I like the hotel for its location and its not as crowded as the other budget hotels i stayed in quezon city. The lobby is homey, guard alert and courteous, front desk cheerful and eager. We had a problem with the shower. The heater didnt work. Funny how the front desk asked me to let the water run for another 5 minutes. And so i did. It still didnt work. The amenities are in all the photos. Except for the view outside the window of residential roofs, a basketball court and 5 cats recharging in the morning sun.

Been staying at Studio 89 Residences for the past few days and feeling grateful for the complete amenities, the very helpful staff, and the classy room interiors. Have been a fan of details and I really appreciate how the furniture was selected, arranged sleek and classy, and comfortable. Thankful for the uber helpful and friendly staff! Always bringing my heavy stuff straight to the room. Indeed one call away. It’s situated minutes away from convenience stores, UP and Ateneo, UP Town Center, several good eats, and with 2 nearby hospitals in case of emergencies. Easy to find for your deliveries too! The Studio 89 Residences, indeed a home away from home.

    1. We got a deluxe twin room for a cheap price of P788 a night through agoda 2. Location is a block away from LRT Katipunan and lots of restaurant options near the university. 3. Reception is very well equipped with coffee shop music, books, tables and chairs for waiting guests. 4. Staff are properly trined with soft skills. Very professional. 5. Our room was spacious. 6. Air conditioning is working properly. 7. There are hair dryer, mini fridge, hot and cold shower, kettle, complimentary bottled water and coffee for 2, towels, soap dispenser, dental set, tv, phone, coffee table and office table. Lots of storage. 8. I found a place to stay every time ill be around this area. 9. Highly recommended.

Good place and location. The furnishings are passable. They only accept cash though. No breakfast included. You can reserve through call and can arrive late.

Best affordable hotel I have been to so far. Even the most affordable rooms are spacious. Basic in-room amenities include: refrigerator, kettle, drinking glasses/mugs, tooth bush and paste, cabinets, clothes hanger, bottled water, television and air conditioner. They also have free spacious parking area, rentable conference rooms, roomy receiving area and very accommodating staffs. Furthermore, this place is just near the bustling Katipunan and Cubao.

Room was clean, and beds reasonably comfortable. The bathroom was clean (and cleaned well daily) if a tad dated. There is also a sink and a fridge in the room. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There is a food court right over the road which is handy, and the rooms are reasonably quiet as it is situated on a minor street. It would be handy for the light railway line 2 , *IF* it were running, which it unfortunately hasn't for many months. Walking distance to the university. Overall it represents good value for money. On the minus sides: he gym is sparsely equipped (one bike and a set of free weights) and the hours were initially restrictive/silly (9-19), luckily the helpful staff let me in on request earlier in the morning, and in fact as a result of me being a pain(!), they changed the hours to 8-20 mid-stay, although that is still a late start considering most people that stay here need to exercise before searching for breakfast and then starting a meeting at the uni at 9am. I also didn't like that the window was jammed shut, so no way to air the room, and that the room safe never worked (even though I asked twice for them to replace the batteries). Oh, and the "brown coffee" they leave in sachets near the kettle is *disgusting*, don't be tempted to try it... Go to Bo's cafe

Love the accomodation. Fast transaction but their WIFI is not working. Only add ons included for free is water, coffee, toothbrush, liquid soap and 4 towels. Other than that, the receptionists are very attentive, accomodating and corteous. The room is very much spacious and very clean. Just hoping they could place a larger TV to this Family Room and provide more utensils other than mugs, glasses and 2 teaspoons. Will definitely come back and refer this to everyone.

The place offers a great deal for anyone travelling at a low budget. Rooms are very capacious and well furnished. The bathroom is just spot on. The place does need to offer slippers for their guests. Overall, a great experience for me and my GF.

They accept walk-in which is a life saver for me! The front desk area is big. It has chairs and tables where one can eat or hang out. The rooms are also huge with comfortable beds. Their deluxe is even bigger and has refrigerator. I love the smile of their staff. They are also very understanding. I checked out late and didn’t even get fined. 💜
