They made me pay before seeing the product (which was then not what I was looking for). Then wasn't allowed to return or exchang the product. I have to wait until end of lockdown to do so.

Incredible incompetent and unfriendly staff. Seems that most of the staff does not like their jobs. You nearly feel bad when asking them for help (their job!). Maybe it would help if the Bauhaus Headquarters would replace the current boss of the Bauhaus Barsbüttel site. A much better alternative is the OBI store in Glinde which is only a few kilometers away. At OBI you will find very friendly, helpful and competent staff that seems to very much like their jobs!
