We enjoyed our dining experience at this restaurant. Friendly staff and quick service. Cosy and nice ambience. We ordered dimsum, steamed fish, yangchow fried rice, and ribs. Very affordable and big servings, good enough for sharing. Popular place for big groups during lunchtime and dinner.

The staff are nice and friendly and helpful in explaining the menu. The feel of the place exudes an elegance not common in Chinese restaurants. Food options are delicious, including the snow buns, though I prefer Tim Ho Wan's more.

My parents' favorite restaurant in UP Town Center. We've eaten here several times and always left very full and satisfied. The only disadvantage about the place was it doesn't have good ventilation or airconditioning. They just maintain fans to cool up the place. But my family comes here for the food and they were served just in time. Servings are also big and can be shared by 2 persons per dish.

I like how the place and the ambience looked, it's classy and sophisticated that makes the place expensive. The food is super affordable!! The serving is quite enough for 2-3 persons. I like the food, esp. The chicken feet and the honey garlic spare ribs. Just wanna add that their staff are nice and accommodating too. They're very couteous and polite to their customers. ♡

Rich flavors! We especially liked the salted egg chicken and the turnip cake, which happens to be one of the best in town. The pork snowbun, which is our favorite item in their menu was, unfortunately, wasn't available when we went. Such a bestseller and favorite should always be available so as not to disappoint customers. The milk tea was out of stock, too. Otherwise, TuanTuan is always a treat.

Ate here for the claypot rice. Its good! But besides the traditional chicken-mushroom and pork ribs, the contents are pretty bare. Some places offer more variety of viands.

Avoid ordering delivery from this vendor! I booked dinner for my mom's birthday 2 days ago and they promised delivery by 4:-4:30 pm today. The food arrived at 5:30 pm.

My son ate their signature noodle soup which looks like ramen, and not the traditional mami. I ate the beef wanton mami. We also ordered their ube custard, which looks big, but not filling. The noodle soup is tasteless when u eat it, does not have flavor, but they gave me XO sauce and Calamansi after I requested them, which compensated for flavor. The soup base has taste, but the noodles are bland.

Ordered their rice bowl meal to see if their budget menu is worth it and it does. Milk and fruit tea is authentic too. Staff is always attentive and able to cater our requests.

Airconditioner not working well. Floors are slippery. Orders take too long to serve (30mins) Servers discourage you from ordering certain dimsum items, saying it takes too long to prepare.

I was eating alone during that time, I can see the staff beeing more friendly and caring towards those eating in groups. even though they were attentive, i could feel them being a bit snobbish.. i can't explain it .. Also, I wasn't in a hurry but I'm almost done with my noodles when the bun came, maybe they forgot or something. - I followed up, then that's the only time it got served. Good thing, it's steaming hot so I didn't mind it being late. restaurant was full, but most of the staff are gathered behind the cashier chit chatting with only a few staff attending to the customers.

I am actually disappointed that they no longer use actual clay pots on their clay pot rice. Other than that, Tuantuan is still one of my go to places to dine in UP Town.

Our visit here was back in August 2017. I remember great customer service and trying new Chinese delicacies. Was delicious and new to me. Beautiful establishment, decor.

Claypot steamed spareribs is good, would rate it higher if the portions were more generous.

Food was good, above average of your typical chinese restaurant. Would recommend bbq buns, chicken feet and salted egg shrimp. But service was bad when we were there. Servers does not know their own drinks (cannot differentiate assam milk tea with thai milk tea), mistakenly served us food that was meant for the other table, food was so slow to be served.
