times today. And can't get as much as a phone call back. Walked in three times. They Don't seem to care or answer questions for their guest.

Great place for a nice getaway! Maintained beautifully, great and friendly people. Perfect place to get away for the weekend or vacation if you live in and around Montreal! Can’t travel anywhere right now because of the pandemic, this is the perfect place for a getaway and relax! I highly recommend it!

Omg, what an amazing experience! So fantastic, especially if you have small children. The park is just great! Friendly, helpful staff and other campers were nice as well. Great place to practice our French 😊

It's a sad situation when your campground reviews are based solely on how well your wifi works. I think people have forgotten how to relax and enjoy family time. People, we are first and foremost a 'campground', wifi is a perk, nothing more, and also out of our hands, it is not 'our' wifi, it is provided to us at a fee for your pleasure. If it's spotty at times we should not be screamed at, yelled at, threatened with bad reviews over something which we cannot fix. If wifi is essential while you are camping then you should probably arrive with your own wifi which you can rely on 100%, this should make your stay more pleasurable for everyone concerned. We give the best customer service we can when it actually pertains to the campground and camping.

👍 Pros - Very close to Montreal, and it was quiet at night. Staff were friendly, cheap laundry, good bathrooms. Services around the area were also good Cons - Quite crowded. I don't know why, when it was 30 degrees people have to have fires but ... The pool is quite small, smaller than an Aussie back...
