The place is spacious, clean, and overall has a nice ambiance. There are a lot of rooms (there are 2 floors with one VIP room with a billiards table). The staff are polite and attentive. Song selection is good and includes recently updated hits. Food is okay both in quality, serving size and price. For those bringing cars, the parking here might be a challenge if you go during the peak days and hours.

Maybe I haven't been to a karaoke place in ages but our guests from abroad sure did enjoy it. Staff are very courteous and very responsive. The food seemed to flow and the drinks were nice and cool. Wouldn't mind going back.

We got a small room and requested for additional microphone but no allowed. Sad for our duet songs. They have per hour rates without food which is good for groups that already had food before karaoke session. We can hear other rooms singing not as sound proof as other establishment.

Great place to unwind, meet up with friends and enjoy singing/music. Place is clean and staffs are very nice with great customer service. Food was great too they can heat up your food when it gets colds upon request. Salute to this place. Highly recommend it. Will definitely come back. Celebrated my friends birthday here and it was a blast

People are approachable and very accommodating. It's definitely a good place to chill and have fun with friends or family. Their packages are at reasonable rates. The toilets are very clean. must visit! I hope the management will improve its parking space. Parking space for customers is very limited.

Overall is in here the karaoke was good lates newest old, I think all your know song are in there, the food is good too, limited parking I think its like you can fit 2 cars there and 1 motor, the ambiance is good from the lobby to the Karaoke Room was good. the service crew is very accomodating too, fast service of food

We had our Christmas celebration here for San Juan Dental Chapter and everyone enjoyed our time here! The room is clean & spacious, food is surprisingly good and has huge portions, and the staff are very helpful. However, will give 4 stars because of insufficient parking slots. It was so hard to park near the establishment.

Perfect for any kind of event. A good place to let out your frustration by singing out loud. A good place to bond with your family and friends.

Well run KTV in the heart of Kapitolyo. The rooms were quaint with a modern sound system. The room temperature was perfect. Pricing was as good as anywhere else. And the staff were helpful and accommodating. I would happily go here again.

Great for hanging out with friends while enjoyinh KTV and billiards. We got the big room which I think can comfortably accommodate around 20 pax.

If you rate them for the place and the videoke it is great.. but else like food and other stuff.. nah..

food wasn't that great place has a small parking lot service was not that quick, it took 1hr and some odd minutes to get some drinking glasses for our beer

The place was surprisingly decent, clean restroom, polite staff and good food unlike other KTVs where the food quality isn't okay. And they also have a decent lounge where you can wait before/after your karaoke session. I just didn't like Kim Chiu's voice playing on repeat for their promotion since she's the ambassador haha.

Had a lot of fun in the big room. Food is great, except for the chicken lollipops 😆

Lined up and was second in line. Waited for one hour. The sign said that it was 80 pesos per head if above 3 pax per room. However the cashier kept telling us that they would only accept our party of 4 pax if we availed of a package good for 10 people. I wish they had told us at the beginning instead of telling us to wait. Please be transparent and add a sign that you only really accept 10 people or more. You wasted our time.
