Dropped
by
to
get
a
cake
for
our
sister's
birthday
and
decided
to
have
a
late
lunch.
Maybe
1/3
full
of
customers
well
after
standard
lunch
time.
Plenty
of
staff
around.
Took
forever
to
get
the
waiter
to
take
our
order
(shared
salad,
club
sandwich,
San
Mig
pilsner,
two
halo-halo)
Told
us
25
minutes
(!)
First
day
making
a
sandwich,
I
guess.
Brought
the
halo-halo
out
first
and
fought
us
when
we
protested.
The
San
Mig
never
showed,
and
we
finally
had
to
try
to
hijack
our
own
tubig
before
the
waiter
showed
up
with
a
water
pitcher.
Salad
arrived
next
(supposed
to
be
served
together)
and
the
sandwich
-
not
yet,
and
I've
been
writing
this
for
awhile.
Didn't
have
big
expectations
for
the
food,
but
they
even
missed
that
low
bar.
Exceptionally
nice
building
with
a
beautiful
Blue
Ridge
terrace,
great
facility,
but
the
staff
was
only
present
in
body.
Seems
like
Manila
has
a
ready
and
willing
workforce
wanting
to
get
back
to
normal
operations,
but
you
would
never
suspect
it
from
encountering
this
crew
of
sales-prevention
experts.
Stop
by
for
a
piece
of
cake,
maybe
a
coffee,
enjoy
the
nice
view,
but
order
food
at
your
own
risk.
You
have
been
warned.
PS
-
the
halo-halo,
when
it
arrived,
was
pretty
good.
