Our stay would have been pleasant if not for the pains we had to go through during check-in. It took them 45 minutes to check us in, and not because the room is not available -- they are just very disorganized, not processing transactions as they received them, and letting them pile up. There was not a lot of people to begin with, but their process made the whole place crammed with people waiting to be checked in. There were 4 people at the desk, other hotels just need 1 or 2 to manage a hassle free check-in. Now with the room... We reserved 2 weeks in advance for a 2 bedroom suite for 4 people. We got a 2 bedroom with 1 queen bed and a single bed. We requested for 2 single beds and 1 queen bed, or 2 queen beds. They gave us a trundle bed, which was a downgrade so we declined it. They keep telling us that a room change is unlikely because it's subject to availability. We had a reservation, and I was adamant to be given the room I paid for. After 2 hours, we were transferred to a room that could accomodate 4 people. We got a room, they were just too lazy to go over the process again. Please train your front desk staff. They are not organized, and do not own up and fix their mistakes unless you persistently complain. The rest of the staff, especially housekeeping were phenomenal. Once we got into the right room, I have no further complaints.

Our flight schedule was moved to a week earlier by the airline company and so I need to reschedule our BSA hotel reservation. I'm so glad to be confirmed a week earlier for the hotel booking by Michelle Rodriguez , the account manager and Tessa Francisco, the head of Sales & Marketing. Both Tessa and Michelle were both very helpful and proficient. During our stay, Tessa is very welcoming and Michelle checked on us a few times. BSA Twin Tower is just across SM Megamall (Bldg. A). Other malls are just a few steps away (The Podium, St. Francis Square, Robinsons Galleria, Rustan Shangri-la, and Starmall Edsa). You will have lots and lots of restaurants to choose from and the convenience to go on a shopping spree. Public transportation is readily available and very accessible. The location is strategically perfect. Manuel and KC (Guest Service Representatives) were friendly, admirably efficient, and more than accommodating. Both check-in and check-out were quick, and not a problem. I was able to leave my pieces of luggage after checking out for hours and waiting for airport pick-up. It was convenient that MegaMall is right across the street. Big thanks to Manuel, KC, and Elmark who help out with the luggage to see us off. We got a nice Premiere Room on the 27th floor, loved the big windows and the awesome view of the Metropolis. The room was spacious and clean with a walk-in closet, a safe, window-type aircon, Cable TV, fridge, 2-burner stove, microwave, and a hairdryer. It has a mini kitchen (with utensils), a 2-seater dining table, and a couch in the sitting room. The Wifi was a bit slow but in working order. The key card is needed to use an elevator so bring your key card always or the elevator won't work. Waiting time for the elevator is about 5-10 minutes, give yourself time for the elevator ride. Overall, the great ambiance of the room with comfy beds is amazing. You can rest immediately after spending your long day in SM Megamall since the building is located just behind it. Good value for money. The hotel staffs were friendly, hospitable, and obliging. They make you feel welcome and glad to be of assistance. The guards were courteous, attentive, and helpful. Big thanks to Elmark Sotto (bellman) who willingly helped out with our belongings when we checked in until our last day. Karl Javier (our room attendant) regularly keeps our room tidy, neat and attends to our room necessities. He is efficient, kind, and an outstanding hardworking person. We are grateful and appreciative of his service for more than a month. Both of these guys were amazing. They went above and beyond their duty to guests. The hotel has two gorgeous pools for a relaxing dip, an indoor lap pool, and an outdoor lagoon pool. It has a gym, a jogging path, and a children's playroom. Cornerstone restaurant and conference room are available for social functions. I loved the convenience of a laundry shop in the lobby and a convenience store(7-11) beside the hotel. We had an enjoyable, satisfying, and relaxing vacation. Truly, this hotel exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend BSA Twin Towers Hotel to travelers looking for a stellar place to stay near shopping malls, restaurants, access to public transport, and an easy-to-get ride to the airport.

The rooms were very nice in the pictures but in real life everything that glitters wasn’t gold. In the rooms with the two twin beds, the beds were uncomfortable in the rooms were not cleaned. There’s a sign on the door saying that the rooms are sanitized but I don’t really believe that. In the first room I was in there were roaches galore and I believe I was bit by a bedbug. They moved me to a different room where there were still roaches just not as many. The mirrors in the room still had fingerprints on it. The service people were very kind but they obviously do not know how to really disinfect. They would come into the room to sweep and just dust the windowsill and take out the trash and that was it. There’s no AC inside of the hallways or the elevator so you feel like you’re melting as soon as you walk out of your room. The food in the café was cold even after serving it to you. There’s a lot that needs to be done to keep things sanitary. A lot of training needs to take place.

This place is at the back of sm megamall You can just walk around after the mrt ortigas station and through the parking area at the back. Not to cozy but okay to have a small event in their function room. Food was good and staff were nice and accomodating

1.dead cockroaches on floor and live cockroaches under bed. 2. Elevators work with funny logic. 3. The room is not maintained properly. If you are looking for an affordable price at good location, this hotel suits you. However if you would like to have a clean and comfortable stay in Manila..please spend more and stay another hotel.

I stayed at BSA twin towers hotel for a week and I had a great experience during my stay. The room is clean and big, the location is ideal because it's right across the SM Megamall and very close to Podium and St. Francis dept store. I also love that there's a laundry at the hotel, which is very convenient. The reception staff was also nice and accommodating. Overall, I had a pleasant experience.

Great hotel! But the hotel has many baby cockroaches in tower A, I cant sleep because of night crawlers... I was in 33th floor in first night, my brothers room is in 27 floor. Theres baby cockroaches in both rooms right now, So The elevators were 4 but 3 elevators were operational, because its likely 1 elevator is out of service. Please respond and MUST see immediatly, I prefer i will choose another hotels without cockroaches infestations. When i shower i set hot or cold, suddenly it became hot then cold. I stayed in 33 floor and 27 floor The elevators were high speed about (5m/s) and its not mitsubishi electric nexway elevators. The building is so old and built in 2011. I know the pool smells chlorine because of water filter, change it to tap water or something. I cant swim in swimming pool and use activities already because of the event in sm megamall megatrade hall 3 and my ceo of beaucon manila 2023 is my friend. House/Hotel rules are very strict and the rules lets me behave quietly. Please refresh google maps for updates.

Reception area - Less hassle on check in but lack of information regarding the room and amenities in the reception area , but manageable. Did not inform us regarding what number to call in case we need to ask something or any request 😅 Room- spacious. The entire unit is clean but maybe they forgot the bathroom? There are a lot of small cockroaches on the floor. The aircons are working fine. Swimming pool- 2 pools. 1 is for adult but just 4ft. Then the other pool is for kids. Much better if the pool is heated during rainy season thou it is indoor pool. 😅 The location is very accessible to anything you need. All transportation is there. There are many malls around the Ortigas area.

Staff are rude and room is nasty. I have found 2 cockroaches. They cant even sweep the floor properly. The closet smells like sweaty armpits. Salt i’ve spilled from two nights ago is still in the kitchen counter so I very much doubt they actually used soap to wash the dishes I’ve used. Came back to my room and they didnt even have the common sense to put the cutlery and plates back properly. They just haphazardly left it there. I already called to complain before leaving this morning and when I came back the afternoon after housekeeping supposedly did their thing the cockroach i killed from the night before is still where i left it. Called to make a second complaint and it seemed the staff was just agreeing with me to shut me up. This place should just close down.

our room is nice! There’s a clean comfort room with shower. We also have television, complete cooking equipment and speedy internet connection. So blessed we’ve got a nice view of the sunset. Surprisingly, there are dental office, medical spa, salon and Korean stores at the ground floor. :) this place is also near to social establishments.

Clean rooms. Would've been nice if the pots, pans, and other cooking utensils and cutlery were already in the room. Cleaned everyday by their staff. Location was convenient for me since the event I was attending was nearby.

Reception was okay, expect a line during peak hours. Staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious, although I did not expect that the toiletries and such are limited to only a set of shampoo and soap. First time I stayed at a hotel where there are no dental, vanity kit. Room scent is overwhelming, hope they can switch to gentler scents. The building itself is a bit old already, and can give off hospital vibes. In the morning, there are some cockroaches in the bath which is a bit of a turn off. Elevators can be fickle also. Its selling point is its location. SM Megamall in the front, The Podium in the back. Walking distance to EDSA bus carousel and MRT. Also, they have a rooftop pool. Breakfast buffet is also good. Had a blast eating there.

Highly Recommended Place to stay! 👌 It offers lowest rate of great food as well as great service with good staff. 👍 They have good ambiance and clean rooms with good wifi provided by the hotel and kitchenette.

Whilst the government has made masks voluntary to encourage tourism, this place arrogantly still enforces mask wearing despite the country trying to move on. They also have false signs stating that you will be fined huge amounts of money for not wearing masks outside (not true) and signs at the entrances requesting face mask and face shield simultaneously.

Dated rooms. I squashed 3 baby 🪳. Close proximity to Megamall and The Podium. I stayed for 6 nights and was only able to reach room service 1 time. Phone just keeps on ringing. Will probably stay again if on a budget.

The hotel is convenient when you need to be in Ortigas or nearby, and is reasonable value for money. Be very careful however with upfront payments for rooms. In case you have to check out earlier than expected, the hotel is very reluctant (not willing...) to return the fees for nights you are not going to use. In my case it was just 1 night after having spent about 4 weeks in the hotel in the Jan and Feb. Not very client friendly to say the least. This does not really motivate me to come back...

Infested with Cockroaches and rooms were old, didnt quite look like photos they had advertised. Location was opposite Megamall so very convenient. My opinion is for the dated room and cockroach infestation, they have overcharged.

Very good location, walking distance to megamall and transport terminals. Room i rented has lots of cockroach. Tower A elevators were 4.usually 3 are operational, number keys sometimes does not work😅. People living there are actually pleasant. Had a good stay.

Well furnished apartment right in the middle of the Ortigas area. It’s right across the road from SM Megamall and next to the Podium, so location was a huge plus for me. Room was slightly old, there WERE a couple of cockroaches here unfortunately. Bed was comfortable, shower water pressure was good. Gym is super run down. All in all not too bad for the price paid so it’s a solid 4 stars for me.

Budget-friendly condo style hotel right in the heart of the commercial district! Second time to stay here and was quite surprised with my recent experience. Was disappointed with the check-in process because we were able to get to our room 30 minutes past the check-in time. The wave pool was also disappointing because its walls were dirty that you could see the line of the dirt on it. Nonetheless, staff was hospitable and room was generally clean. Wifi and air-conditioning were also superb too.

We liked the rooms (we tried prime & executive suite). They are both spacious, good for people traveling wirh lots of baggages. However the rooms are quite old already, and unfortunately we saw baby cockroaches in both rooms. It is the first time we experience this in a hotel, even in Airbnb. Hope they can fix this. We can let go of the rooms being old, but having cockroaches mean it's also unclean.

If you want to sleep in an invasion of cockroaches, this is the right place to go. Thilthy rooms, no service, rooms not cleaned neither before nor during the stay. I am going to leave before the end of my stay despite losing the money.

Rooms - no toothbrush/toothpaste included. Slippers need to be requested and not included in room charge. Most of the request has been declined, can't request for an early check in via call or online. You need to be there for them to check if you can check in early, and most of the time you can't. It would be easier for guests to know via phone or online if they can check in early rather than go to the hotel early and then the receptionist will inform you that you can't. Also the check in time is too late, 3pm, other hotels offer 1pm or 2pm at the least. Better have your policies checked.

Spacious room, has an appliances ready to used, clean and well maintained facilities, over looking view from window, accommodating staff esp Sir Gerard. It is nearby in malls like SM, Megamall, Podium, Robinsons Galleria if you want to go on shopping spree, walking distance from MRT station and other public transpo. I highly recommended this Hotel to my family, friends, colleagues and even foreigners who want convenient to all.

The location is the best part about this hotel. It's next to SM Megamall and St. Francis' Square Mall. The building is clearly old, but the room we got was clean and very spacious. There was a kitchen but it clearly isn't made for cooking.

  • 1/5 Janssen Yves C. 2 years ago on Google
The guards and the staff are so rude to the guests. We did not receive any kind of hospitality at all. We waited in the lobby for 1 hour and they just gave us a key card and were left to find the rooms ourselves. The rooms were dirty and cockroaches are in every corner of it.

  • 3/5 Nelson S. 2 years ago on Google
Not for fancy people but for those who love to shop & dine. This place is just stone throw away from SM Megamall. The hotel is old, clothes drawer stinks and there's lot of insects crawling!

  • 4/5 Wandering A. 1 year ago on Google
+ Great location, clean & bright room with good block-out curtain & blinds. At the time of my stay, there was barely any wait on the elevators. Breakfast was good, with fresh fruits and vegetable options. - Hallways were a bit dark & scary when you're alone 😅, but very short distance to rooms so not much of a problem. One elevator has a problem accessing the cafe floor so I had to ride to the ground floor, then get another one so I could go back to the proper floor for bfast, or wait until another one was called. The bathroom faucet in my room was defective (gets dislodged from its connecting pipe but you could push it back in somewhat)

  • 4/5 NeilB S. 1 year ago on Google
Just opposite to SM Megamall. Rooms are quite big, with WiFi, sky cable, window type aircon, ref, stove for heating water, walk-in closet with safe, microwave and hairdryer. The shower pressure is quite slow though.

  • 5/5 Katrina B. 1 year ago on Google
The place is accessible since it just behind SM Megamall and St. Francis square. We went there of air bnb stay for a day. The rooms we stayed in was basic but with free pool use for 10 people. Key card is needed to use an elevator so better bring your key card with you always or else the elevator won't function.

  • 1/5 Maria Cristina M. 5 months ago on Google • 2 reviews
Terrible experience! 1. The elevators are ALWAYS in service. Out of the 4 elevators available, sometimes, only 2 are functioning. You're lucky if 3 elevators are working. And if they are working, the algorithm of their elevators is so weird. Example: You are at the basement level 1, and there is a free elevator coming from the Ground floor. That elevator will not pick you up, but instead, the elevator all the way from the Penthouse floor will come pick you up. If you are coming from the 42nd floor wanting to go to the Ground floor, the free elevator from the 44th floor will not come pick you up, but the one from the basement floor will. In summary, if you get a room on the top floor, allot 10-15mins to get to the lobby. 2. No proper garbage disposal. This is a condotel, so there are long-staying tenants who like to throw their trash directly outside their unit. Some guests and tenants would even have the audacity to dispose their garbage outside the unit of other paying guests. I have NEVER noticed any hotel staff trying to clear away the garbage outside the units, especially if it's at night. Because of this, I have also noticed a lot of small cockroaches in the hallways and in the unit! 3. The elevator/hotel key card sometimes don't work. You need these cards to access the elevators to get to your floor. Why give non-functioning cards to hotel guests? Such an inconvenience! 4. Some elevator buttons are NOT working. So imagine having to wait 10-15mins to get to your floor, then an elevator arrives but the button to your floor isn't working. So you have to wait another 15mins for a new elevator to get to your room. I have seen similar reviews months and even years ago. It seems like the condo/hotel management isn't doing anything to solve these issues. Shame. You are better off booking someplace else.
