So far the biggest starbucks i visited. It has ample parking super cold inside. They also have tables and chairs outside if you want to feel a little bit warm. Always have a queue. Always full of customers and coffee lovers

A/C was uncomfortably cold so we opted to sit outside (at the back). Service was fast. Take note that they won't put your drinks in a To-Go cup if you're going to sit within the premises. There's a lot of outdoor and indoor seating. CR was clean. Lots of parking space. We came here while waiting for BDO Matalino to open

Another branch that somewhat gives the iconic status of a Starbucks. Great food, but somewhat I encounter long lines.. even though it's already 10pm. Al Fresco area is uniquely catered, especially for smokers.

Nice place for business meeting. Parking is a nightmare. Kudos to the security guard's hard work in parking management eventhough that is not his job but he is doing it. Starbucks staff are okay. It's always too crowded, it should have been made a 2 storey building. The layout is also less than optional. The air-conditioning is ridiculously cold, to a level that is not pleasant. Will check out other coffee shops in the area before I ever consider going back.

I stayed here to work while my husband and cousin were fixing papers at QC hall. The ambience is good, although it is a bit cold inside so I worked outside instead. I will double check next time if there are available outlets.

Good and beverage good as always. Indoor and outdoor seating available. Service is also good and they have an extra staff member helping with cleanup. Parking is pretty good but almost always full.

Literally the worst possible Starbucks in the Philippines. I have never seen Starbucks with such bad service. Very disappointed in the service and how the staff treats you.

My favorite Starbucks branch. It's always clean when I visit and it's sooo cold. Most of the drinks and pastries are also available. I would recommend you to visit as early as 8am when you need to study as the place can easily be populated around lunch time.

The staff here are awesome! Friendly, alert and pleasant. Parking is full but very well managed. The SG is skilled at assisting drivers who are entering or leaving the area.

This is the first and only time ever in the years I have been going to Starbucks where a simple order of coffee, iced tea, berry oats, bagel and slice of cake took mire than 30 minutes. It is so unnerving!

Feb 2023: This branch is big with lots of parking but it's always full and the place is too crowded. Their customers are mostly takeout orders. We ordered cafe mocha, strawberries and cream frappuccino and mocha loca cake. Better be patient 'coz the queue is long.

Food and coffee are just like in every other SB branch, but they let you customize the level of sweetness better. I used to like this place a lot back in college because it used to be so quiet but it's just too crowded now. I wouldn't recommend it for a cozy afternoon coffee or a late night chill because as of late, no matter what time we're here, there's just too many people.

I went here yesterday (05-03-23). 5 stars for dark choco macadamia cookie and 3 stars for the iced matcha latte. Idk but the matcha was too bitter and strong for me, I have tried their matcha frappe before and it was really good (it's actually sweet since it has whipped cream). As for the ambiance, 4 out of 5 stars. There's a space or area with seats and trees outside but sadly this is the smoking area. I love the ambiance and vibe outside but there are smokers and vape users while I'm having my quality time in this area so I decided to go back inside. Lastly, this branch has NO WIFI. PS. I really love the area outside cuz I found it unique and more relaxing because of the trees and wind but I really hate the fact that it's a smoking area. LOL. red flag.

One of the first Starbucks that had a fancy interior even before the pandemic. Happy to know that it has maintained its good setup on my most recent visit after several years. As usual, coffee is good.

Who doesn't love Starbucks? Mostly packed since a lot of offices (private and mostly government offices are nearby) and they have a spacious parking lot. The staff are courteous. CLAYGO is observed here. A lot of students come here to study and so I'm motivated to study too. And also I love peppermint mocha.

One of the best branches of Starbucks. Lots of chairs despite the the social distancing and a big parking lot. Overall a comfortable place to sit alone or with a friend.

We just went there. Staff are so rude. They said that they'll close on Mondays at 2am but we were kicked out of the store by 10pm. What's ridiculous is that they are still accepting customers afterwards. Overall, rude barista. Also, their toilet is shared. Unhygienic.

The Mocha Frappe was great!

Although we could only order take out, the staff were courteous and attentive to the customer. It's really the service in this place that makes customers come back often. Lots of parking, and clean wash rooms.

One of the best place to stay. Cozy, spacious and quiet, definitely relaxing. With ample parking space for customers. Baristas are polite and friendly. Open till late midnight.

Ordered the new plant-based mince roll and smoked butterscotch frappuccino. The mince roll was okay. I think it needed more flavor but I really like the smoked butterscotch frapp it has a similar taste to the toffer nut crunch.

There is parking, yes and that ir gem-like in the area, we'll trained staff. So far I haven't had any off encounter with the chain. Straight up decent coffee.

Their beverages taste different from the usual. The branch's cafe latte tasted milkier than the other branches'. It didn't have the strong aroma and acidic taste of a normal espresso drink.

Quezon City is still under General Community Quarantine GCQ when I visited Starbucks, Matalino st. but there are eating and coffee places that are allowed to operate. However, they need to follow the strict safety protocols to prevent COVID19 infections. They were strict in the number of people being serviced for social distancing, thus I had to wait outside for my turn. Once I got in, they took my temp and I had to sanitize my hands. I wrote on the info sheet for contact tracing. Service was very fast. They were all very helpful, and kind and will always remind you of the safety protocol. I drank my coffee with my friend and we following social distancing. We were told we can stay only for 1 hour. Once we left, I saw one of cleaning crew sanitize the seats and tables we used. Good job to Starbucks, Matalino st. I felt comfy and safe.
