Very friendly service at this location! I went through the drive thru again so I have to update my review. 'Bri' at the window was so nice this morning! Thank you Bri for displaying great customer service. You rock! My cinnamon dulce mocha is yummy also.

I’ve ordered twice through the mobile app this week and both times my venti is filled like one and a half inch short of the top of the cup. The first one I gave them the benefit of the doubt. This is not a foam drink, this is a shaken espresso so it should be filled to the top. The drinks have been ready when I show up but that’s usually 5-10 mins past when the order is supposed to be ready. So far they’ve been friendly so no issue there. But really Starbucks, these are $6+ drinks. Don’t jip people.

Just left i believe the girl at the window was named Ava but she was great added an extra drink last minute for us she was so nice we forgot to tip but i wouldve if i did get another chance too and i got a sticker for my drink its so cute

Almost 30 mins for my drink. Nothing to crazy, just a simple cookie crumble Frappuccino. I went inside because drive thru was wrapped around and why not, move my legs. If someone was training they may have needed help from their fellow coworkers. Probably going to avoid this location for a bit.

I need to stop going to Starbucks. Today I got a caramel brûlée latte which I get pretty often. Somehow they managed to overfill it?? So when I took the top off it spilled all over my hands and lap and burnt my fingers. This picture is AFTER it spilled, you can see how full it is. Which is surprising because usually they underfill it. It also tastes like pure milk with no coffee, which you can see by the color. It’s supposed to come with whipped cream so maybe if they had put that on there this could have been avoided. Sadly I could not go in for a new one as I was late to work. I hate paying $6 for a cup of milk.

I want to give a shoutout to very pleasant employee. Maybe manager Lim. He made sure he greated me and to let me know he would be with me momentarily. He was busy finishing up and made me feel very welcome and that I was very impressed with him.

This Starbucks is very close to home so it’s nice and convenient location wise. My drinks are hot or miss with consistency, but always tasty. The other day I waited in the store for 45min for a drink and that was a bit ridiculous. They apparently had calls in and I get that it happens but maybe have the staff to call people in if that happens?

Hello I went to this location recently for the first time. I was there at 5:05 am on Saturday 10/28/23 just after they opened for the day. I don’t typically go to Starbucks, I usually either make coffee at home or get Dutch bros to be completely honest. I had a Starbucks gift card that was given to me from my employer as one of the very few perks/ showing appreciation. Not even a pizza party haha 😂 anyway I have a 45 min commute to work and was out of coffee creamer so decided to go to Starbucks and use my gift card for coffee and breakfast sandwich before having to be at work by 6am. I did not get the employees name, I saw two people working inside when I pulled through the drive through. So friendly, fast, answered my questions, and then I pulled up to pay and get my stuff and they said my order was on the house. I almost cried. Thank you girls so much. I will definitely be back. I Hope their manager appreciates them and they are treated well at work!! It seriously made my day.

I come here all the time, and everyone is so nice! They make my drink just right every time. Their cup selection is amazing, and they will point you to the right direction if you're looking for a cup they don't have. A lot of people complain about the wait time and there are times I've waited a bit, but this is the only Starbucks in Queen Creek or at least I know of. So there's gonna be quite some traffic, especially rush hours. If you're on a time crunch, maybe could of just gone to other ones in San Tan Valley or plan ahead better.

Great service by the Starbucks team on Rittenhouse and Ellsworth Rd. My wife and I usually get a vanilla ice coffee, custom made to our taste and the taste is always perfect.
