Too bad I had to see other customers served with coffee before I realized I had to approach them for that. I was there before 10am and during my order taking, wala na daw coffee so I was forced to order juice with my pancakes, argh! Buti nalang I saw someone na may coffee kakaseeve lang so I had to ask Them and said 10mins pa daw kasi. What, the guy didn't even give me that offer ang Sabi wala na! BTW, the Fries and Nuggets, not hot pa. While ang daming customers naman so I supposed they should serve newly cooked ones.

This is the worse McDo I've ever been to. My BigMac only had one patty and they forgot the flavor for the shake shake fries. It was drive thru and didn't see it until I got to my destination. Plus their sundae amount was less than other branches. My Disappointment is Immeasurable and My Day is Ruined. Update: I have taken their apology of replacement Big Mac, flavored fries and replacement toy, which I realized later on that they had forgotten to include with my kid's happy meal. I'll let the star rating stand though.

they served mcflurry to me as sundae and oreo as toppings. They didnt even bother to mix it. The staff?? They are the worst. I thought it was only in the reviews. But I got to witness it myself. I asked for water. Standing in the side counter for so long!!! I understand if it will only take 3 minutes. But it’s more than that. The female server will also look at you like you are a nuisance. I only asked for a glass of water yet they didnt even bother to work on my request. I hope Google Reviews has a great impact on improvement of this fast food chain branch. Worst McDonalds branch ever!!!

Entry 1: It’s 2018 and McDonald’s is back in the Kamias/Anonas area! They’re burning in the interior lights (May ‘18) so it won’t be too long now. I expect the place to be open by June, and I’m looking forward to having good coffee. Entry 2: News: It’s slated to open on Friday, 11 May 2018! Coffee! Entry 3: 12 May 2018 second day of their operation. Crew still fumbling about in the kitchen with their new store and equipment. Otherwise doing ok. Btw, the store has only one floor, but has a large events area (parties). Entry 4: The arrival of McDonald’s Kamias at that precise spot of Kamias is very welcome. The stretch it's on had been something of a dead spot, with vehicular traffic speeding to get past to stop only at the Kamias-Anonas intersection. Similarly, businesses favoured development along the Anonas side of the area. Now that McDonald’s is there, there will be better lighting and upscale activity in the area. More people to stop at the store; more people means more people considering business expansion possibilities. The new establishment (McDonald's) also boasts of a largish events area plus it also has ample parking space. Children’s parties will likely be held at the place, drawing clients from within the K-grid neighbourhood and from the Sikatuna/ Teachers Village/ Pinyahan communities.

This place is easy to find. Has drive-thru and parking. Spacious dining with a party place for birthday celebrations.

Air-conditioning was hot. They always prefer just using one cashier even if they have long lines. Toilets are dirty and smelly.

we ordered 2pc chicken but instead they gave us a 1pc. The gravy container is cracked and utensils are missing even ketchup

Usual Menu served here. Plus Milkshakes Plus SLUSH ~ Coke, Royal Orange and Royal Grape Plus FLOATS would have been a great NEW NORMAL experience EXCEPT they wouldn't let patrons use the toilet even for an emergency or desperate need for a toilet break.

Drink cups are so soft that when they hand it over to you there is a big possibilty the drink will drip

Staff here are not friendly and snobbish, unlike other branches. For some reason, the chicken here tasted burnt and dry.

A good fast food site. Usually busy but service overall are good and the staff are pleasant. Rarely items on the menu are out. Place needs a little more tidying up.

I love the store's eco-friendly approach in serving food. Bowls instead of paper/disposable containers for fries, rice meals, and condiment containers. Its strawless even if they're serving float. They'll just give you spoons to scoop the sundae. I also like that their utensils were washed carefully and properly.

We have ordered from Kamias branch at around 8:50pm. On the receipt, the eta was 9:13pm. We waited for almost an hour for the delivery. Around 9:50 pm the Mcdo Kamias store finally reached out to us. They told us that they are having difficulties getting a rider for our delivery. The situation would have been understandable if they have informed us that at least 30 mins ago. Such poor service and management. Now we're waiting for a refund that I bet would also take forever.

My family and I ate here and we didn’t have a great experience. First of all, the service here is so slow, we sat on our table for so long and we had to wait for like 20 minutes for someone to clean our table. When they served our food, it wasn’t complete we have to ask for the cheese powders since we ordered shake shake fries. Second, the fries they served wasn’t the soft type of fries, it tasted burnt and it was very crunchy. Tapos when my aunt confronted sa cashier they told her that it was because of the oil?? Like seriously?? Tapos yung coke na large na inorder ng dad ko, eh halos puro ice nalang nandon, punong puno ng ice yung baso ano pang maiinom mo don?? And when my aunt confronted about the ice thing they just removed some of the ice and didn’t refill the coke. Tapos yung burger mcdo na inorder ko eh halos walang mayo! And then the tissue they serve! Ang konti konti! Jusko everything here is so slow, tsaka wala naman masyadong tao. Hayst. If only i took a picture before my aunt confronted the cashier about the coke and ice thing.
