Becarful before booking with Tourika... Aweful trip to NYC SPECIALLY with julie the guide and Alain the administrator.. Will share with you few points from our so waited trip which turned to a disaster... Dirty and smelling bus, guide cannot hundel messy and noisy people just to get the tips which she oblige you to pay even without booking full package.. JUST PICK UP AND DROP OFF ~ 50 $C Last day we were lost, we've arrived 10mn late... weve kindly requested her to wait over the phone, however she was talking without listening, than closed the line without informing which was extremely rude, non professional and unacceptable .. We do understand that being late isn't right, however we wished to hear a solution and kind words instead of closing the line and refusing to answer our several calls... We were left in NYC without knowing how we can comeback to our country... We've called the EMERGENCY number where we found a "voice mail".. We 've received a call back after 4hours from ALAIN STATING that the rude attitude of the guide is extremely normal and professional!! Do not travel with Tourika if you are sick they won't take it in consideration... Hope this negative review will let them improve their disaster service... Thanks, Iris

Our trip to NY with Tourika was amazing!!! Special thanks to our guide Patricia and our driver Jean-Guy, both of whom were awesome! Patricia knows the city so well she even recommended me a bookstore where I found a book that I had been looking for over a year in Canada. Montreal New York trip over 3 days and 2 nights with Tourika. Good organization and good hotel, with a good guide and a good driver. A little disappointed by the quality of the bus, not the most comfortable and not as luxurious (no wifi, no sockets everywhere...). Recommended for a first trip to New York.

We used Tourika for our trip to New York and we stayed at the Hilton Times Square. Everything about the trip from the bus ride to the tours around the city was exceptional!!! Unmatched service!! Went down for the Easter weekend with my son to New York City via Tourika tours. Gave a rating of 5 stars but if I could give more I would all due to our guide Denis. We couldn’t ask for better. Not only was he knowledgeable about the whole itinerary, he was very accommodating towards everyone’s needs and made sure we were all safe throughout the whole weekend. Great bank for our buck with all the excursions that were included. I wouldn’t hesitate booking another tour with them.

We took a family trip (2 adults and 2 children) to New York for New Year's Day. Superb organization. The guide Julien is really excellent in showing us the city. He knows it inside and out and always has good advice for the group accompanying him. Pre-trip chat communications are efficient and responses are quick. I recommend Tourika for their professionalism.

worst customer service! Don't give a good advice to buy a trip. The guy Alain just give a link where i can check it up but he don't try to explain me about the package ( what include: some attraction? hotel? hows gonna work?). He is into about the price and to have more ppl to buy. I'm not recommend this link.

New York, 3 days and 2 nights, prestige pack from December 26 to 28, 2023. The guide Mr. Richard Desrochers, a tourism professional, he loves his job, he knows New York very well and he recommends good restaurants at reasonable prices. Ali, the bus driver, frankly a very good driver, drives with caution, he slips through narrow streets, a real driver worthy of his name. Well done Ali. Thank you very much for the stay you offered us, it was excellent, a great experience with Tourika that I highly recommend. See you next time definitely.

This was our first guided tour experience and it won’t be our last. Though we didn’t take the full guided experience, my spouse & I opted for the bus and hotel package. In any case for Alain I give a score of 1! I chatted with him on their site to try to change the departure date and he was completely unprofessional. I was still on time to change the departure date and for any questions, he sent me the same message (The trip is 100% non-refundable and non-modifiable.) I referred to the terms and conditions and found that I could still do it. I told him and he didn't respond until the next day, telling me that I could!! Claudia resolved the problem and I was able to obtain a travel credit. Thanks to Claudia!
