SM City Sta. Mesa

Shopping center

👍👍 this is one of my favorite sm city malls... many levels of parking spaces with visible security guards... other levels have no wheelchair access only stairs... long wait in the elevator for wheelchair... foodcourt is at the upper level... you can see the skyway above... access via Sta Mesa and Quezo... People often mention mall, parking, shopping, visit, good, Nice, great, court, stores, people,

Parking : 3/5 There are leakage on the ceiling so our motorcycle was really wet due to heavy rain. There are many variety of stores which give us more options to visit and eat.

One of the nearest SM Mall to visit to from our home. It's very nice in here, love the vibes and not too crowded. Perfect for a quick family day out or when you have errands. The travel time too is not hassle.

This is the original concept of a big mall back then. Though it felt and looked small now, it still remained as sophisticated and humble as the same mall it was through the passing of many years. It is not overbearing, not so flashy, got that serene vibe inside. Houses basic needs.

This mall branch in Sta Mesa I think is one of the oldest but one of my comfort place whenever I want to chill for movies or have a quick eat or to have chat with my friends. Though right now most stores are closed which makes me feel sad and I'm hoping and praying that soon everything will be back to normal again. I sincerely miss the cinema here, before whenever I want to catch a movie, this mall is one of the place I would choose because of its old theater vibes and feel. Definitely one should visit in this lifetime.

Small but complete. Easy to navigate. Good place to bring the family. It is one of the oldest SM malls so it has become very iconic and well-known. In the past few months, despite the pandemic, they have added a lot of improvements in this mall. The cinema is a must see and offers new experiences for patrons. It is very accessible by private cars, train (LRT 2), and jeepney. The guards and staff are very safety conscious and the customers are regularly reminded to maintain physical distance and wear masks.

Not too crowded. No place to charge your phone even in emergencies, paid or free. Need to namedrop the sm store manager before customer service will even consider letting you charge your 0% phone to hail a ride from an app. Cinemas are good. Main entrance steps are not well designed, accident magnet. Steps are not even height and has protruding surfaces your shoe can catch and trip on. Food options are good. Upper food court is crowded. No service water. Must pay for bottled water. Very environmentally friendly 😅

It's a pretty small place though you'd never seem to run out of places to be, I guess. It's got almost everything you can want. It's ok. However, there are these constant maintenance and renovations that take a bit longer than bearable. Nevertheless, if you're just looking for a place that's easy to go to, maybe consider it.

We kinda had some bad experience with their security. We were okay if they did not let us in with my niece if kids were not allowed yet but to let us in and every security guard is questioning our presence inside the mall and we were suddenly the topic of everyone in the mall. Not a crowded mall.. may even term it as lonely, for lack of pedestrians and crowds in more famous spots like McDonald's or Jollibee. Several retail shops have closed. Dept store has refreshed stocks since November visit. The entire mall observes safety measures and hand sanitizers are all over the place. Presence of marked down items continues to be a shoppers delight. You may miss a few brands but only the strong survive. Supermarket was quite cold but was pleasantly surprised to find hard to find spices there. Tenants like resto are starved for diners..

Very difficult to go around and find a parking spot in front of the mall because they closed the access road in front. Driveways are too narrow where they had to allow a single lane road at the back to become a two way street since the other half of the road is being used as a parking for delivery vans.

Though there limited restaurants compared to other SM malls, there are enough well-known fastfoods here. But the groceries offers so much items. And the department store has so much to offer: men, women, and children' apparels; household items; grooming and beauty products. There are available ATM machines and there's a BDO bank. But the parking is dark and not as convenient as other SM malls.

Newly renovated and invigorated IMHO. Still worth. Visit if you're around the area since the place is quite small but has the basic essentials you'll need. Food court upstairs is quite a surprise since the aesthetics are quite pleasing and modern. Will definitely be visiting again if I'm in the area and need a quick purchase. It's no longer as bad as I remember it although there were a lot of closed stores.

My main concern with this mall is that the washrooms don’t have toilet paper for when you use the toilet and paper towels to dry your hands. No hand dryers, too! I have used the washrooms a few times, asked the ladies assigned in the washroom. All they said is that, “there’s no more toilet paper/paper towel”. Can’t imagine how SM doesn’t have a budget for these necessities. smh

Got nothing to do but first time exploring in this place. Some stores renovating but it's only natural. Seems decent enough if not fully packed on weekends. Overall good place. 🤙🏻

A large modern shopping center only a couple hundred meters from the MRT train station. The Santa has a lot of retail outlets of food court and a supermarket and a cyberzone with a large range of mobile phones and laptops and accessories

Clean toilets and has bidet. 🚽 Lots of fun activities to choose from for the whole family. The newly renovated cinemas are awesome. Clean and comfortable seat, great audio. The mall is not that big so it is easier to navigate inside, it is impossible to get lost. 😅

Observes proper restrictions and protocol. The food hall is a must if you just want to experience another kind of vibes and peace (lol). Pets are welcome as long as they are behaved and with their guardians. There are also days that musicians are invited to add more of the chill vibes.
