After going to few Vets and having 2nd opinions... they we're able to diagnosed the real illness of my dog. Thanks to Dr. Rey for being very persistent and patient with my hard headed dog. I highly recommend as they wouldn't put a hole in your wallet and they will truly look after your dogs 🤎

This is a teaching hospital. As such, vet students and interns are the ones who will check on your pets, but they have their professors that they consult with. Rates are quite cheap, compared to other vet clinics. Consultation is only Php 150.00.

I forgot to rate this incompetent UP Vet after our beloved feline companion died 1 year ago without letting her to be euthanized. We arrived 40 minutes late to UP vet and they rejected to see our feline companion saying that we should be ON time. Our only request is just to make our feline companion died peacefully and to be free from her pain. BUT WELL, they behaved like they are corporate CEOs and not a Professional Vet. Take note that we spent almost 20,000 PHP but still, they treated us a poorly.

Doesn't accept walk-in pets. Takes one month waiting just to consult. Landline in Google and Facebook doesn't work at all. So why bother with this place? They just don't want to provide service at all!

Staff and guards are kind and accomodating. You will need to reserve a slot for an appointment through messaging them in FB. Wait time could take 2-4 weeks but its okay because it is relatively inexpensive. Although not really ideal for emergency situations. Location is inside UPD behind College of Fine Arts. If you are unfamiliar with the area then it would be confusing to get to but don't worry because there are guards around and you can ask them for directions.

😁 One of the places I go when I need a vet. It's just sad that there are times they have no available vaccines, x-ray machine, etc. Hope the government will allocate funds (or more if they have) on animal care.

good service, affordable price for animal check up, consult time 11am-2:30pm, 11:30am to 3pm for vaccination, nueter/ spay for cats worth 4,000. ( male cat)

You have to book your pet's appointment way in advance but worth it. So be intentional with your pet's health and wellness. This place is way much cheaper and more credible than any of the vet clinics nearby.

Still very reliable vet hospital for people near UPD, but not suitable for emergency cases as they are only open 7 to 5 pm and only accepts walk ins from 7 to 11 am. Nevertheless, the doctors are very kind, helpful and reliable. The services are very very cheap compared to other vet nearby so we are quite lucky we are available to walk in that time

Good Service and have good vet residents and doctors to care for your pets. Since it is a govt teaching hospital, it is cheaper to have your vet services. It will help a lot if our govt will provide more funds to upgrade this facility including the dorms for the residents.

pros: vets and vet students are very hands-on, they're not providing service for the money but for everyone's benefit. tests and fees are very affordable too. cons: long wait, better to be there early!

I thought this place could help me with my dying K9 that was suffering for Parvovirus but this place failed me and my dog that is now gone. No help even medication. They’re not as concern about your pet conditions and no sincerity or any sort of kindness. I talked to the lady that the dog needs emergency care and can’t take it to the vet cuz of the cost. They still refused to any possible help. Shame on the staff and the UP Diliman University. You have a wrong advertisement on you social media and lack of information and help for desperate pet owner. Don’t waste your time going to this place or ask them for any emergency help. Your dog will die first before you may get some assistance you needed for your dog. This place and staff members don’t deserved a 4.5 stars review.

Simple and straightforward. Good service from people that genuinely like animals. They are often fully booked, it is advised to schedule an appointment in advance.

This is the absolute best place to bring your pets for the care they need. You definitely sense the dedication and willingness to help from the staff. They saved our cat a year ago, and he's been better ever since. Can't thank the docs and nurses enough!

It was our first time to visit yesterday. Grateful for they accommodate us even without appointment. The staff are friendly and handles our toby kindly and with care. They have good and clean facilities. Lots of parking space too.

All staff at this hospital are SO courteous and take such good care of any of the dogs, cats, etc that come through the doors ~ highly recommended to go early morning, not too much of a line even for walk in appointments

The Doctors are really passionate on what they are doing. The Aides are very helpful beyond their job. This is the best place you can bring your sick pet family member. You just need to book and plan ahead.
