Team currently working here did a amazing job. Seems like they are super busy with online orders due to covid19, but during my short wait for the sub, i saw that they worked together efficiently, and communicated well amongst each other. Props to the manager on duty. Sub tasted delicious too. (Pastrami)

Super disappointing, I used to LOVE firehouse... But now I don't know why I continue to give this place more chances, it always comes out wrong. I asked for no onions and no peppers. First attempt, the sandwich had both, they said they'd remake it. They did and it had onions on it, again. Then to add just a little something extra, the included a few black hairs in my sandwich. So that was great. You've fooled me for the last time Firehouse.

Great place for family, not very busy. Order online is simple. Food is done in around 10 minutes.

I had to update this because I think my kid gave a 1 star while playing with my phone. The food was amazing and the staff was friendly! Even got 3 fire hats for my 3 kids. Wait time was a little excessive, but the food was worth it. Will definitely go back. Maybe I will order ahead.

Update on review: the Manager of the store called me after my company review. My total order was refunded with an apology! Got an Engineer sub which I ordered before... usually good..This time it was loaded with mayo filled lettuce which made the sandwich soggy. The meats looked like low- grade stuff!

Normally love firehouse. Just moved back out here and had the chewiest sandwich of my life. It fell apart and was disgusting. Threw it all away.

Placed online order for pickup at 8:30pm for dinner that night. My credit card was charged. I get to restaurant for pick up and my order was never received. Apparently online orders 30min before close are automatically placed next morning 10am. They said I was unable to get a refund at that time either. I filed dispute with credit card for refund and Firehouse refused it and kept the money. Great food, bad customer service.

I'll just keep it simple it was delicious as always pick up a bottle of Sorenson sauce while I'm there it's great on all sorts of stuff give it a try
