Very racist and rude receptionists! kept making me and my family embarrassed when we asked for food (especially the Asian lady) we just asked enough for the three of us but made it seem like we were asking a lot in front of other customers. Kept giving me less food on breakfast saying do I really want to eat that. Very noise sensitive rooms can hear everything from the room. Cheap breakfast but did the job. Rooms were clean and view was good.

This is to share my disappointing experience with my fellow travelers I had with this hotel management. I booked a room for two nights and I had to cancel this booking after few days for personal reason, and I received a cancellation confirmation it says your reservation is successfully cancelled free of charge, but to my surprise they have deducted two nights full amount from my card and they don't give me any clarification or proper reply to my mails. I requested an invoice several time but they don't issue one. So guys be careful when booking their rooms. Don't give them your card details. I will update this review in the days to come with their response.

We booked this hotel for 2 nights when we were visiting Quebec City. It was the best decision and the perfect hotel! The rooms are very clean, the staff is very nice and accommodating, and the location of the hotel is perfect! It was the best of both worlds (River and mountains on one side + the city being 10mins away). They even have bonfire equipment which you are free to use. We very much enjoyed our stay! Thank you to the amazing staff! I would highly highly recommend this to anyone visiting Quebec City!!

Great place to stay if you're just looking for something simple and not overpriced. Breakfast is amazing, and the view is even better. I will definitely come back. Super close to the falls attractions and 15 min drive to old quebec and main attractions. I will say that staff can smile a bit more, but other than that, I will definitely recommend the place.

Rooms are neat and clean. The breakfast was good. Nice view of the St. Lawrence River from the breakfast area. Free parking. Very close to the falls. Worth for the money you pay. Decent hotel. Tried to extend my stay for a day and they ran out of rooms.

The young man staff is very nice, hard working, patient. We saw him clean the breakfast tables regularly in his morning duty. He is very patient to explain the details in English to us. Service is excellent. Especially, I would like to thumb up laundry service, fast, clean and efficient.

Very nice efficiency hotel. Clean and modern with a 24h desk and bilingual staff. This is the best budget option if you need a rest before heading on to Montreal or Ottawa, as I can attest from experience unfortunately.

Awesome 4d3n stay!! Well recommended inn / suites. The room is neat and affordable plus the room already has hair dryer, microwave, flat iron, fridge and murphy bed without asking for it. The breakfast was great with good sceneries. The location is accessible, just 15-minute drive to downtown and 5-minute drive to Montmorency Falls. We'd surely consider coming back next time.

We really enjoyed staying in this hotel. The rooms were spotless, really spacious and beds were comfortable. Finally a very good shower with a good flow and a hose. Pet friendly! Breakfast included. Great location (10 minutes from Quebec City downtown). Wonderful view from the breakfast room. Things I would improve though: 1. Please offer dairy-free milk option too, for people with allergies/intolerances. 2. The air conditioner was in an automatic mode, on/off, on/off, on/off… may be very disturbing for people with sensitive sleep. Otherwise it’s very good :) Thanks!

Decided to stay here for 1 night during a vehicle purchase trip to Quebec. The receptionists are super polite, welcoming, and friendly. The staff that work in the kitchen are super polite as well. It has a complimentary breakfast included. The views are absolutely breathtaking. I personally found it to be a bit on the cheaper side, which is a bit of a surprise because of how much you're getting for the price you pay. And to top it all off, they're also pet friendly! I travel with my companion all over the place, and the staff at Sleep Inn & Suites were super welcoming about our furry friend. I would absolutely recommend Sleep Inn suites to anyone traveling to Quebec or even visiting / sightseeing. The views are amazing, and I can't wait to come back and thoroughly explore the area.

Best experience. Breakfast was grand and awesome. I liked that kids could make their own waffles. Kids was so happy... Rooms was clean, good scenery. Everything was there in the room. Iron, iron table, microwave, mini fridge, kettle and all bathroom stuff.

Conveniently located and affordable. Nice view by the river. But noisy because of the noise from the car circulation.

Nice and clean big room. Had a wonderful stay with free breakfast. Feel sorry for my girls for missing of hair conditioner.

Very friendly staff and greeting. Excellent price, all new, free parking, breakfast included and very comfortable beds. Just down the street from Montimercy Falls and ile d'orleans bridge. Will stay again if in the area.

Great staff and very clean property . Pleasantly surprised as this was much better than the many Comfort Inns we stayed at. The breakfast was very good.

Good service and nice staff...stayed one night but definitely recommend it...the bed was very comfy and the room was clean although a little small,but really I didn't care much ...location was good.aroung 9 km to old Quebec town and only 2 km to montmorency falls...breakfast was good enough. From 6-9...bagels, croissant, scrambled eggs, sausages, yogurt,jams.muffin,breads.and you could make your own waffles.youbcould sit outside facing the River and The island, and enjoy the breakfast ..the only thing I really want to see next time is espresso or Chappaqua machine....

Newly renovated Hotel. Staff was wearing mask all the time, rooms were clean, backyard had a beautiful patio, hotel had good options for breakfast 🧇. Location of this hotel is great! Close to Quebec City downtown and montmorency falls. Best choice hotel I ever stayed in!

Really nice property. Clean, comfortable rooms with all the stuff you might want / need. Friendly bilingual staff. Breakfast room quite small so breakfast is a bit of a zoo. Rooms facing the road do have a fair bit of road noise.

It's very nice place with a decent cost. You can have a lake view which is too good for a morning rise. Breakfast was complimentary and staffs were kind.

Charming and friendly front desk staff, clean, beautiful room, delicious breakfast. Lots and lots of free coffee. Excellent view out to the island. 10/10 would recommend. We will definitely stay here again.

On our way to Nova Scotia, we had to stop in Quebec city for a night. We were skeptical staying here but I gotta say, it was one of the best hotels I've stayed in Canada. Rooms were tidy, bathroom was super clean, plenty of towels and an awesome view outside. And the staff was very nice! Highly recommended.

Everything was fine (comfortable beds, nice building) but only one staff member wore a mask. The man at the front desk and a member of housekeeping were working maskless.

Very nice, modern, and clean room. Fast wifi, nice tv, comfortable bed. The air conditioning worked great (I like a cold room). Strong shower with plenty of hot water. The breakfast was good, and included!

I actually enjoyed my stay here. We were with a kid and room was big enough for us. Good wifi signal, nice choice of TV channels. Breakfast was pretty boring but it's just a continental one that means it's OK. The view behind the hotel is amazing and is perfect for meditation. Beautiful waterfall just couple minutes driving. There is no public transit between the hotel and Old Quebec. But the taxi is still an option. It's pretty close to the island. There is a fridge, coffemaker and a microwave in a room which is very helpful.

I give only four stars because the waitress, I think she was Asian, at the breakfast counter was a bit tough and rude when I asked for an empty tray and she refused and said that is enough. She compiled the food in 3 trays and the breakfast was for 4 people. Other than that it clean and comfortable place and people at the front desk was so nice.

Great experience. Nice river view from the patio. The room were nice and clean. The lady in the front desk was above and beyond to accommodate guests.
