FANTASTIC experience with Jax Jeweler's!!! I wish I could give more than 5 stars! I was so upset when one of the small diamonds in my engagement band fell out, and we just moved to the area so I was worried about taking it to a jeweler I wasn't familiar with. We decided to go to Jax Jeweler's after reading the great reviews and after speaking with Jack, I immediately felt at ease and knew my ring was in good hands- Jack was so kind, helpful, and extremely trustworthy. I got my ring back today (several days earlier than I expected!) and am blown away with the results- My ring looks absolutely PERFECT! Jack repaired the diamond that fell out and even identified some other loose ones so tightened those, and he also cleaned/refinished it so all the scratches are gone! My ring seriously looks brand new and the price was so reasonable. Jack did a wonderful job and I couldn't be happier! I will definitely be going to Jax Jeweler's for all my ring servicing :)

I highly recommend Jax Jeweler for their professional and trustworthy service. They did a phenomenal job reducing my grandmother's wedding ring, which is a precious heirloom. The ring has star-shaped diamond chips that sparkle beautifully along the band. The jeweler was very careful and precise in resizing the ring without affecting its appearance or quality.

We are new to the area and while at another place my husband saw Jax Jewelers. I needed a gold chain that was 18" for a cross that my husband had purchased. We both could not believe it, he had a 20", but could make it an 18". It is so hard to find gold and a beautiful chain that went well with my other two, plus a jeweler on site. Jack was very nice and took the time to even clean my cross. He also took the time to answer questions about jewelry we may need repaired. The shop is very nice and by the excellent customer service from Jack, his workmanship is also a 5 star rating.

went to this store because of all the reviews and I can easily say that I was not disappointed. had to get a pendant repaired and jack gave me a great deal. I also asked him if he knew anything about the gold necklace that has been passed down to me. jack took the time to examine it and was very knowledgeable. will be coming here again if I need another repair!

Had several prongs on my wedding ring that needed to be fixed. New to the area and Jax’s was recommended on several Facebook pages, so decided to give them a try. Ring was ready sooner than expected, received text messages which I appreciate keeping me in the loop. The gentleman that helped (assuming he’s the owner) was friendly and most importantly the cost was reasonable. I’m sure I paid 50% more several years ago at my last jewelers. Didn’t shop while there so can’t talk about selection or quality of jewelry. Will definitely return when needing repairs or new jewelry!

Third time I’ve used Jax Jewelers and have been happy each time. Always careful with my jewelry and when it comes back to me with repairs made or rings made larger, the jewelry looks like new. Even over the Thanksgiving holiday, my items were done in a timely manner.

I found this place after going to a name brand store who would have charged me $199 just to fix a clasp… I was super bummed. Jax’s Jeweler is honest and very helpful. They informed me that I can continue to fix the old chain but it would continue to break or we can order a brand new one for $300. I ordered new one and it was ready within 5-business days. Really pleased with the replacement of the clasp of my necklace. He said he thought the necklace would have to be restrung, but he was able to replace it without restringing. He also replaced a pearl that fell off my ring and it honestly looks better than before. While I was talking to the jeweler my husband saw a beautiful set of earrings and gifted them to me. I have another pair of earrings that I plan on bringing in for repair because of the great work, price and the repairs were ready for pickup when he promised. Very much appreciated the quality of his work and highly recommended!

Jax Jewelers is the place we go for fine jewelry. Our son bought his wife’s wedding ring there even thought he is from out of state. Our college age daughter always talks her dad into a new piece of jewelry when she comes to visit! And, of course, if I want something specific, he has ordered it for me. Very happy with the service we get!

I’m very pleased with the service I received from Jax Jewelers. I was looking for rhodium coating for my wedding and engagement rings and just picked them up. They look amazing and brand new. Jack also polished my earrings and went above and beyond. Turnaround time was within a day or two and the pricing beat every other jeweler I called. Definitely making this my go to jeweler.

What a great little shop! I needed a ring added to a chain (to give me length options) and the gentleman did such a nice job. Price was very reasonable. He was really nice, and didn't make me feel as though this little repair was a waste of his time. I will definitely go there for any jewelry related needs.
