Smaller compared to their other branches but they have enough equipment to address the fitness needs of their members. Also, free classes from zumba to boxing to dancing are great.

I’ve only been at this gym a couple of times, and so far it’s been promising! The facilities are more than enough to meet your full body workout and more! I get very informative workout program plans from the coaches (special shoutout to coach Mavi). On top of that, the staff is very friendly! We also get the best view during sunsets because they have huge windows adding up to the ambiance and aesthetics of the gym.

You literally have almost everything here in the gym! They have free wifi and a billiards table. They provide free food sometimes and the staff are friendly and very helpful in every session you attend.

Freezing and cancellation is a difficult fitness center They want a lot of document requests, and they don't update even though I gave them the documents. The customer should check the document update and the customer should check that the money has been withdrawn. New registration is very fast and easy. I don't have any intention of renewing my contract with there because of the poor office system

I've been visiting different gyms (around QC) and so far Surge fitness is the only gym that hit my standards when it comes to cleanliness. And from the front desk to how they arrange the equipments, it's two thumbs up for me. The coach and staff that assist me were very friendly. Fees are fair. But me as doing more the lower body sesh I am looking for more equipments that target the glutes/leg, they have a limited equip. for that. Although yes there's an alternative glute and leg workout but I still prefer to use equip. for my training.

Not only just a gym but a place that builds a family. The staffs and coaches makes you feel welcome with their full hospitality. Coaches are more than willing to guide you in your workouts especially to help you in workouts you are not familiar with. Facilities and equipments can meet your whole body workout needs. What I find interesting from Surge for their jam-packed group classes with spinning, zumba, pilates, etc. which others cannot offer. From 8am till 10am or sometimes 11am their schedules are full of classes and will resume with 3pm classes and 5pm to 8pm classes which makes your monthly payment worth it. Their amenities includes lockers, cold and hot showers, as well as saunas that can help your body relaxed after a heavy workout. Surge has been a huge part of my fitness journey and will always be thankful to Surge for making me what I am today. And lastly what they offer you is not just fitness goals but a lifestyle which will be forever part of your daily routine and the wholeness of your life. Special shoutout to Coach Rizo, a very professional and great coach!

One standout feature was the sauna. It was a great way to relax and unwind after a strenuous workout. The sauna was clean and spacious, providing a nice break from the gym's hustle and bustle.
