Their in-phone customer service is great. Very knowledgeable about their products and can recommend according to preference. Parking in front of the establishment is spacious and the guards are nice and attentive. Transacted my order through viber and was given a secured link to process payment. Their pick-up service can still be improved since it took a few minutes for my orders to be prepared before it was handed over. I still needed to go inside the establishment, which I was avoiding, to confirm order but overall it was a pleasant experience.

The experience when you got in is a thumbs up.. We got assistance from the clerk right away when we got in.. You just need to provide your preferences and they will show it to you what will be your options.. Delivery is free for large items.. The building has 3 floors from where we go around and very spacious..

There were only 2 customers at the showroom then so it was a very relaxing experience. Excellent customer service. Good layout and space management. Well-appointed/maintained showroom. The spacious showroom allowed for a comfortable overview, testing, and appreciation of all inventory. 😊

Products may be at good quality but waited for more than an hour to be served in payment area. No priority lane for Senior Citizen. No initiative to notify clients on why it is taking too long.

I visited there branch during CNY and I was amazed by their products. Aside from that, I met one of their employees, as I remembered her name is Ms. Jermalyn. Thumbs up for her customer service, good job Ronac Living for providing our home a highly recommended products and Thank you Ms. Jermalyn for providing and assisting me with all what I needed.
