    If you want to wait 3+ hours (with an appointment scheduled ahead of time) this is the perfect place. The staff does not care about the scheduling or what time you will get checked even if you have a child or a baby with you. They do not prioritize you nor does the doctor. If you complain to the doctor they’ll tell you that it’s the staff’s job. So both the staff and the doctors are pinning each other at fault. Even if you make an appointment it will not matter, you will still wait for hours. They will even cancel your appointment on the spot if the doctor decides not to show up, which happened to me several times. The doctor can choose weather to come or if they even come at all, they’ll show up hours later. As someone from the United States, this setting is very unprofessional. No wonder this place has less than 3 stars. I’ve been to this place numerous times and I’ll never go here again. The doctor was Dr. arcega and the checkup was for a 7 year old girl. She has been having rashes and had been itching for a while and she woke up early in the morning to make the appointment. This place is business structured and does not care about the people.

    This clinic is the worst. We went there exactly 11 am for our appointment only to find out that the nephro is on maternity leave. To their defense, the triage nurse said they sent a text message that the appointment is canceled but that text never came. Please fix your poor service. You should at least call your clients to make sure they get your message and not waste their precious time, money, energy and effort.

    This is the worst clinic I have dealt with in regards to getting the actual result, I went there for a blood test which they accommodated. They gave me instructions on how to pull up the result via website. I tried to follow the steps but for some reason it’s not working. I emailed them nicely at first with the screenshot of the error and asked if they could send it via email instead. They replied and collected my personal information however until now for more than a week already no result has been sent. I called their landline numbers, unfortunately I was hung up on 3 times. Why is it so hard to get a freaking result when it’s already paid? I don't understand the kind of service you have. I usually don’t comment on the way I get treated but this is the worst!!

    Shout out to Ms. Patricia from the rehabilitation department. She was very accommodating and laid back. She is so thorough of the procedures and will do her best to make sure that all the exercises are done. If there is one person to go to, I highly recommend Ms. Pat! Cheers!

    I was forced to wait for HOURS even when I went to the clinic early because some staff there made a mistake in dealing with my Maxicare. Literally wasted my time until another staff assisted me and saw the mistake by the staff I was talking to. The staff did not even apologize for the inconvenience. To think I truly would have wasted my time there in the clinic if I didn't wait and persist just because the staff member there was following her so-called "protocol". How unprofessional and incompetent of that staff was. Do better.

    A member of our household had an infected toe nail which needed immediate medical attention. We went here in My Health clinic and to our extreme satisfaction, we were attended to immediately. The process was so smooth and the nail extraction was quick. Overall, I highly recommend My Health clinic! Kudos to nurses Steph, Audine and Camille. Our ate Jen has a fear of blood and she told me how comfortable she was during the procedure. Thank you very much!❤️❤️❤️❤️

    Facilities are okay together with staffs and doctor. Nice to use the Maxicare card. Better do online appointment 2 days before going and you will receive confirmation of appointment thru email. Walk-ins will wait for slots (if available). Any person with Covid symptoms are not allowed to enter the Myhealth clinic premises as per staff.

    Thank you to the Rehab team specially to my therapists, Pat and Xyra - very kind, patient and caring. Recovery process is not easy but they will really make you feel that they are with you and assisting you every step of the journey. We, patients, are lucky to have you!     This is my go-to clinic for all my health concerns. Last June 10, 2022, I underwent endoscopy and colonoscopy procedures and I must say the staff especially the nurses who assisted me are nice and accommodating. The same can be said to my anesthesiologist and lead doctor. They made me feel comfortable before and after the procedures. They ensured I am okay before letting me walk out of the room. Special shout out to Ms. Camille for being gentle with me during the bowel preparations. Great work! 🤗❤️

    My overall impression of MyHealth Clinic SM North is one of dissatisfaction. When it comes to customer service, they certainly have room for improvement. From the moment I walked in, there was a lack of warmth and friendliness in the staff's demeanor. It's essential to feel welcomed and cared for in a healthcare setting, and unfortunately, this was not my experience here. Furthermore, the wait times were quite extensive, even though the clinic did not appear to be particularly busy during my visit. It left me wondering about the efficiency of their operations. In summary, MyHealth Clinic left me feeling underwhelmed in terms of customer service, efficiency, and communication. While I understand that healthcare facilities can face challenges, I believe there's a need for improvement in these areas to ensure a more positive and reassuring experience for patients.

    Staff shouting to call patients, safety protocols (social distancing) no longer practiced, place is jam packed dirty bathrooms. Please fix this I know you can, still thankful for serving Filipinos.

    Had a great experience with rehab dept. All the staff were very friendly! The therapists were knowledgeable and worked in a professional manner. They are very caring and I always felt like I was getting the best possible physical therapy! Will always choose MHC - SM North whenever I need PT. Special thanks to Ms Xyra Castillo for giving me the best therapy ever! 😍

    I love having my check up and procedures done in MyHealth. Their scheduling is easy to do cause you can book an appointment online (which is their priority). They have incredibly nice nurses and a quick and organized process. Currently diagnosed with a a partial ACL tear on left knee and mild scoliosis. I initially had a check up with Dr. Mendez, orthopedic doctor, in MyHealth clinic and I love how he instantly requested for an MRI scan then after the results were provided, he filled me in on all the possible options. He was prompt, patient, knowledgeable and kind, unlike other doctors from other clinics I’ve been to (which dismissed my knee pain). I had my physical therapy sessions here as well, and their rehab center is fantastic and quick to action. Dr. Quilino was kind and approachable and recommended a therapy program designed for my needs. Ms. Pat, my physical therapist, was always patient, kind and caring whenever I did my sessions with her. She’d always be mindful of her patient’s feeling and sensations, adjusting the therapy according to their responses. She’s understanding as well, especially when i needed to cancel some sessions due to conflict. Overall, I had a great experience in MyHealth clinic and would definitely have all my appointments with them moving forward. Kudos to all the doctors and nurses. Highly recommended!!

    This is my go-to clinic for checkup, and while there may be some issues with doctors being no show, I had a great experience with their Rehabilitation Department. Big thanks to Dra. Quilino who is available as per schedule and who readily accepts walk-ins if she still has time. I was diagnosed with slipped disc and was also recommended for PT sessions. My main PT was Ms Pat and she is highly commendable; very friendly and she makes you feel comfortable. She would run me through exercises gently and give tips and advise on how to take care of my injury. Had a session with Ms Xyra as well and she is highly commendable too

    Very poor experience with their nurses, bad customer service, did not authenticate, and were just doing chismis with each other. I did not get the proper service or consultation I expected from the correct doctor because the nurses just "assumed" I was the patient and just pointed me to the doctor's room without properly validating my details or the documents I was providing to them, they did not even read it.

    I've been diagnosed with Sciatica last year and Ma'am Xyra Castillo helped me to recover from difficulty of walking and unbearable pain. She is caring, kind, and very knowledgeable. Myhealth Clinic has excellent staff and service. -Roy B.

    So i went there Sunday.I have cough,so I understand when they told me they can't have their doctors come face to face with a person who has any of the symptoms of Covid and that they would call me in 48 hrs. So far it's been 72+ hrs nobody had called or emailed me so now I realized it's just their way of refusing patients,you should have told me beforehand.

    Will never go back to this clinic. Don’t waste your time as it seems they don’t follow the first come first serve basis. They also don’t have a clear instruction on how will you know if you are next in line. They have this big screen showing who’s next but it doesn’t apply to all their doctors. We scheduled ahead of time and came early but then we notice that those who came after us were already finished. This is our first time and will definitely be our last.

    The whole process was smooth. The assigned doctor was nice and friendly to talk to. Clinic is clean and well-ventilated. The only thing I have concern is they lack some information when to retrieve results for post evaluation. That's it, will recommend.

    I had an appointment at 7am for an Ultrasound. waited for the tech for 2 hours before i was seen. The cashier says “ask for an official receipt or its free” but they couldnt give me an official receipt because they cant order it yet and they ran out. But i still made my payment. worst clinic ever!

    My clinic visit went smoothly. Was worried because of the negative reviews but I decided to schedule an appointment and check it for myself. No hassle at all. The nurse by the entrance was nice, the front desk nurse and cashier were kind too. They guided me and explained my options clearly so I could make an informed decision. The nurses in the laboratory were patient and considerate. The clinic looks clean and sanitary, the nurses in the x ray room were smiling and accommodating. Good experience for me.

    I'm really dissapointed with this clinic. Even if you are just waiting in one procedure left, they will keep you waiting up to 5 hrs!!! Poor service.

    This clinic doesn't care about your time. Even if you're scheduled, you'll still have to wait for 5 hours. The staff is so slow and doesn't care at all. It's funny cause all the 5 stars showing here are all fakes. WASTE OF TIME!!! Every one does not care at all!!!!

    Hit or miss consultation. Generally very good system and organized. The main issue would be doctors who are late. A scheduled doctor at 12nn can arrive at 130pm - which is utterly unprofessional. Some doctors arrive on time and it can lead to a smooth consult as the wait time would be better

    Most noisy (nurses and doctors alike) and stressful clinic I’ve been in. If they’re not the only clinic accredited by my company I wouldn’t go there. There’s also this one doctor who took a break but didn’t even notify the nurses/patients who are waiting for him to call the next one in line.

    It's not your "one stop shop" clinic. X-ray machine was under maintenance. The doctor who diagnosed me was a reliever doctor. I had to contact Maxicare customer service to make sure that if I had to go to diagnostic center, I will be accommodated. Apparently, the doctor who should be diagnosing you needs to be a Maxicare Accredited, otherwise you need to be diagnosed again by a Maxicare Accredited doctor to be accommodated in the Diagnostic Center. When I asked them about it, they mentioned another doctor. So I have to mention 'her name' to make sure I can be accommodated by the diagnostic center where i prefer to be X-rayed. I roamed around SM North and checked if I can be X-rayed in Healthyway and The Medical City in The Block and Annex, respectively. To my dismay, Maxicare is not accredited in these clinic. Very inconvenient I must say. This is not the top-notch HMO card I thought it was.

    The laboratory staff exhibited remarkable speed and efficiency. Extracting blood was a seamless process, as they adeptly located my veins without any difficulty. The results were promptly released at the precise time promised by the medical technologist, and their accuracy aligned consistently with my previous visits.

    I usually get my blood examined but medtech's usually had hard time on finding the right vein to extract, however today with the male medtech from laboratory, he was able to spot and extract my blood easily and carefully. Good job!!!

    Went here with HR/Maxicare who mistakenly omitted 1 of my two word surname. Provided a valid ID, frontdesk insists I should have HR update the surname. Seriously, I travelled for hours, had so much trouble to produce samples only to be turned away because according to front desk, finance is so iffy with these things. I was also not allowed to just pay for fecalysis just so I can have an easier time when I come back. It was not a mistake on your patient, but this clinic will choose to make it difficult for the patient. I had better experience with The Medical City. If I could give zero stars, I would. Finance has no common sense at all and would rather have patient be inconvenienced. Wasted time, money and effort which I could have used properly. Worst clinic ever, obviously just in it for money.

    The laboratory staff are fast and efficient. They didn't even had a hard time in finding my veins in extracting blood. Results are released on the exact said time of the medtech. It was also accurate based on my previous visits.

    While laboratory processes themselves are fast, the waiting time is a bit too long. I scheduled for 7 AM to finish early but the Doctor did not show up. Next doctor is at 10 AM and even him is running late. Very unprofessional and unforgivable. The staff on the other hand is very helpful. X-Ray was available during my schedule but there were no prior announcements. I had to do it in another branch.

    Patients come here to have a check up, why your attending staff especially the receiving attendant and the guard are playing loud music. The receptionist is not even attentive to receive patients. The guard playing loud music and I had to remind him that this is a clinic and not a disco bar. It's too disturbing! Makes you more irritated just waiting for your results and the environment makes you more stressful!!
