Apr 2023: This is a newly opened French Gourmet Cafe. The ambience is really great! Lots of desserts and pastries on display. They even have an assortment of cookies in canisters for gifting. The dining area is adorned with gift boxes and faux leaves and flowers. The place is very colorful and the dessert display case is very enticing. I'm drooling just by looking at it. We ordered the hanging beef kebab, pork belly Carbonara, classic opera and Nutella frappe. The beef kebab is so soft and the sauce is amazingly delicious! The carbonara is super flavorful, the pork belly adds richness to the dish with a touch of parmesan crisp on top. The opera cake is heavenly and the Nutella frappe is not that sweet. It's a perfect ending to a wonderful dinner. Unfortunately, I had an issue with one of their server named Kinley. He didn't follow up my take out order which was given to another customer. He did not even apologize for his shortcoming. Thank goodness the manager, Ms Ann was kind enough to help us and she made sure that everything was given to us correctly. Too bad that mishap made their service terribly slow. Everything was in disarray. They even forget to give me my receipt and POS customer copy. Restaurants like this should invest in servers that has very good interpersonal skills. They should know how to interact or talk to customers politely and should be knowledgeable about the food being offered. A perfect example is when the owner approached our table and asked if the food is okay. I also suggested not to put the used drinking glasses and used cups on the counter behind the coffee machine. It's an eyesore and it might contaminate the coffee garnishes that is placed on the same counter(last 2 photos). Nonetheless, I will go back to try their other menu offerings. I hope I will have a better experience the second time around... I'll keep you posted 😊 Btw, they use plastic straws which is a no no in Quezon City(6th photo). QC LGU has an ordinance(SP-2876,S-2019) about single use plastics/disposables and establishments will be penalized if they are caught using plastic straws and the like. May 2023: Went here with my daughter. She loves French cuisine and she's eager to try the dishes. We ordered the Grilled Salmon, Breakfast Artisan Sausage Egg Roll and lemonade. They were equally delicious. We enjoyed it a lot. We also got 4 pcs mocha macarons and Strawberry cheesecake. I was informed by the serving staff that there's a resting time of 3-5 mins before I eat the cheesecake... We're back... My daughter ordered the Grilled Salmon. The pasta that came with it was too salty. But when I complained about the dish, they immediately replaced the pasta. Good thing it tasted so much better. The Pain Au Chocolat and Cafe Latte was delicious 🤤 3rd time here...We tried their Margherita Pizza with a side of french fries, Grilled Salmon and 2 kinds of cookies. The pizza has a very thin crust that's soggy but very tasty. The grilled salmon and pasta was okay but the kale on the side was very salty. The oatmeal cookie is delicious but the double chocolate chunk cookie was soft, it tasted like a brownie. Overall, it's a hit or miss. Jan 2024: it's been a while since we've been here. We ordered the Wagyu Burger, Reuben Sandwich and the Spicy Fried Chicken Sandwich. The burger is fresh and very juicy. The Sourdough bread of the Reuben became soggy at the bottom bec it was laid flat on the plate. The spicy fried chicken wasn't spicy at all. Finally, the choux of the Chocolate Eclair is dry and the Oatmeal Cranberry cookie is delicious. They should amp up their plating skills. The desserts served were too plain and boring.

Staffs were attentive. Place was nice. Everything is expensive aside from the coffee which is fairly priced. Avocado on Toast - new to the taste and looks so good. Worth a try. Iced caramel macchiato - it was good. I had better. Red Velvet cheesecake - it taste more like sansrival than a cheesecake. On the sweet side. Not a fan. **Sadly, this branch doesn’t offer the tiramisu. Confirmed by a staff.

Pastries & coffee is ♡ Rice meals are great too. Friendly staffs, but sometimes it is hard to get their attention.

5-stars! Our first experience was not so pleasant as we experienced long serving time. But we gave them another chance. And we are very glad we did! Food was superb! Serving size are big and atmosphere is posh and serene.

Our first dine in experience at Dylan’s SM North EDSA made us want to try more from their menu and explore more from their other branches. Food - they offer a good selection of their food and you might be overwhelmed by their pastries but my tip would be go on their best sellers. We had one hiccup about the Pistachio cookie since it tasted like one of those that you can buy from convenience store but the strawberry vanilla éclair was good! Can’t wait to taste their French macarons. Service - very attentive servers, no need to ask them to refill house water and their not intimidating Atmosphere - good for brunch with friends and/or family. For people who wants to go for sharing, they have pasta and pizza. Price - >800 per person but worth it because of the ambience and service

Our dining experience at Dylan Gourmet Cafe in SM North Quezon City was reminiscent of dining at Nono's or Katherine's Cafe in Vertis North. The cozy ambiance immediately made us feel at home. Stepping inside, we were greeted by a delightful array of pastries, which could be overwhelming due to the tempting choices. The food at Dylan Gourmet Cafe was undeniably delicious, and the portion sizes were satisfyingly generous. However, it's worth noting that the prices were slightly on the higher side, which might be a consideration for some budget-conscious diners. Nonetheless, the overall experience was enjoyable, and the quality of the food justified the cost.

We had our coffee and desserts here. The almond croissant is the one I enjoyed the most, the lotus brioche has a cinnamon flavor based in it, the ensaymada is just so so. The drinks are also good, we are just a little bit confused coz we ordered the frappe 😅 but we got an over iced drinks, that is supposed to be blended right with whipped cream on top? But nonetheless I am happy to try their menu hopefully next time I can try their main dishes.

Wagyu burger was amazing. Full english was good, mushrooms were a little salty though. Truffle fries are addicting. Chocolate Eclair was so good. overall wonderful experience

Love their desserts. The eclair we chose was delicious and their pastries displayed looked scrumptious and extensive. The service was great, the servers were attentive, food came out promptly. The food is on the pricier end and was a bit too salty for our taste

Food is great! We ordered the Watermelon Salad, Truffle Mashed Potato and Hanging Kebab. Flavorful, ingredients and freshness of ingredients are excellent. Even their coffee and desserts should not be missed.

The Food was amazing. Everything we ordered tasted really well. It was served right away and the portions were big. The salmon, ribs, porchetta were all cooked to perfection! The staff were friendly and they accommodated my request. It was such a lovely gesture when they sang happy birthday for me as well.

Place is nice, very modern. Staff are nice too. Alisza in particular was able to answer al my queries about the pastries. She’s been very helpful to the point I ended up asking to their crew on how to leave feedback, lol. Food is also great, ame serving and value for money. Overall, the place, the food and the customer service is commendable. I’ll definitely go back to try other selections.
