I have been dining here for several years now. This review dated Dec 13 2021. After being closed last year then transitioning to take outs only this restaurant is open for dine in guests at a much larger capacity than a month ago. The main difference is the air-conditioned area is not open. You can choose from the wide variety of food and from the ones I have tried I can say they have a good cook. Their Sinigangs are very good. I would recommend their sinampalukang manok. It's very good. The tinolang manok is also good. The chicken they use is different from the ones you can buy from the supermarket. Very delectable. Their mainstays lechon manok and liempo they source from their ihawan is always good and goes well with your choice of sabaw. I have tried their pritong hito and it's worth trying. There are good items here you cannot find in the other baliwag branches. For dessert they have a lot of offerings but order their Leche flan. Whoever their supplier is does it right. Lots of tables and seats with parking for 5 cars. Lots of parking nearby as well. Comfort room is adequate but can use some improvement. There is no service charge so be sure to tip the waiter. Oh and they cook really fast if there is not too many diners. Try this place if you are craving for local dishes. Prices are very reasonable

I like their liemp... i always wanted to try their crispy pata. Finally was able to try thier crispy pata but i was disappointed. Aside from the crispy part it doesnt have any taste at all. Litteral walang lasa :( their ensailadang talong was ok. The crab rice is ok but i didnt taste any crab in it. I needed to soak the crispy pata on the soy sauce with the bagoong that they have provided in able for me to atleast taste something. I dont know, maybe thats their style. They let you do the maranaiting of their crispy pata while you eat it. But i love their pork sinigang 😍

Been a fan of Filipino food. Still craving more. Definitely will go back and recommend to my friends and family. ♥️♥️

This restaurant used to be our go to when we want homecooked filipino food. Food are reasonably priced and also good tasting. Sadly the food quality is not so good anymore.. Maybe because of the inflation and them trying to keep the prices the same.

Crispy pata was crispy, their inasal was great too especially the sauce. Accessable to many. Friendly staff and attentive , definitely would come again 👌

We've been coming here for years whenever we don't have time to cook at home. Their food is reasonably priced. Service is quick. Servers are attentive. It can be a very noisy, though, when they serve big groups. We've been quite fortunate to have parking whenever we.dine in even if the parking looks full

Everything is nice but the ongoing Christmas party of the crew prevented the customers from acessing the air conditioned rooms

Food is great however if you will order for take out they don't have food container, they only provide plastic.

I like the roasted chicken here, it's tasty and very affordable the price of the other dishes here it's a Filipino resto though there are some dishes that not really filipino dish.

Of course, the Baliwag liempo and the lechon manok are classics and very familiar to the Filipino palate. And for me, whenever I get lechon manok for takeout, I always get Baliwag even though it's a little more expensive than other brands (P250 vs P200). Unlike your typical takeout joint, this is an actual restaurant. The place is fairly simple, but the prices are quite reasonable. If I'm with a group of 2-4, I would be very happy just ordering liempo or lechon manok, some kare-kareng gulay for the veggies, and the crab fried rice.

It's rice meals are affordable but in par with e.g. alex III chicken barbeque meal and chowking chinese chicken. Baliwag is like our home already since it is not far away from where we live. It cooks primarily Filipino foods but it also has Tomyum, buffalo wings and other great selections.well.. that is when i first made this review. Crispy kangkong is a must try for groups and couples alike. For P95 you will enjoy a tasy snack like ulam that you can add with your rice meal. Although, it is very greasy, it is great for hanging out and for your drinking chicha. It is dinning without service charge while either eating and drinking or eating and watching TV. Baliwag always has great tasty foods but its current location makes it our default dinner place before going home.

This is also one of the best places if you want true authentic Filipino food and have some balikbayans to eat their most craved home cooked meals.
