CITIHUB concept is probably the pioneer in the microspace residence here in the Philippines. They offer clean, cheap and well maintained sleeping quarters for those on a tight budget. The more interesting thing is that they promote community building through provided public areas where residents can socialize.

This is like a container dormitory. Great place to rent, specially for those who work at construction sites and call centers. The place is clean. There are Fan rooms and Air conditioned rooms as well. The place is clean and well maintained. Rents are affordable. You can book daily or monthly.

This place is so great, safe and convenient. Highly recommended for those people who works near Muñoz or North EDSA. Thumbs up to this place.

Very PWD friendly and they hire 100% PWD. They also provide cheap and good quality space for you to sleep, eat and watch. Must try this especially when you live far from your home then you have to go back and forth.

Not enough outlets for charging area. Unorganized system. Some other tenants are inconsiderate. Some tenants look like people you cannot trust. The NBI clearance requirement is not strictly implemented. Not safe during night and midnight ( there were reported hold up incidents, and all of them were CITIHUB tenants, during my stay. Unorganized management.
